Wow today they have Grand Opening, so much food and desserts. I went back to do pedicure today. Again staffs remember my name and greeted me as I walked in. This little thing of customer focus makes a big difference. Staffs always check on me and ensure me I'm happy with my pedicure service. I would definitely recommend you to try QQ Nails Spa to get your nails done here. read more

I love love Lilly's work!!!! She is awesome, so clean and precise in her work. My acrylics always are beautiful and I always get lots of compliments about where I get them done and the design. May I also say my fills ALWAYS last longer than 2 weeks, they usually last about a month. The salon itself is very clean and very accommodating. It's fairly easy to get an appointment and they have a wide array of gels and dips. If you have any doubts, don't.. this place is genuinely awesome read more

First time ever coming here. And I have to say, it was a great decision. The lady told me they have only been open for about 4 months. I will definitely be coming back. Lily did my nails and did EXACTLY what I asked for. No one else has ever made my nails look natural like I want them. read more

I called in the morning to make a same day evening appointment and when I got the the nail salon 15 mins early and I was already seated down. First time here and also first time trying dipping power on my nails. Lily took her time and did such a good job. I also was tempted to get my eye brows down which came out good as well. Will definitely be coming back again read more

First I stopped at another nail spot and they were kind of rude and told us they didn't have room for us until 1pm. They also only had 2 people working in a Saturday morning. Being new to the area, I yelped and found QQ Nail and saw their great reviews. We walked in and they said they can have us in chairs inn 10 minutes. 5 minutes later, I was sitting in a chair. The people are so nice and friendly, the chairs are new, and they have great prices. read more

I found my go to nail tech! Lina, you are amazingly patient! I love that you always take your time to make sure I'm completely satisfied with my nails, and the way you pay attention to detail is the reason why I will never go to anyone else. She's the best! read more

Me and my boyfriend decided to try this place out because we were in the area. We absolutely loved it! Employees were very nice and welcoming, and gave us water bottles while we relaxed. They did a great job with our pedicures, we're very satisfied and will be coming back! read more

wanted to try the dipping nails trend and i'm so pleased with how it turned out! lily did a fantastic job and i could tell that she was truly taking her time and care on my nails. i've received so many compliments already and can't wait for my next manicure! p.s. tons of free parking in the back - enter through the side street vs. alleyway for safer entry/exit. read more

Lily is amazing. She listens to what you want and how you like your nails. That's a win for me. She's my nail tech now, I love her vibe, and the salon is also very cute with tons of color options... read more

I waited a while to write this review because I wanted to make sure my opinion would be the same after numerous visits. I was referred here by my lash lady next door and its been wonderful! I get my lashes and my nails done every 2 weeks right next to each other. My nail tech Lily has really understood what I wanted every time I come in and now I don't have to tell her anything when I come, she does her magic! (She didn't get upset that I had to go elsewhere for a nail emergency while I was out of the area!) She's an expert with acrylics, gels, dip powder and regular mani/pedi! She also does designs for those that love them! read more

Super disappointed with Lily. She did not pay attention to my request and was not even able to remember the photo I had open in front of her of my nail request. My ombre was not even blended correctly and my nails look ugly. Thought better if this place cause of the models they display but was wrong. read more

The service is AMAZING! I walked in 1/2 hr to close for a fill and they graciously accepted me. Lili did my nails. She took her time to ask me if I wanted any changes to the shape of my nails, made the changes to one nail and asked me if i was happy and then proceeded to work on the rest of my nails. All the while she would ask for my feedback. I felt really comfortable. My nails came out exactly the way I wanted them to. Thank you for the great experience. read more

We decided to come here for the first time today with my family. It was there grand opening so we had decided to do a family girls day with the discounts they have offered. Although this spot is newer, their workers have worked there prior to the business change. I had gotten a spa pedicure to treat myself after midterms, and they were very careful with my feet. The colors came out well and Tammy (the worker who had helped me) was always checking to make sure it was up to par with what I had wanted my toe nails to look like. I had chosen a Tiffany's blue color for the spring. I loved it. My feet feel clean, pretty and delicate. I would definitely recommend coming here, they take their time to make sure you are satisfied. They took the time to make any changes I requested. 10/10 would recommend. read more

I got my nails done by Lina. I had chosen a photo for the color I had wanted and wasn't sure what colors would be the best fit. She was able to help me try to match the nail color in the photo and the result is in my photo that I have uploaded. It was a great experience. She was careful, and checked with me to see if my nail shape and gel thickness was up to my expectations. I would totally go back again to have my manicure done again by Lina. I haven't gotten my nails done by anyone else in the shop yet. However she did a wonderful job so I can't wait to come back. read more

QQ Nails Spa - I love it, this color is #136 it's such a pretty pink for Spring/Summer time! Can't stop looking at my nails - Nail Salons Near Me - Arcadia, California

I came in to remove my acrylic and get dip manicure. the lady who helped me said its better to sand down the acrylic to a thin layer instead of removing them to avoid pain and I said that was fine, as long as it looked as natural as possible and short (since that's what I wanted). she insisted that would be the case, but I end up getting really chunky and uneven sns due to the fact that there was still leftover acrylic. I had a feeling that would happen, but I just decided to listen to the nail technician since it seemed like she knew what she was talking about, unfortunately I got disappointed. however, I did get a fantastic pedicure. read more

Came here to get a basic pedi and they did an exceptional job! They are extremely professional and my toes look great!

I was looking for a new nail spot to go to by my job, then I was looking on yelp, and saw that they had good reviews and customer service. Decided to stop by and give them a try. Trust me when i say that I've been to many many different nail salons, and honestly. Nothing compare to any other ones that I've been to. Stopped in on a Tuesday, so they weren't too busy. I didn't call ahead, i just walked in. Waited for about 5 mins, and lily took me in. And boy. I am very happy with my nails! I'm writing this review almost 4 weeks later, and my nails are still looking great! They offer you bottled water, which is very nice. It is a little far from my house. But lily truly made my experience there wonderful, so I'll definitely be going back for my fill in a couple days! Thanks lily ! read more

Just got my pedicure done and the woman who did my toes genuinely took her time to make sure my nails were all even and the color was the right color i wanted. I appreciate those who do not rush with their work and she surely took her time and everything was great! Will come back here again when I'm in the area. read more

Don't be fooled by the many good reviews. This place recently went under new management and they have been horrible. Honestly, before new management took over, this place was so nice and organized and did amazing work. Under new management, everything has changed. Every time the owner does mine or my friends nails, it is always bulky, uneven, and weirdly shaped. Lina always does a great job on dip, but good luck if you get anyone else. I really did try to give the new management a chance, but they disappointed me every time. Also, I saw on multiple occasions they go from someone's feet to manicure without changing any gloves. That is disgusting. I am just so done with this place, and I have been coming here for years. Not to mention, the scheduling is very unorganized. You call and make an appointment, and they still make you wait. My last time I had an appointment at 10am and they didn't get to me until 11. What was the point of the appointment? My friend had an appointment, and they also made her wait a ridiculous amount of time, and when confronted about it, they said "Oh I did not write you down." These past few times it just pushed it over the edge and I will not be returning. read more

Out of all of my experiences with nail salons around LA, this has by far been my favorite one. I usually get quick service, but the outcome turns out mediocre. Lily, however, was not only quick but so patient and detailed; she takes care of the cuticles and makes sure the acrylic is smooth and even. Not to mention, they came out sooo pretty. Definitely will come again and recommend my friends, I just appreciate the patience and attention to detail. Pricing was extremely reasonable too. read more
