However no one speaks English so communicating was impossible. This isn't me being racist, Anglocentric or discriminatory. It's simply being practical - he was unable to understand my basic requests nor was he able to articulate his questions. Nor could any of his coworkers. My normal salon is very Vietnamese yet we are able to easily communicate and understand each other. On top of it all, the polish job was sloppy. Couldn't get out of there fast enough. There are many salons out there; don't waste your time or money here.

They never have two employees working at the same time to do our back to back pedicures. They call back needing to reschedule because an employee took the day off. Wow, what a difference in pedicures. I was missing out. This new place did three different scrubs on my feet AND legs! Got my skin around the toes clipped, had my feet scrubbed with a stone. Even got my feet AND legs massaged! Allure is totally ripping off their pedicure clients! You are getting the bare minimum of a pedicure which is basically the water soak, hot towel wrap and polish. You can get so much more of a pedicure elsewhere! Not to mention, allure has a very limited selection of polish colors. No fun colors at all. Their colors are very boring and blah.
