I am a regular and have had get success!!! I went yesterday to get a full set and waited a half hour for Linda to do my nails. Granted there was others available to give me a full set!! Well needless to say Linda did a horrible horrible full set on me I don't know how long she's been doing nails but she should not be doing full sets that's for sure she was doing a pedicure while I was waiting a half an hour maybe she should stick to pedicures and not full sets I left before she could finish I gave them money for the product that was put on my nails and went elsewhere I am truly disappointed because I've had such great success there in the past and now I'm not sure if I can go back read more

Super rude staff. Have been getting dip done to my nails for years. I asked the nail technician for another coat of dip powder so my nails wouldn't break in which she argued with me about, but eventually did. Also was only going to sand and buffer one hand before polishing and when I pointed out she had the other hand left to do she gave more attitude and said she already did it but would do it again. To top it off, the nails looks awful. They're not all even lengths, some are crooked and she didn't even try to put them close to the cuticle or clean up the edges. read more

This is my second time here. When I came with my daughter three months ago, the technicians were good and we had no complaints. Today I got a technician who was very rough. I even have two small bruises from where she pinched my toes with her nail as she worked on my feet. I usually love a pedicure but I couldn't wait for this one to be over. I have been going to PS Nails for three years and have been happy with the services, mostly seeing Jen, who is on maternity leave. Yesterday I made an appt and was there on time. The gal who gave me a pedicure rushed through it and treated my feet very roughly! When I got home I was bleeding on my heel and today I have a black and blue spot on the top of my foot! I expect when I make an appt that I am given the proper amount of time and handled gently! She rushed me so she could get to her next appt!!! NOT ACCEPTABLE! read more

The first few times I went there it was great, however the last 3 times I have been very unhappy. You make an apt but then people walk in and they take them first, makes no sense. Secondly within 3 days my gel polish started chipping. Looks horrible. Thirdly I switched to the dip technique, but you can tell that the technicians do not like doing this process, they prefer gel hence why I went back to that, but still not happy. So... my biggest issue with my experience today at PS Nails in Rogers, MN, was the technicians NAIL FUNGUS growing under her nails. No gloves were worn, I was very uncomfortable and grossed out. I said something to her and she said dry skin. It was yellow, peeling and crusty, and wearing gloves should be mandatory. I will not be going back. read more

I've been coming to PS Nails for a couple of years now and I highly recommend them! They all are super sweet and very thorough and neat. They have 10 new pedicure spa/massage chairs that are AMAZING! Katie, the owner, makes everyone feel welcome and special. She does my gel polish better than anywhere else I've tried. Very nice staff & clean salon. Made a same day appointment for 4 pedicures. The chairs were all set and ready for us when we got there. My daughters got the basic pedicure. The basic was very nice. I just went to ps nails for my first time as I received a gift card for my birthday. I was so excited to have some time out of the house as I'm at stay at home mom and also 32weeks pregnant- anyways I asked for a mani/pedi thinking I would be there for a couple hours of me time just to relax and do nothing. So I got in the pedicure chair and they started getting to work, all of the sudden another tech is removing my finger nail polish, then she goes on to do my whole manicure while I'm in the pedicure chair. Balancing a pillow with a magazine and a nail dryer on my lap (which I don't have much of bc I'm very pregnant) so the pedicure lady couldn't massage much bc the whole set up on my lap would fall. It was very rushed, which I would of been fine with had I been in a hurry but I wasn't. I was out of there in less than an hour. Pleased with my nails just upset with the service. I couldn't even read a magazine or look at my phone during my pedi bc I had someone working on my hands and stuff all over me the whole time. read more
