Very personable and does great job. Try their gel. Also their deluxe product s Just what you think it should be... very luxurious.

The nicest workers out of all the nail salons I've visited. They remember you and care about their customers. One time, I visited after being away for a few months and the owner asked me how my mom was recovering from a big surgery. My gel manicures also always look nice and last for weeks! read more

Love this place! They are efficient perfectionists! Lina is my go-to manicurist and she amazes me every single time! Her work is as close to flawless as humanly possible! Best part is their prices are not outrageous! I used to go to places in Glendora and Pasadena and the work was mediocre and wayyyyy more expensive! I highly recommend this place, I finally found a solid go-to! read more

This place is the best! Mimi gives special attention to make you taken care of and has an amazing talent to make beautiful nails in any of your specifications for shape and color. It's great to have a place like this for a long term trust & relationship read more

UPDATE ON MANAGER RESPONSE**** The store manager states that he did not charge me $25 however if I hadn't mentioned that I wanted to pay his worker $15 for the service, they would had had me pay $25 for a nail to be fixed that should've been strong from the beginning. His worker told me she would do it free of charge which is WHY I asked if I could tip her on card. This place does have great customer service however it is masked by high prices for nails and a manager that can NOT admit his wrongs. I paid over $100 for service to be told I need to pay an additional $25. This place is a joke. My suggestion, only come here if you want to waste your money. ALSO PLEASE NOTE!!!!!!***** Below there are OTHER reviews of customers who gave ONE STAR and KYLE the MANAGER responded to them with his "sincere apologies" however for my review EVEN AFTER ADMITTING THEY HAD GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, I AM BEING TOLD THAT "WE DONT APPRECIATE YOUR ONE STAR REVIEW". Unfortunately I am not trying to say that it is racial profiling, however seeing as though I have given this location WELL OVER $120 being treated this way as a Black woman is completely disrespectful. Kyle, you should be ashamed of yourself. read more

My regular nail salon was closed and I was in desperate need of a mani pedi. Came to QQ and I loved it. I was hesitant at first because tbh the salon isn't like a newly remodeled etc. And you know half of the world judges a book by its cover haha. But I saw that they had a change of ownership etc so decided to give them a try. Also they had a huge 20% off grand opening special. My pedi was phenomenal! I got the pedi deluxe and it came with all the bells and whistles. Better for $35 buckeronies Ahhaha. It came with scrub, callous removal and even a foot mask! Also an additional 5 mins of massage. Def worth it maybe once every 3 months. And Lily did my nail! I thought she did a good job for someone who wasn't my regular nail lady. She was patient and worked with me until my nails were to my satisfaction. I would give it like a 7/10. Would come back here if I ever run into a situation where my reg salon is closed again. But it was truly a nail emergency. PS: my pedi lady kinda hurt my toe when she was digging out my ingrown nail and also, she stabbed me in the foot with her nail claw when she was trying to empty the pedi tub. But she apologized... but still... usually they are supposed to use their hands to empty the tub instead of using a tool and stabbed my foot with it. But whatever... Overall satisfied with experience and services rendered read more

My heart pains to write this and been contemplating. Until I also read some recent reviews about new management and now I understand why my experience must have been so negative. I use to come here every couple weeks to pamper myself until I had to move for a job. I came back to visit family and wanted to pamper myself at my old go to. Well it wasn't the same experience at all and the place looked a little run down. They were nice at first until they seemed to get a little busier and then you could tell they started to get stressed and rushed every part of my service. The quality of service ended up being so terrible I debated if tipping was even worth it but I still did because I believe in karma. I hope they can get a grip and hire more staff so the quality of service improves. read more

Awwww what a cute new nail spot. I had a mani pedi (basic) and brought my mom along. We both had a blast chatting with the nail techs. Mom had her service done by the Owner who was so sweet and even taught her a few words in Mandarin. The space was clean, had great color selection, and accommodated our appointment at short notice. Super easy and free parking behind the building. We will definitely return for additional services. This spot not to be confused with the old Q Nails a few doors down. Different owner and different vibe. read more

Great nail spa. I came in on a Sunday morning right when they opened and it was pretty quiet. This is my second time here. They have the most friendliest staff. Plenty of color selections for gel nail and powder dip. Annie did my gel manicure and she was very detailed and took her time to even have one of my broken nail filled with powder dip to protect my nail and for my gel polish to look even. Parking is at back and very plentiful and spacious. There's a point system that you can check in at the counter and when you reach a certain amount, you will get a discount. I will definitely come back. read more

