Decent work but establishment owner was very aggressive. Could barely enjoy being serviced due to being asked every second if I wanted to add on another service after declining multiple times. Tech also cut my cuticles twice to the point I started to bleed which is a major pet peeve of mine. Although nail care was able to get me in for same day the quality was not good. With a couple days the gel cracked and I had black flecks embedded. The mail color I chose was white solid white. The staff was friendly and prices are the same as any where else. read more

This place used to be a great experience with top notch nail techs and customer service. It is now sadly not so good. Went back 2 more times to let them redeem themselves after the worst dip powder nail job last year- I could've done better myself. Lasted 2 days- went back to just have them removed and they charged me for that as well. Went back again as a walk in for a pedicure. Nail tech was an older man who was smoking outside when I arrived and smelled like a smokestack. Not the environment I had hoped for. Pedicure was less than ideal. Last visit was yesterday. Made an appt for a pedicure with a female so I wouldn't get said male from before. I sit down for my pedicure and another young guy sits down - I said I made my appt with so and so and he looks at me and says oh ok. After 10 minutes the girl starts(she had great reviews) Hardly cuts my toenails-have to ask for them to be cut shorter. Finishes with the polish, tells me to wait a few minutes for them to dry and she'll put top coat on. Another tech moves in immediately and puts top coat on- smears some polish and has to re coat. Cuticles covered in polish. Whatever top coat they used was awful and they look like a 10 year old did it. Sadly I will not be back. Sorry Anna- you once had a great salon. I had gone to Nail Care on the 15th of October around 4:45pm. I wanted to get my nails and lashes done. During my nail service the lady kept asking me to leave her a review, her name was Nina. She was also suppose to do my lashes because that is what I set up my appointment as. My nails turned out fine, the pointer finger is longer then the others. However during my lash appointment, Nina left half why threw and had another girl do my lashes which didn't turn out good at all. I had asked for short, hybrid lash extension for my senior pictures; which costed me $150. I didn't get those lashes. Instead I had received long puffy lashes that didn't look good. I couldn't have asked for them to fix it because the shop was suppose to close at 7:30 and I was done there at 7pm. Honestly this was the worst experience ever and for now on I'm going to do my own lashes. read more

I went in on the 7th of June 2020, which was a Saturday I called 2 hours before closing and they were able to let me do a walk in ( which they take ). I think this place is super clean, they are calming, and a nice atmosphere . They seem to not be too busy but I can say what I love is that they have chrome nails, and marble, I went in the next day and had to do a walk in as well because on the right hand ( pointer finger ) my nail decal came off, only 2 hours after getting them did. The lady who did them did a great job on my nails and could most likely tell I am very specific and know exactly what I want and how I want them. The lady who did my design was disrespectful and rude and didn't really listen to what I wanted, she tried to rush me and didn't even let me tip when I walked out on the 7th and today ( the 8th ). I told them I would be back but I wanted my service to not be rushed, nails take time, effort, and patience. I want my nails did right because I paid 102.00 for them ( without tip ). !!! I recently moved to the area and wanted to find a new nail salon. First visit I got my nails done which was on a Saturday. Customer service was good, but I had to return Sunday because they were chipped. I didn't have an attitude, I thanked them and they said they hoped I'd come back. A few months later Oct. 6, 2023 I went back for the second time. This time I was only going in for a fill w/gel polish and a color change on my toes w/gel polish. Long story short, the nail tech kept suggesting add-ons because she knew I was going to a formal event. I kept explaining that I don't need any fancy extras. She ended up putting squiggles on my big toes after I told her that I didn't want anything done, especially if it cost extra. She said "I'll do it for you" I ask how much extra is that and she repeats herself "I'll do it for you". Next we repeated the whole conversation with my nails. This time she wanted to add rhinestones and I said no thank you. As she got up to get them she said they will look fancy. Again I ask "how much extra" she responded "don't worry , I'll do them". My nails/feet together should have cost $90, but when she was done, the total was $135.00. To sum it up I told her she suggested and acted on it without ever talking to me about the cost. She brought the total down only to $128...the next day 4 rhinestones were missing off of 3 nails. When I went back, the owner said I should have told the nail tech no (mind you the lady that did them was right there). I said please just take the designs off of the 6 nails they were on and just paint them, I don't want any money back just my nails fixed" The owner than says I have to pay for them to fix them. She was rude and this entire conversation took place in front of their other customers instead of coming closer and having the discussion. I left without my nails fixed because I was so angry and even though she decided I didn't need to pay for them to get fixed I would rather go to my engagement with messed up nails, than to continue to stay there. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. And although this is a lengthy review, I NEVER and I mean never complain about bad service, because its more common than good service. read more

My sister and I went in for acrylic sets and each left with bleeding fingers. Some may not know, but this is a BIG DEAL! These techs are not trained to handle blood and blood borne pathogens. They also are not supposed to CUT YOU! Secondly, the woman working on my nails had her nail drill set way too high and it left gouges out of my natural nail. This is something that is going to take months for me to fully grow out. Lastly, I'm not sure if all, but many techs at this salon use MMA acrylic which is insanely bad for you. I noticed this when I was removing my acrylic set and it was coming off gummy. Everyone do your research before you come to this nail salon, MMA acrylic is illegal in the United States and it highly toxic! read more

They were absolutely amazing when we started going, then they got comfortable, sloppy, and money hungry. Went from $45 for a fill to over $60! Just gel nail polish and acrylic. When told about things that were wrong with the nails they make it seem like your fault, they lie and say they can't do things that they have done before on your nails and do them a cheaper way but charge you as if it was something expensive you got. I showed them a picture of my nails that they did with powder last year and she told me that wasn't "powder on her nails" and that they can't can do that and did min in gel with a paint brush....I then told her those were my hands she did last year and she can do it, she beck tracked and lied and lied. Where do I start. I got my daughter her first set of nails for Valentine's Day. It took them 2 hours and 17 mins (I had a scheduled appt) there was no wait time and they are butchered, uneven and just a mess. I called the owner and basically she says there is nothing she can do she already fixed them while we were there. An older lady started them and of course had no idea how to do it. She sanded and sanded and disfigured them and then the owner tried to fix them. Which didn't really work. Upon talking to her she kept bringing up that she tried to fix them. She was really rough with the cuticle cutting, then screwed up the design and had to repaint (I didn't go with a design the second time). I thought the colors looked off and then when I went under the uv light, the repainted big toes were a completely different color. Turns out she put a top coat on those two and not the others. I visited this place during COVID-19. I am aware that businesses must increase cost due to environmental safety. However, that being said, the price increase was utterly ridiculous. To start my visit I got a full set with gel polish. During the appointment my technician was on the phone the entire time making it super uncomfortable for me. She then went on to do things to my nails like applying matte polish without telling me that it is extra for the things she did. I then went to get the basic pedicure. A different lady performed that and made me bleed because she cut my skin with the file. Already being unhappy with this service the price was sky high. I paid $110 for a gel full set and the lowest prices pedicure. While at checkout as well, the first tech stood there with my card in hand and expected me to give her a cash tip. Please do not come here is you're looking for a respectful, legit business. read more
