I have gone to this spa in the past for many dip nail services. It wasn't until today that I had a not so great experience. Firstly they were annoyed when I was picking out a nail color with my friend who was with me. Then she filed at my cuticle causing it to burn. Pedi experience I wanted a pedicure and didn't have an appointment but I stopped in to Nail Spa and was greeted by Cindy. I got there 30 minutes before they closed and she was eager and happy to help me! From start to finish I received great service, was given a bottle of lotion as a holiday gift, and received a fantastic leg massage! Cindy took her time and even stayed open a bit late to finish my pedi. Dip Nails experience First off, as you can see in the before photo, I have a embarrassingly bad finger Nail-biting habit (please don't judge). It can be very embarrassing when I get my nails done. I've had horrible experiences where the tech talks about how bad my nails are. But Cindy was so kind and made me feel comfortable, so I planned an appointment to come back in a few weeks to get my nails done for the holiday! I saw Cindy two weeks later to get my nails done, she worked her MAGIC and gave me an incredible dip full set, I've never had dip nails and I loved them! Repeat Customer now!! A small group of us are visiting Cindy and Nail Spa again today to get pedis and another full set for an upcoming vacation! I was in town for the holidays and needed a manicure. I chose this place solely based on convenience, but it was a bad decision. Worst manicure I've ever had. I got a gel mani, but the woman didn't get nearly close enough to the base of my nail, so I walked out the door looking like I needed a new mani! At this point, I'd already wasted over an hour of my life in there, so was just going to deal with it. She also barely filed my nails after she trimmed them, so my nails were splitting and had to be re-filed when I got home. Glad to spend $30 on my nails, only to go home and have to fix them myself. I have been popping into this salon for about 8 years now, maybe 4 times a year. They've always been okay, but had really low price points to bring you back. Now they're the same price, but makes it feel too expensive for the quality you get. The women are extremely unfriendly and can border on being just rude. I had made a noon appointment 2 weeks out, not knowing how booked up they would be with COVIID restrictions. By 12:05 I was still just standing around, I asked approximately what time I will be seen, as I'm leaving for out of town next day and have a busy schedule. I was told to just sit and wait, as they continued assisting walk-ins. I always get the same thing, pedicure with a gel manicure. My regulars salon, assists in matching a gel color to a regular polish, when I asked for help she said we don't have that color, but didn't even take a look or try. I then proceeded to ask for 3 more gel colors and she said they don't carry that gel color, even though they're in the box and she put the samples back in. I then proceeded with just your basic red, being frustrated I didn't know what they had. Later that evening my thumb started chipping. I called and they said come in the next day. I hurriedly went over the next morning, and she said she would do it. I waited for 15 minutes and asked when she could, she had to finish a whole dip set, while other nail technicians were just sitting around playing on their phones. I asked if I could make an appointment then, and told me they don't make appointments for fixing nails. I left frustrated and extremely dissatisfied. read more

Made an appointment for 1130. We arrived at 11:30 and sat down right away. However after I sat down, was moved to another chair because somebody else walked in. I was in the chair and said something about my nails looking funny shaped and then I felt rushed through the rest of the appointment. And I got up to wash my hands and was switched chairs once again and felt like I was a bother. There is nail dip powder on my skin and my nails are funny shaped. I spend my money just like everybody else who walks through the doors. However, I will not be walking through the doors again. read more

I honestly wish I could put zero stars but The start I have to put is for the one woman who was actually sweet. first off the lady who did my nails was super rude. She was mad at me because I voiced my opinions on the nail I PAID for btw yes they made me pay for them halfway through her doing my nails she says "YOU PAY NOW, YOU PAY NOW, in case I mess up" first what? I've never had to pay first. Second Your making me pay in case you mess up? There shouldn't be any messing up if I'm paying you I'm paying to get what I want. Third my mother starting telling her that's not what I wanted and the woman got even more mad and started flinging my hands to the point where they were bumping into one another and messing them up. They look like absolute garbage my dog could've done and now I'm out $60 for 2 sets of nails that they did a terrible job on. My sisters nails were lumpy and uneven. My nails chipped on the way out we had to redo them. How is it my fault? I didn't like it and your mad? Why is it my 16 year old sister did a 10x better job than a "professional nail technician" could. Sloppy and unprofessional customer service. Will never go back. read more

AWFUL. i have an infection in my big toe and have been put on antibiotics and all my nails have air bubbles in them they look really bad. Im on my honeymoon and cannot even drink since my toe is throbbing so bad i have to take the medicine to prevent the spread of the bacteria from dirty tools or tub. GROSS read more

Walked in at 1pm and asked if they had time for a pedicure. She told me yes she did and to pick out a color. I spent about 10 minutes picking out a color and during that time was asked twice why I wouldn't do gel polish, to which I replied "what is the price difference?" She told me "26 regular or 41 gel", so I said that I don't want it. When I sat down she again asked me to do gel polish and I had to say no again. She then asked me if I wanted to do the "36 or 41 pedicure", I asked what happened to the $26? She said "oh, that's just the basic. Do you want 36 or 41?" I then said again, I would just like the basic. Then she got started on my toes, and made the comment that "they looked yellow because they hadn't been done in a long time". I'm not sure what she meant, they are NOT yellow and I just had them done a month ago. She then proceeded to rush through the rest of my "pedicure", that lasted 12 minutes from the start of the water running to the time she put the polish on. It was the worst pedicure experience I've ever had. I usually get the cheaper pedicure because I go so often, I don't like gel; but I usually tip 50% if they do what I ask without constantly up selling me and treating me less than because I don't get the most expensive stuff. First and last time. Took daughter, daughters friend and myself to get manicures and a pedicure for myself. Started trying to upsell to gel manicure as soon as we walked in. I said no just regular. I started pedicure while girls did mani. Had the nerve to ask the girls 12 yrs old if they wanted gel. I over heard and said no again. Then the girl who was doing my pedi asked about doing deluxe I said no just regular pedi . She had the nerve to say dont you have a job??? I was shocked! I said yes I do or we wouldnt be here. Then I changed my mind on the gel on my fingernails and asked for regular she said boy you change your mind again and again. I said well if it bothers you then just forget it!! I have been to Nail Spa twice for pedis, and it's a great place - very clean; friendly, knowledgeable staff; and spacious, uncluttered design. The days I went there were Tuesday and Friday. Of course, Friday was the busier day, and I had to wait for service, but not very long. Great location too. I have decided this will be my preferred pedi locale. read more
