Went in for a pedicure on October 12…read more While my nail tech was very sweet, got me checked in quickly, and the salon was flexible about changing our appointment, the overall service on my pedicure was just okay. I paid extra for a package that supposedly included a foot softening treatment, but was told it was only a basic scrub -- and that the "real" softening would cost extra. Had I known that, I would've just gone with the basic pedicure since it already includes a heel scrub. It's confusing (and frustrating) to see so many upgraded package options if the services they advertise aren't actually included without more upcharges. The pedicure itself was fine -- my cuticles and polish were okay, but nothing special. Honestly, it looked like something I could have done myself at home. For the price I paid, I expected more professional detail and finish. Another thing to note: they offer 20% off one service for first-time customers who pay in cash. Be careful -- they'll try to upsell additional services (as many salons do), but that discount will only apply to the cheapest service, not the most expensive one. I originally only wanted a pedicure and declined several offers for add-ons. Eventually, I agreed to have my cuticles cleaned on my fingers, not realizing that it would be $30 -- and that the 20% off would apply to that instead of my $80 pedicure. That's partly on me for not double-checking, but as a professional (I worked as a makeup artist for over a decade), I always made sure to inform clients about add-on prices before proceeding. Overall, I won't be returning. I was going to give 1 star, but since my nail tech was kind and apologized for the confusion, I'm giving 2 stars to acknowledge her effort.

Angie is amazing. I only go to her to do my nails. If I bring an inspo pic, she can make it happen…read more Or I allow her to explore her creative thoughts. My nails never lift, are sturdy and last me a month before I have to see her again.

On Wednesday evening, prior to an early Sunday departure for a vacation, I visited Natural Nails in Andover seeking a manicure and pedicure. Initially, I encountered an inconvenience when the online reservation system assigned me to an employee who was either on vacation or unavailable upon my arrival. I chose to overlook this. As I settled into my chair for the pedicure, I decided to indulge in a more luxurious treatment--something I rarely do. Just as I was becoming comfortable, another technician approached to commence my manicure simultaneously. This caused a disruption, as I was unable to utilize the chair's features and had to awkwardly hold both arms to the left to accommodate her work. The experience was chaotic and distressing. The use of the dremel tool was particularly painful while grinding the cuticles, rendering the session quite miserable. Later that evening, I completed a survey provided by the owner, Nini, who apologized and offered a discount for a future appointment. By Saturday evening, one of the builder gel nails had already detached, despite being told they would last three to four weeks. I sent a photograph to Nini, who again merely apologized and extended a discount on my next service. Due to time constraints with my flight, I was unable to return for a repair and resorted to painting over that nail myself. By Sunday, another nail had fallen off, and I inquired about a refund. The response was, "No refund, it's the policy." On Tuesday, a third nail detached, clearly indicating that something was amiss in the application process. Nini's policy states that they will only repair issues within five days, with no refunds offered. I can confidently say I will never again patronize this establishment. I know of another individual who visited Natural Nails and was charged $90 for a builder gel set, with prices varying each visit--sometimes increasing with discounts. My initial set cost $65. She, too, has ceased visiting this salon. Having worked diligently for my earnings, I refuse to support businesses that do not operate with honesty and integrity.

So we have gone to this place a few times for full set with French tip. Was charged $70 ish,…read morenormal. This time for the exact same thing they charged $105???? The price for a full set and polish is $55 or $65. How has it doubled in price? Another thing, she did French tips but had one nail on each hand a solid color. The tech said she didn't want to polish that one nail on each hand, really?!? So they put a white color acrylic nail on. I'm planning on going in there and talk to Them face to face with receipt of our past visits and pics of the nails and ask them to explain. Ugh
