My mom found him last year and went in for a consultation and was extremely impressed with how honest and open Aiden was with his services. So much so that she brought in my father her next visit, and then brought my grandmother and myself for consultations the last visit. I was really impressed with this business because Aiden gives it to you straight. He does not try to upsell you and gives you a truthful recommendation on what he could do for you. Lisa sat down with me and sorted through what I had, talked to me about what to use when, why, and encouraged me to finish using the product I had paid for before switching to SkinCeuticals if that's what I wanted to do (she said it was fine if I wanted to keep using the over the counter stuff, too).
