From the moment I called to make the appointment, the experience felt rushed and far from welcoming. I had hoped for a relaxing break - especially since I paid extra for the Deluxe Pedicure - but it was anything but deluxe. Ruby, my nail technician, rushed through the entire service. There was no time to soak in warm water, no attention to detail, and little regard for making it an enjoyable experience. I only know her name because she introduced herself to another client. She chatted with the technician next to her the entire time and only spoke to me when trying to upsell. When I mentioned I didn't want my nails done or polished (extra), she literally snapped at me. Halfway through the service, her manager asked her to help another client. Without a word of explanation or even a "thank you," she got up and left, and another technician, Hanh, took over. No one acknowledged the switch or offered any kind of apology or explanation. With so many nail salons in the area providing friendlier service and a more professional atmosphere, I'll be choosing the competition from now on. TB Nails just isn't worth it. read more

I said something about why so quick they checked it and said all good. I honestly don't think they spent 6 minutes on him. he's has rugged hands with short nails but he works in yard and house. wanted something nice and relaxing ! he's had manis before, always a minimum of 15 minutes. will Not recommend this place ever! what a waste of 20 bucks. read more

Made an appointment online and it was confirmed. On the day of I received a text saying they could not accommodate me & asked if I could come a different day. I said I needed to be seen today and I would find somewhere else. I was told they could see me at noon. 15 minutes before my appointment I received another text asking if I could come at 1. I said ok. I showed up at 1 and did they did not get started until 1:20. This was my first time going to this salon and I was not impressed. They did apologize, however, it would have been a kind gesture to give me a small discount. Never the less, I went again a few weeks later for a polish change on my toes and it took 40 minutes to complete! For some reason the person changing my polish had to keep re-doing several of my nails. I don't think I will be coming back. :( read more

Not what it used to be before new owners took over. Such a bummer. Simple full set of Acryclic nails took 2 hrs and 3 staff just for basic squoval and single color. A full day later and my hands are still in excruciating pain. I could understand if they nicked the skin once, maybe twice, but they made every finger bleed. read more

So I have been here a few times. When I request Moon, per a friend's suggestion, my nails have always turned out great! They are strong, look uniform, and are what I ask for. But the few times when she has been gone or is not available, it is questionable. Some nails are different shapes and lengths, sometimes too thick. The pricing is fair and they do have some great nail techs there! I would recommend it. they also have an Instagram so you can preview the work they do as well! read more

A friend and I called to see if there was two techs open at the same time to do two fills. Of course they said yes and to come in. We get there and have to wait for 20 minutes before they started one of us off. Not to mention we both went through 3 different nail techs during our time there. Not only are the nails weak but all different shapes and sizes, and when asked to straighten them out they blamed our hands for being crooked and not our nails. My girlfriends nails weren't even filed until after painting... when asked to clean the underside up because there was remnants from her nails still stuck to the underside everywhere she attempted to clean it up while snickering at us. My girlfriend ended up sitting there and scraping the underside of her nails while my tech continued to tell me my fingers were crooked. A lady came in and sat next to me who had been in there just a few days prior showing them that her polish was chipping and a nail had already broke. We absolutely do not recommend anyone to go here. No clean brushes, talking under their breath and trying to get everyone in and out with no regards to the work being done. When it came time to pay, the lady wouldn't run the card because she wanted to know how much she was getting tipped first. RUDE STAFF, POOR SERVICE, UNPLEASANT ENVIRONMENT.
