I have been going to Nails 4 You for well over a year now, and I LOVE how my nails look every time! The staff is so friendly, and good at what they do. Whether it's a fill or a pedicure, I can always relax and know that they will take good care of me. When I bring in pictures of what I want done, they never disappoint, and my nails look just like the picture. It's very clean and well managed, with a relaxing atmosphere. I stopped in to get a pedicure, I only have one limb. The girl told me $40 dollars! I was so upset! She tried to talk me into gel, I told her no. I also told her I was disabled she didn't care. Stopped in & asked about a Simple Polish change; old polish remove & new polish applied. They talked amongst themselves the entire time & didn't acknowledge me sitting there at all, very little to NO Interaction with me, the Customer. She started to file, I again stated this is a "Polish change only" she shook her head yes & kept filing. She applied the polish & when I left it was $30.00!! I was shocked. Won't go Back ever! First I asked for difficult looking nails and they said they couldn't do it so I changed my idea to a red and black ombré that they said they could do. I ended up switching people twice and they still couldn't do it; so I was upset and told them I'd like to keep the shape they did and just do plain black, but she refused and told me she'd take them all of for a charge and restart. I said no, all black is fine even though i've had that a million times I don't want to pay extra because you messed up. Then she took every single one off by cutting them after I said I loved the shape and would be fine with the nails I had. I've never left a nail salon so upset, my nails are raw and hurt more than ever. read more

I have been here about 4 times in the last 3-4 years. Every time I leave I am disappointed. This last time I did a simple manicure, while my sister got her nails done. (Her tech did great but my experience has never been good that is why I did a simple manicure.) Took my tech about 5 minutes. She simply removed my nail polish (not all of it. Lol.) filed my nails (uneven) and slapped on a clear coat. She also did not clean under my nails. The total was $28. I could have done a much better job my self especially for that price. Upside~My sister and I laughed until we cried once we got in the car and compared my pinky nails length :' -) read more

I had the worst experience at this nail salon. I got a pedicure, and within just five days, the nail polish started chipping! To make matters worse, my nails weren't properly cut. I've been to many salons, but this one is by far the worst. Save your time and money--don't go here! read more

They are my favorite salon by far . They are very flexible if I have to come in to get a nail fixed , or if I have to get a full set of acrylic nails . The work is always beautiful . My Favorite person - ask for Quyen (pronounced Quinn) she is fast and perfect every single time I've been going to her for a couple years and followed her to this nice place - all new pedi chairs too!! I'm not too familiar with the area but tried to do some walk-ins closer and they were booked so I called Nails 4 You. I called to checked availability and was told yes they had someone available. First was given cold water for foot soak and they changed it after I reported it. Then tech was rough and cut my foot twice. Then after putting on hot towels she left for 20 minutes to work on someone else. I felt like a hostage. When she finally came back she sprayed me with cold water then rushed through the remainder of the service. I will stick to my usual place in Zimmerman and not bother going to Big Lake again. read more

I went on 04-23 to my nails done and it is 04-27 my nails are falling off or chipping. I have never had this problem (been to many solans) not to mention when I went to get my nails done I said I have them shaped and to the length I want and she said no and cut them off. This is the worst place ever! I paid $50+ for them and I have to go get them redone. 0 out of 10 stars. Don't waste your time or money. They are horrible and I am now out money because they can't do their job. read more

The people there were very nice. The woman who did my nails took extra care of them; I just didn't like how long the wait was, but the nice woman apologized, and notified me that they were 2 people down today so that's why the wait was so long. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to this nail salon. She did call someone, but she still seemed pretty focused, and took her time. read more

worst pedicure I have ever had will never go back left with polish all over my toes and no toe seperators used no heel cleanup did a gel polish nails were even tacky when I left did lotion on my calves after my polish on toes was done. I will not be going back to this salon! I had a full set of nails put on, 2 weeks later needed a fill. The owner did the fill for me. It was so bad that you could see exactly where the lines from the previous growth were. I stopped at another salon to see if this was supposed to look this way. I was told that it appears that they used a different shade of powder to do the fill. Expensive for poor results! I will be going elsewhere. read more

You really have to be careful with what you ask for because not many of them speak/understand English; so when you specifically ask for a regular pedicure, they will charge you for a deluxe, and also inflate the price of add-on's (toe design, etc.). Very nice but outcome and price was unacceptable. I went in in a hurry to get a mani and color change on my toes. Polish was all over my hands and cuticles, design on toes was uneven, their prices are way too high for the quality of the service. I ended up paying $17 for a color change with design and $13 for a manicure that looks like a 10 yr old did it. I would not recommend this salon to anyone! read more

The people who own and operate this nail salon are rude and rush to get done whatever it is you want. Not satisfied whatsoever with the end product, I got acryilcs on and they hurt so bad after they finished them. They're also very unprofessional, going on their phones and not paying attention to what you're paying them to do...don't waste your money. read more
