When I wanted a platinum extremely light blonde I called them and I explained that I was not happy with the outcome went back and hoping that somebody else would be doing my hair and they Had the same girl do my hair that I wasn't happy with in the first place I went in and I was telling her what I wanted and why I wasn't happy. She started to argue with me about the toner. I was hoping somebody would be there to guide her through this process because obviously she is new. The owner did not come around until it came to the toning. After she toned my hair she did not rinse it all the way out. I was supposed to go out that evening, but I could see and feel the toner still in my hair. I was so annoyed at this point that I just left. I had to go home and wash the toner out myself my hair is now gray and has purple and blue streaks in it having my hair highlighted twice within three weeks has done existential damage to it so I can't even go and get it fixed because it would all break off

I don't look as tired with them on. I was happy my girl, Gina was able to fit me in her schedule on a recent visit to Minnesota. She does a phenomenal job. I highly recommend Gina and this salon if you need lashes, hair care, pedicures or manicures. Gina's salon is clean and beautiful. They screen each guest prior to each service to prevent the spread of the virus and I'm happy to see the level of precautions being taken. So if you are looking for a fab salon, look no further!

I've had phenomenal hairstylists' as well as not so great over the years. Within the last two years I've started going again more regularly since I decided to put some blonde back in my hair. Jordan is great. She has an awesome personality and she listens well. She doesn't tell you what to do or talk down to you. I highly recommend her in particular. I have had some issues over the years. They've been enough to keep me a way for a while, but somehow I end up always going back. I did however have one issue in particular that management handled well. I've been happy with the overall management and clearly they are doing something right, as there are a few faces that have been there since I started going in the 90s! I do think you will be overall happy going to La Grande Salon. They also have a cute little store within that's worth checking out.

The owner or partner was also disagreeing with someone at the same time. The environment felt uptight and bad. The front desk person was frantic and annoying. My hair in the end was not very good and they charged me over $60 for a haircut. When I asked one of the ladies about their education they said the salon does not provide any. Not good.
