It is a smaller shop where the nail techs are very friendly here and will chat with you, or you can just watch the tv if you'd like. The best thing about this place is the quality of the work, I'm picky about the shape of my nails, but John does a great job every time and if you ask for recommendations they will give them. I have been going to Turbo Nails in Cottage Grove for about 6 months for bother pedicure and manicure. Today 8/01/2025 at 10:45 I went to get a manicure and there was only one girl there. She was doing a pedicure for someone and she never acknowledged I was there. I stood there for 10 minutes waiting for her to say something, anything, but nothing. I went to Omi Nails and they were very attentive and it only cost $15. Turbo always charges $30. read more

Pros: I called ahead and they were able to fit me in an hour before they closed. The nail tech was quick, gentle, and friendly. It's been one week and no chip! Cons: Everything she used was pulled out of her pockets from her white coat, so unsure if those are clean tools or not. She didn't ask what shape I wanted and started filing away. I asked for my thumb nail to be a little shorter and she just went ahead and cut it really short without double checking with me. Paint job could have been better. read more

Look no further... this is THE nail shop in Cottage Grove. I stopped getting my nails done for years because I couldn't find a decent nail place that was consistent. I got tired of wasting my money and driving far from my home just to have pretty nails. I decided to check out Turbo Nails due to the positive reviews on Yelp. I was very satisfied with the outcome of my nails in the end. I showed a picture to the nail tech and he made it happen. I look forward to my next visit to confirm consistency. I did not have difficulty making an appointment and they got me started on time. They appear to be adhering to Covid mandates and take your safety seriously. It is pricey but perhaps the cost of nails in general has gone up... I'm not sure. I paid 51.00 for a pink and white ombré fill. Was that too much? I have never had a pedicure so quick. I was already in the chair and he was already taking my polish off when I set the massage chair to 20 minutes....I had to turn it off before I got out. I brought my kid here to have our nails done. It wasn't the experience I was looking for - no music , the person doing her nails didn't seem friendly to her at all - they workers just seemed unhappy and bothered we were there.I just wouldn't recommend spending any money here unfortunately. Arrived at 10am with a friend and we were fortunate to get in immediately. We both got gel pedis with Donna who was thorough and efficient. The polish looked perfect! My friend then had an ombré acrylic fill. John is an artist. He took his time and thinned our her overly thick and wide nails. I am not a fan of fake nails but after seeing his work, I was tempted! Donna gave me a manicure and was great. I chose no color for my fingernails but still was very happy at how nice my own nails looked. The space is simple but very clean. Recommend calling in to make an appointment but you don't have to. read more
