The services were performed by her and I couldn't be happier. She was very friendly and did not seem put off at all to have me back in. I'm upgrading my review because I truly believe that this is a fantastic salon with great staff. While my first experience may have been less than stellar, I do feel that my comments were understood and greatly valued and for that I will certainly be returning to this salon for more services. Original Review: I feel terrible for saying this, but this was the worst mani/pedi I've ever received. If you're looking for some great nail cleanup such as cuticle/hangnail/dead skin trimming and/or amazing foot filing/scrubbing, I can't recommend this place. The girl who did the services was very personable and I liked her very much (which is why you see 3 stars), but her skills do not compare to the place down the street next to Casey's. For the money, I'm disappointed. I could have done what she did and better. I think the photos will help you see what I mean. I chose to treat myself and evidently this was not the place to do it. I sat in the salon for a half an hour flailing my hands through the air to get them to dry to a point I could roll my pant legs down and perhaps get in my car. I had a lot of hair loss after my last pregnancy and so this was incredibly disheartening and made me fearful of being turned away again. Well, after a lot of encouragement from my husband to try again I tried Bliss. My stylist was Melissa and she was absolutely great, she was upset that no one wanted to cut my hair in town and took care of me. She made suggestions to help me make a good decision on my cut and color and what she would recommend for my future hair. I am incredibly grateful and will follow her advice. Thank you so much!

So you feel very rushed! And many of these type of salons make me worry about hygiene. If they can't clean the spots I can see, are they really cleaning the parts I can't??!! Not so here. Everything is nice and clean. Secondly, the massage chairs are wonderful, with different levels of massage and intensity. I was offered coffee, tea or water. You have your choice of a regular pedi for $24 or the spa pedi for $42. I chose the spa pedi that includes sea salt, a pomegranate wrap and massage. Totally worth it. They had a nice choice of colors to choose from. It was SO relaxing. Love how my tootsies turned out. For $5, they can add art work with sparkles. There are two chairs in the spa area, so next time I'm taking a girlfriend or my mom for a nice mani-pedi afternoon. I highly recommend.

She did not finish my make up and hair style and charged me for a FULL PRICE PLUS DIDN'T GIVE ME A CHANGE AND RECEIPT! It happened on a beautiful weather on Sunday, where I should have enjoyed my wedding day and felt pretty, but she really RUINED my wedding day! The reason of why she didn't finish was because she took another appointment on the same day and she thought that she can squeeze me in between her 2 appointments for 1 hour limit. She was very rude and wasn't helpful at all! The way she put the make up on my face was just like putting make up to her puppet! It was TERRIBLE! I could just did the make up by myself and much much better than hers and I don't even call myself as a Make Up Artist! Moreover, she kept asking me of when I had to be in somewhere else so that she could keep reminding me that I had to leave the salon asap. It was less than an hour and she kept telling me that I couldn't miss MY appointment just so that she could go to HER different appointment at a different place. I was looking for a new consultant since I keep getting bad hair cuts and cant find anyone I like. The next day Jodi called me back and left a message saying I was her favorite type of client and she would love to help me! She said she was going to be at the salon until 6:30 on Wed. I called back and left a message stating that I work until 5:30 but could be there by 6:15. I didn't hear back. Then I called TWO more times leaving messages to confirm this time. Still no answer! Since she told me that she was going to be there until 6:30 I drove out of my way to this salon only to find out she wasn't there! The only staff member there called her and proceeded to tell me she forgot and that she had a "thing" that she was dealing with. So this staff member said she could help me but when I tried to explain my situation she began to argue with me and told me a razor cut was best for my hair. I told her I didn't want a razor cut since I had those in the past and my hair was horrible after it was done and stuck straight up. She continued to argue with me! I finally said that this salon isn't right for me since no one can follow up with their phone calls and walked out! I DROVE UP THE STREET TO A COMPETITOR AND RECIVED A CONSULT WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT. THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST HAIR SALON I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO! STAY FAR FAR AWAY!
