They were very accommodating, took me in as a walk-in for manicure. I was surprised that I was not asked to take off my rings, but did so anyway. I believe the owner did my nails as in between processes. She checked on other technicians work. I asked not to have my cuticles cut which she honored. Removed my old polish filed my nails and repolished. No massage no lotion 15 minutes and I was done, except there was one nail that had unpolished spot so she put another dot on it. Within two days, I had many chips in the very thick layer of polish. I went to K Nails in Maple Grove and got a polish change, which was much better and has lasted perfectly for a week since I had it done. Nuff said! As of today, 11 days later, my are still unchipped and look great! read more

I went here to get my arcylic nails taken off after my trip. They were very proffessional and did exactly how I wanted. Having gone to other salons just to take off my nails I have always felt they are being pushy to redo them again when I don't want to. This did not happen here. On Friday, I called to see if I could get in for a last-minute acrylic fill. I don't usually get my nails done, especially acrylics, but I want to keep up my nails at least until my wedding. I have only ever had one other acrylic fill done. Kevyn answered my call and got me in a few hours later! My appointment was at 1, but I ended up waiting about 25 minutes before she was able to help me. I didn't mind though! I am a very patient person, and she gave me updates as she was working with the other client about when she could get my nails started. The Taylor Swift concert was in the evening, so a lot of people were getting their nails done before, and it was definitely busy when I went in. Overall, I had a wonderful experience here. Kevyn was very sweet and engaged me in conversation the whole time! She did a fantastic job on my nails and really listened to what I wanted. She was quick and efficient, and I really appreciated that. I have been to other salons where I felt uncomfortable because my nail tech ignored me or was rough with my nails. At this salon, specifically, I felt very comfortable and relaxed. The environment was calming, and I loved the windows that let the light in. It just gave the atmosphere a bright, welcoming feel to it. I will definitely return here because of the reasonable prices, great service, and welcoming atmosphere. read more

I was so excited to take my two young daughters to get a manicure before our upcoming vacation & happy I found a place that offered a decent price for children's manicures. This was supposed to be an exciting experience for them as they've had their nails done only once before. I felt as though we were not warmly welcomed, that we were an inconvenience & that they were bothered by working with us on the designs/colors. Two out of three of the employees providing us service didn't really talk to us, socialize or engage with us. Zero smiles or thanking us for coming. We spent over $100 & left feeling disappointed with the quality of my own nails but more so the experience we had. read more

I just happen to look into a Nail Salon near me and I am so glad that I took a chance on "Nailtique" I have been to many of the nail salons in Maple Grove and never was that happy with any of them. The owners "Vy and Phuong" were supper attentive. They had just taken over the business and had been open for about a week and a half under the new ownership. I had one of the most relaxing manicure and pedicure. My nails look amazing. I haven't been this happy with a visit to a nail salon in a long time. I went into Nailtique for a quick pedicure before vacation and came out with a new nail salon. I've been unimpressed with nail salons in my area and after some searching I found Nailtique. The salon is clean and organized and the staff is very friendly. We were greeted as soon as we walked in for our appointment and while they finished with other customers, they invited us to wait in their pedicure massage chairs. We paid for the Weekend Pedicure and it was a great value! Not only did I get the normal pedicure treatments like nail trimming, exfoliation, and nail polish, I got a great leg massage, warm towel treatment, and a massage chair I could have slept in. It was a fantastic experience and a great value. The staff carried on a great conversation and really made us feel welcome and comfortable. I highly recommend! read more

I have found another great place to go and relax and get pampered. L-O-V-E this place. Everyone was happy and having fun. Lots of joking around and my nails look fabulous. Went to nailtique today to get a dip removal, new full set and a pedicure after going to my other nail shop forever. I was nervous to try somewhere new after going to my other place for almost 7 years but I needed something closer to home that could give me the quality I wanted, without spending a ridiculous amount of time/money. When I called, I spoke to Kevyn who was realistic about my appointment time so I wouldn't have to wait. When I got to my appointment she sat me right away. I had explained that I didn't like my dip nails and would need them off. I also only had about two hours free. She assured me if the removal took too long, she would continue my nails during my pedicure. Through conversation I found out Kevyn is the owner of the shop. I have been going to this salon for 6-7 months now to get my nails done, both full sets and fills. I ALWAYS get some kind of design, Van is an awesome free-style artist--I love her, she NEVER disappoints me and I just let her do whatever she wants. They're pleasant ladies and VERY PROFESSIONAL. The salon is clean and very chic. Comfortable and relaxing! I have watched the other techs working on their customers and I really don't know where these less than positive reviews come from other than you just can't please everyone. To the person that states all of the positive reviews are all from their friends, you are TOTALLY WRONG!! I don't know these pleasant women other than in the salon!! First time at Nailtique. I had the deluxe pedicure ($40) and it was wonderful. Kay was the owner/technician and she was talented and kind. Massage was wonderful. It's so calm and peaceful, not rushed like most nail places where you feel like cattle. I'm not sure I'll ever go anywhere else in the Maple Grove area. You do need to make an appointment, however when I called she got me in 30 minutes later. Very clean and quiet place. I'll be back! read more

Absolutely horrible! I am getting married in a week and she cut my nails so short they hurt when all I did was ask for them to be evened out prior to applying gel. I have strong nice nails, and there is no reason they should have ever been cut this short. Do not go here they will mangle your nails! NEVER again.
