Went in for a pedicure on October 12. While my nail tech was very sweet, got me checked in quickly, and the salon was flexible about changing our appointment, the overall service on my pedicure was just okay. I paid extra for a package that supposedly included a foot softening treatment, but was told it was only a basic scrub -- and that the "real" softening would cost extra. Had I known that, I would've just gone with the basic pedicure since it already includes a heel scrub. It's confusing (and frustrating) to see so many upgraded package options if the services they advertise aren't actually included without more upcharges. The pedicure itself was fine -- my cuticles and polish were okay, but nothing special. Honestly, it looked like something I could have done myself at home. For the price I paid, I expected more professional detail and finish. Another thing to note: they offer 20% off one service for first-time customers who pay in cash. Be careful -- they'll try to upsell additional services (as many salons do), but that discount will only apply to the cheapest service, not the most expensive one. I originally only wanted a pedicure and declined several offers for add-ons. Eventually, I agreed to have my cuticles cleaned on my fingers, not realizing that it would be $30 -- and that the 20% off would apply to that instead of my $80 pedicure. That's partly on me for not double-checking, but as a professional (I worked as a makeup artist for over a decade), I always made sure to inform clients about add-on prices before proceeding. Overall, I won't be returning. I was going to give 1 star, but since my nail tech was kind and apologized for the confusion, I'm giving 2 stars to acknowledge her effort. read more

I went in for a manicure and had the worst experience ever! My nail tech did a very bad job at my manicure. Though he was pleasant, he was very rough and I left with multiple cuts on my fingers on both hands. I went in with some length to my nails and he made them really short without asking if I wanted them cut down. (I was actually growing them out specifically to get them professionally done.) The worst part was that the filed into the side of my skin, not once but twice on different fingers because he was so rough and fast with his filing. I was also bleeding from where he nipped me with the cuticle cutter and he continued to apply gel on my fingers with blood present. Just for this I might be developing an allergic reaction. I do not recommend him to anyone. Photos to show that I was still bleeding after I left the salon. Please if you go and get a middle-aged man, ask for someone else! read more

Went for the first time (and last time) and my sister and I got the exact same services. I paid first while she went to the restroom and when she came to the front to pay they charged her more than me. We had to argue to get it fixed. The manager/owner was counting cash at the register and when she was asked for help she yelled at the staff person and then was not going to give my sister the same discount I was given (special they were running) but we stood our ground and got it. Me and my friend went there for our first time and they advertised a 20% off discount for it being our first time and when we called and asked how much it would be for French tips they said $65 and when we got there they tried charging us $130 just for my set of French tips and when I said never mind she tried to persuade me to get them but instead I got a regular set just one color and 3 days later they started chipping. I have really pondered whether or not to write this review. It is now been four days and if anything, I have become more upset with the things that happened rather than acting On how I felt right away... and I still feel I need to share my experience.. I went in for A lash lift and tint and a brow, wax and tint, As well as a facial. They brought me to the back room, and I had told the lady all of the services I wanted she laid me on the bed and taped my eyes shut... No problem there, as she proceeds to work on my lashes. Once she finished with my lashes she moved onto my eyebrows without consulting me on what I wanted. (mind you, my eyes are still taped shut) Fast-forward to when she is done, she holds the mirror up for me and I realize she thinned out my eyebrows incredibly made them 2 to 3 shades darker than my natural HEAD hair And my lashes look no different. (I wanted my brows waxed NOT shaped. She then has another technician come in to do my facial. They did tape up my eyebrows, But as someone who has gotten their lashes lifted before they should have performed the facial before, As it completely ruined the lift with the steam and heat they use from the facial. I was excited to treat myself and do something nice and I will tell you this facial was not it. About five minutes into the facial, the machine starts squirting, burning, hot water on my shoulder, She did not tell me to get up or anything. Obviously, I got up because it was hot and I went over to the corner while the machines spit all of the water all over the bed and floor. I had to wait about 10 minutes for them to clean everything up, She then had me lay down again once they got everything set up and proceeded with my facial. Which consisted of scrubbing with a cleanser brush, a light face Massage and a face mask. Those are all part of normal routine and nothing felt like a facial. The only thing that made it special was the steam machine, And with how that burnt my shoulder, I was not a huge fan of it. The most relaxing part of the facial was before it all started. Once finished, they told me the price was $207 I found a 20% off coupon online And I still ended up paying $217 after Tip. I am insanely disappointed in my trip to this salon, If you are thinking of any of their facial, brow, Or lash services. GO ELSEWHERE!!! read more

I came in expecting a simple service, but this was honestly disappointing. I was charged more than what was originally discussed, and when I pointed out the mistakes in my nails, I was told they could only fix it if I paid even more. The shape and finish weren't what I asked for I have a scab under my nail & the pedicure i got the nail polish was on my SKIN , and the service felt rushed. I am so upset with services I had there yesterday! Emma did not ask and went straight to gel on my daughter's toes and I didn't catch it until the light was being used. Then arrangements were made with my 5 YEAR OLD about nail art!! You do not ask the kids, you ask the parents!!!! There was foul language in the songs being played and when I went to pay everything was severely up charged. Do not go here. I wanted a mani pedi.. just basic. the pedi took over an hour! The woman was clearly new and needed assistance. There were plenty of people (staff) walking around that could have helped but didn't. They would rather inconvenience me and start my mani or help this woman speed up the service. I paid and left.
