I came here with my mom and was greeted as soon as we walked in. The staff was really friendly. Alice did my nails and i love them! They were $75. I will definitely be back!

Called Before going, asked if they knew how to do french tip, they said yes. Got my pedicure done by a man, and when it came to nail polish and French tip. Just didn't really give I came to nail shop. I showed him a pic, asking if he forsure knew how to do it. He said yes, basically looked nun like the picture I showed him. When he asked another worker she said she didn't know and then was going to try and play with my toes until it was right ? I simply declined and said just keep the plain base & I'll just pay you guys and go else where. overall will be my first and last time attending here. I jsut don't like people not being honest. if you only knew how to just do certain things that should be communicate. since I'm responsible for the tab. I have pictures as well, just a tacky job overall. My acyrlic big toe got fixed but it's literally so tacky looking. Like a bum at the front of my toes

I came on a Friday around 3:00 PM to get Gel-X take off, new Gel-X full set and polish change for my toes. I was glad that they were able to take me since I was a walk in. The staff was fast with the service, and they were friendly. I was given fair pricing during the appointment. My nails and toes came out prefect and I love the color. The only thing I would have liked is that instead of the soft Gel-X I would have preferred the regular Gel-X. We also had a miscommunication regarding length, but we were able to figure it out. The place also seemed small. They might want to take some of their stations out to make it more spacious. No air conditioner by the way or they just didn't have it turned on.

My boyfriend and I came in for a pedicure and I got an acrylic set. Our pedicures went very well. They took their time and paid attention to detail. Our toes look amazing after. The massage was incredible as well. For my set I was blown away. I'm happy with the shape, the thickness is perfect, and the color is beautiful. Everyone was very friendly and happy. The environment is one of a kind.

This nail salon is great, located in Long Beach. The technicians are very friendly and provide feedback. They do everything nail-related, from manicure to pedicure. They give massages after each manicure and pedicure. I feel welcome and calm whenever I visit the salon. The vibe is different compared to other places. read more

I've been coming to Quality Nails for a long time, especially after long hospital shifts as a nurse. I usually come in early in the morning either in my scrubs or regular clothes just trying to relax and treat myself to a pedicure. I've always tipped well and normally leave around a $10 tip because I appreciate good service. Today's experience honestly threw me off. I picked the $30 pedicure from the card they handed me. The technician I had today was someone I had never seen before, and the pedicure itself felt rough and uncomfortable. Then when I went to pay, my total was $46. When I questioned it because I selected the $30 pedicure, I was told it was an extra $15 just to paint my toenails. I was honestly shocked because I've never been charged $15 extra just for regular toenail polish. If pricing has changed, customers should be clearly told beforehand instead of being surprised at checkout. Transparency matters, especially for loyal customers who come consistently and support the business. Very disappointed with today's experience. read more

I've been a regular customer here for a few months and usually book with Alice or Andy. In the past I tried Lee, but her pedicures felt rushed, which is why I switched to Andy. Today I called to book an appointment with Andy and was told he wasn't available, so I scheduled a 4pm pedicure with Lee. I arrived early and wasn't greeted until 4:20pm. At that point, Lee told me she couldn't do my pedicure because SHE WASNT FEELING WELL & THEN SAID "SHE DIDNT KNOW ME," even though she had confirmed my appointment on the phone earlier. What made this more frustrating was that she continued doing other pedicures while I was there. I ended up having to see Alice because I didn't want to drive to their other location for Andy. What is normally a quick 1-hour visit turned into a 2-hour experience. This situation felt very unprofessional and poorly handled. If a technician isn't able to take a client, that should be communicated clearly ahead of time or at least upon arrival -- not after waiting 20 minutes past the appointment time. Very disappointing experience. read more

My usual place is being remodeled so I decided to give this place a try as it's close to my house. That was a huge mistake! I got French tips and the woman was super nice, but they came out absolutely horrible! Unfortunately, I didn't realize until I was in the car on my way home and I didn't have the time to go back. I'm in a wedding this weekend and now I have to go with messed up toes. My nails look crusty, rough and bumpy and super messy! Very unhappy with this place. A total waste of $40. read more

A basic pedicure starts off at $25 with the higher range at $45 (not including gel/designs). This varies on the extra service you want to get for example; callus removal, 5 minute message, peels etc. They offer a variety of colors but my go-to is always "off white". Everyone here is friendly and they accept both cash and card. I get the gel pedicure and it lasts me for about two months. The inside is clean and they have a restroom for customers. read more

I wish I would've taken a before pic. I went in after neglecting my nails for some months. I left the salon feeling so amazing and confident. My nails turned out perfect and the service was friendly and welcoming. Finn did an amazing job executing my nail length, shape and design! I got the gelx nails so they're not thick at all. Called to make an appointment for a dip manicure with nail art the day before. I was greeted with the friendliest of staff right away. My entire service was a little less than an hour and a half, so fast and efficient! And how cute are these pride nails I asked for? Reason for 4 stars instead of 5, woman I had had a shaky hand and cut my cuticles and kept putting nail polish remover and burning the heck out of me, and she gnawed at the sides of my nails with a file so often during the service that I left with slices on the side of my skin as well. I came here based off of all the glowing reviews, so I will absolutely be back and everyone that was getting service done seemed like regulars and left with very polished nails. I will just see another technician next time. But really loved the efficiency, professionalism, friendliness and the art/service that was given to me. I would recommend! read more

I can't believe I'm saying this....but....I think I may have just found my new go-to place for nails! I have been pretty loyal to another nail place, but this place is closer to where I live and the service is just the same if not better. First off, they are open fairly late so after work mani/pedi is no problem. The salon is clean, cute and comfy. Pedi chairs have massagers and nice jet tubs. Mani chairs/stations are nice. My nail tech was sooo nice and actually talked to me! And it wasn't forced conversation either. She was genuinely concernered with my bad toe from running a half marathon. She did I great job being careful around it and it never hurt at all while she was giving me the pedi. The polish stayed on my fingers for at least 5 days (I'm rough on my hands too) and still holding strong 2 weeks later on my toes. She did a great job with my cuticles and gave a nice shoulder massage. read more

I've been going here for about 5 years. I moved from NYC here and this was the first place I stopped into and haven't gone anywhere since. Even though I moved around a lot (all over LA) I knew I could also come back to this place. I always get a gel manicure. I never make an appointment and I never have to wait. No matter who does my nails they take their time and always go a great job. The pedicures here are pretty "fetch" too! Its really clean in here too. Anna gave me the best manicure I have ever received. She is obsessive about making sure that your cuticles and nails are perfect. On my way home, I usually have that moment where I spot a whole corner of my nail that's either missing nail polish, bumpy, uneven, etc. This time there was nothing. My nails were perfect. Also, I opted for the gel nail polish. It has been 2 1/2 weeks and I am still getting compliments on my nails. Anna takes her time and knows what she's doing. Bc I am a loyal customer if I break a nail, there is no charge or wait when I go for a quick fix. I get my gel refills, pedi & eye brows done here. I've gone 2 times now as I just moved to the area. They are very reasonably priced and explain before if something costs extra. I haven't gotten anyone's name but all the ladies have been very nice to me. They also explain to me why I would need to do X, Y or z for my nails whenever I have questions. The girls that do pedicures are great!! Always great and friendly. The nails can be hit or miss. They have a couple of new guys that I have had both. One was better then the other, but I prefer the ladies there.. They're very busy, so an appointment is recommended. One we got passed that everything was good I got a full set stiletto glow in the dark nails for $30 every step of the way she made sure I was happy with the shape and size.
