I reached out to Jordan and she knew I was nervous so we set up a consultation. She was very thorough and did not pressure me in any way. I decided to go with it and I have zero regrets. During the procedure, Jordan applied numbing ointment so I only felt a few "pokes" but other than that it was not very painful. The after care was very easy, my lips were swollen and sore that evening but I simply applied ice and took ibuprofen. For a couple of days they were definitely swollen but they eventually simmer down and appear so natural! To help get the best result, Jordan did my injections in two separate appointments about 2.5 weeks apart. I used a total of 1 syringe of product I now have sooo much fun playing with different lipsticks!

I was treated at the front by the receptionist who took my jacket and offered me something to drink, I got hot tea (it was delicious, definitely get some) and the waiting area is nice and smells like the Aveda spa smell (if you've been to any Aveda salon before, you know this specific smell). I then had my hair washed, cut and styled by Jordan. She was super sweet and very kind and very pleasant to talk to. I have loved my haircut both times and definitely plan to go back again soon. The price is very decent for a women's haircut, but I think their pricing is different per stylist.. both times I left feeling very nice and pampered and very happy with the cut!
