I showed the lady the picture I wanted and being new to nail etiquette I did not know the photo had a shape but it was coffin shape. She noticed this, I did not. I was dumb founded and thanked her because Hugo Nails never caught on to this. I would leave Hugo Nails with beautiful nails no doubt but something was off and that was the shape. At Hugo Nails the lady gave me square shape 2 different times even when the pictures I showed were clearly coffin (as I know now). I also will say their prices are fabulous! Only $15 for a fill *regular polish, love it! Okay so for the negatives.. it took the Luxury Nails nail technician an hour and a half to give me a fill.. yes I lost one nail and yes she needed to reshape my nails from square to coffin but an hour and half, come on. Another bad thing here is that she filed my pinky nail so harshly it bleed and was an open wound for a good few days after. Finally I left here being told my nails were plenty dry, nope! As you may see in the picture I left with one already chipped as I got in my car and the next one chipped 5 min later at the gas station. Ridiculous! Though I will continue to come back because they were nice and priced cheap.

I called afterward and was told to come back in, but I could hear them saying 'she was just in here,' so I didn't feel comfortable returning.

I had a manicure one other time by someone other than T dont know her name, but she dug into my nails while cleaning it hurt & I told her, no sorry nothing. This time it was a new young gentleman. The pedi & manicure looked great. Till few days later my toes the polish were turning black, so went in and the same guy fixed. Then a few days later my other toes did the same thing, so back in I went. This time had them put a new clear coat on my fingernails, as they weren't looking good. Okay so today I was in for 3rd time as my fingernails the clearcoat is craking and peeling off. Asked if could fix, said they would give me a fill, I said am I going to get a discount? Husband said yes, his wife said no. Asked when I got, which thought 3 weeks ago. When left I looked it up, was actually 14 days since had done. The owners wife says oh at 3 weeks you need a fill, I said no I always go 4, and regardless I've been in here 3 times which is a 30min drive each way since I had done. This is not normal,or right and I've never had the clearcoat peel, nor have I had my nail polish turn black.. And still no discount, like it was not their fault.. I spent $130 on the services, I always tip well & spend alot of money on my nails with nail art. Sooo pissed as I dont complain, but when services are right, they arent.. T is amazing. I hate changing salons and having to now after paying $130 2 weeks ago to have to pay another salon to fix. This could have all been avoided if they just gave me some kind of a discount. But apparently they dont care if they keep loyal customers or not, very sad. But their loss & someone else's gain..

This was my first appointment with Scott, I felt comfortable and assured that this was going to be a successful visit. The results were great. I know I'm just writing about a hair appointment, but this visit was remarkable. I felt like it was my time to be a little happier than the hum drum of every slushy winters day. That I can look good outside and perhaps my internal being will feel good too. The owners name is Linda. She manages The Hair Gallery as well as provides haircare services for customers. This salon is very close to where I live. It's convenient to have The Hair Gallery so close, but if they were located far away, I would travel far to have such excellent care. WPI schedules and plans HMU based on how many people are in your wedding to make sure there are no problems. Amanda did my HMU as the bride and she was amazing! I plan to use her in the future for any other events that I have that I may need HMU for. I would absolutely have gone with WPI for my hair and makeup over and over again.
