The girls are great all the time, professional, hard working, great massages during the pedis, and GENTLE with the clipping and snipping. They check in to make sure things aren't too hot and make sure they aren't doing anything painful. Good variety of services for that girls day out, or pre-wedding, pre-prom event! Highly recommend! They even have a kids station for the little ones getting pampered. Tips are accepted and greatly appreciated by them after your treatment.

The room where the esthetician works is just around the corner from the front reception desk. All the conversations from the desk were easy to hear. In addition the bathroom is right next door and you can hear the toilet flushing. The spa waiting room has 2 seats and is open to the salon. Yesterday there was a man who sat there the whole time talking on his cell phone. He was taking up a space that someone getting spa services could use, plus he was loud enough to hear during the facial. This set up is poor, and there are no seats by the receptionist in the salon, so anyone coming in waits in the small spa area. The salon could greatly improve by making a few modifications to their setup. For me, one of the perks of a spa treatment is relaxing afterwards. There was certainly none of that at Salon Adagio. Now, the facial, 8 out of 5! She was so detailed oriented and truly spent so much time on my skin. My upper body was massaged SO much better through my facial than through the full-body massage. She focused on trouble areas and made some recommendations (which I really appreciated!) I was a bit embarrassed leaving there because my face was completely red (looked like a terrible burn), but she said it would subside within an hour and it did.