New management! Previously known as Dazzling Nails! Before the new management, the salon had an upscale and comfortable environment that played classical music. Now the new signs, shelves, bright lights and HUGE tv make it look like a generic and cheap salon. The Dazzling Nail staff was incredible and I'm happy they have stayed. They welcome you by name and give you a personalized experience. Pedicures are done thoroughly and gel manicures last forever! Wendy and Lily are my favorite! I hope the new management keeps this staff happy, because I will only continue to support as long as the original staff stays! read more

This place is the BOMB! They hung in there during the pandemic and they are awesome. I love Lena. I think she's amazing and sooo meticulous at doing my nails. Waste of time an money. Customer service was bad. Requested a gel pedicure and manicure, they did not use any soap, just plain water for both. I informed the techs and all of a sudden there was a language barrier. Both my gel manicure and pedicure chipped and peeled after 3 days. read more

Such a perfect experience! My brother and I were in search of some self care and were lucky enough to find an opening at QQ. They helped us out without a wait and were interactive throughout our manicure and pedicure. I have to say, my nails were a mess too. It has been about 3 months since my last mani pedi and they tackled my mess! I was surprised that they even offered beverages as we began our service. We declined but it definitely added to the experience here. We will definitely be visiting again read more

I always come here for the deluxe pedi and manicure and no matter who is staffed they always do such a great and thorough job. I never experience in a nails spa before, QQ gave me a calm and relaxing atmosphere when I was there to try my first pedicure. I highly recommend this place to everyone, especially men who have never been experienced their signature deluxe pedicure service. Staffs are attentive, and friendly. The spa massage chair is wonderful, I totally enjoyed my back massage. One thing I like about this is The store manager offered to each customer a choice of a bottle water, or soft drink. That makes this salon a little special. Will come back for my next service. read more

I initially came across this place on Yelp while searching for a nail salon that provides pedicures with a hot stone massage! I promised myself I would try one for the longest and FINALLY made time to treat myself to one for my birthday. I called about an hour before to make an appointment and was greeted by a very polite gentleman on the phone who coordinated everything. When I finally arrived, everyone was very friendly, professional, curteous and welcomed me with open arms. Anna provided me with my spa pedicure and hot stone massage. She did an INCREDIBLE job! Even when cleaning out my cuticles, she was very thorough yet gentle! No pain and no discomfort which was a huge plus for me! At certain points, she stopped to ask if the stones were too hot, and if the temperature was just right. I really appreciated that. Mind you, it had been FOREVER since I had a pedicure. And when she finished massaging my feet, I let out a deep sigh of relaxation. "Ahhhh!" ;) It was JUST what I needed. She didnt rush through my service and she really took her time. And my pedicure came out AMAZING! Plus, it was on a Tuesday so I practically had the salon to myself. This spa pedicure was the BEST part of my birthday. They really went the extra mile in making me feel special. I'm really big on the small things.. Such as the general "feeling" you get when you walk into a place.. Along with the energy and vibe you experience with people. And Anna and her team seem genuinely kind and good spirited - all while providing EXCEPTIONAL customer service. I couldn't have been happier. Thank you Anna and team SOOO much, I really felt the love! read more

Not one to try & take away revenue from a minority owned business, but bad business is bad business. My girl has been coming here for a few years now & has seen a steady decline in both customer service & customer care. We all know how hard it is to earn a dollar these days & for anyone to come in and spend their hard earned money to be treated in such a poor manner is truly disheartening. Despite having only the pedicure done and being roughly handled by the gentleman doing the manicure, I still came & paid for the entire service (tip included). In addition, some of the clientele here are a mirror reflection of the business itself today. Disrespectful & trashy. Will not be returning.. read more

I had a pedicure here once and I loved it. I was looking for a new place for my nails. I made an appt for 430. When I called I told the girl I'd like to select my own size nail tips because they always tend to come out too wide. She said ok. I asked for a full set. When I got there I waited until after 5 to be taken. I never wanted a fill but that's what they expected to do even though I had NO acrylics on. One girl insisted I choose my polish color. She must have asked me a half dozen times. Finally when it was my turn lily argued with me, literally about how I wanted my nails. She INSISTED that she cut my natural nails even though they were already kind of short. End result is that I HATE how they look. They are exactly what i DIDN'T want. I even showed her a pic of my previous set as an example. These nails are fat and thick and awful. What kind of business argues with a paying customer?? I can't even take them off yet because they're too new. I started to tell people to go there for pedis but I will tell everyone I know to stay away for nails. On top of it all, they're quite pricey. I'm so annoyed and bothered that I have to pay for what I didn't want. I hate how they look. Paying customers should get what they ask for. Also, its tacky to ask the customer to "come back another time" after making me wait 30plus minutes past my appointment time. I think they should stick to pedis only. read more
