It's been the same lady each time , charging me extra. Never, had any of the other ladies , in all my years, charged me extra for polishing my toes with more than one color. Is it more costly to polish one toe with another polish? Is it that much more work ? Is it more time consuming? Is it that bothersome? I wanted to ask for my tip back, to cover for the extra charge. How about a bottle of water or a can of pop to cover that extra charge? (They never offer a bottle of water or can of pop either!) From now on, if I see that I have that same lady, that feels the need to charge extra for two toes to be polished a different color, I will ask for someone else, or just leave.

As soon as I realized we were going to be late, I called the salon and asked if it was still okay for us to come. They said yes, so we came. When we got there, my nail artist was very short and rude with me. I understand that I was late and that it was frustrating, and honestly, I would have completely understood if they had told me they couldn't take us anymore. But since I had called and was told it was okay, I wasn't expecting to feel like we were an inconvenience the entire time. She did my pedicure and manicure and I paid. It wasn't until afterward, when I looked at the prices, that I realized parts of my service had been skipped. I understand that there may not have been enough time because we were late, but I really wish someone had just told me. If I had known I wasn't going to get the full service, I would have happily skipped my manicure and let someone who was waiting have my spot. And now, only three days later, two of my gel nails have already chipped. I know being late was on me, and I'm not upset that they had less time because of that.
