THIS IS THE PLACE TO DO DIP POWDER. Lily is the absolute BEST - not only is she detailed and thorough, but also my nails last more than a month! As a comparison, when I've had dip nails done in the past, they always started cracking at around the two-week mark. And then I would do what every nail tech tells you NOT to do - I would start cracking and peeling them off and ruining my nails in the process. But Lily's work is so strong that it could probably last two months. The only reason I get them re-done each month is that my nails become so long they make really annoying loud clack-clack-clack sounds at work when I'm typing LOL Other things I love: - prices are very reasonable compared to how much dip powder costs elsewhere (and this can't be emphasized enough, but ESPECIALLY for the quality of Lily's work!) - very easy to make an appointment (Kyle responds within minutes when I message him through Yelp) - easy parking in the back - they offer water / soft drinks during your service - super clean - all their tools are cleaned and sanitized, and they put a plastic lining in their pedicure tubs - have had pedicures done with Helen and Annie and they're both so sweet and do a great job read more

I really liked it here the staff was so friendly. They greet you with a cold bottle of water and a menu of their services with the prices Lily did my nails and she is a perfectionist and very friendly. My nails came out beautiful and she sure made sure I liked them every step of the way. Anna also did my feet very nice and clean. It is a little pricey they charge for everything but i think that's how it is now at most salons in 2019. The only part I was not happy about was how long my acrylic set took. I'm always rushing and I like to be in and out in one hour or less but I was her for almost two hours but again it's because of all the detail and precision they put in. I got my nails done on Saturday (10/9/21) and that same day one of my nails broke while i was getting ready to greet friends over therefore i had no time to come back and get it fix as i live 30 mins away. Worst part was the next day 2 more nails broke off and this awful location is closed Sunday and Monday. I finally was able to call the this morning and the very unprofessional man that picked up the phone verbally assaulted me over the phone because he couldn't understand why i wanted my money back. I explained very politely what happened and his response was "well it didn't break when you were here so it's not our fault". A case is already open for this awful incident. Great salon, great service and great people. I love that they used callous remover and files to take off all the dead skin (a lot of places don't use foot files lately). And a perfect mani / pedi for the whole family (including a kids manicure which was done with just filing and polish). But that's not why they are forever the best salon. I dropped my custom designed diamond ring into the foot spa when I was about to leave my appointment. It went straight into the drain. After much struggle trying to retrieve it, I gave up and asked Q maybe as a last ditch if she would be willing to call a plumber (and I'd pay). It's not an easy drain to just take apart. She told me she would try, but for now, closed off the chair so noone else would use it. I left really bummed out and pretty sure it was lost forever. The next morning Q called me before the salon opened and said she had gotten a plumber to open up the pipe from the back of the chair and found the ring! She would not take any money for the plumber either. You don't encounter people like the ones that are at this salon and I'd give them my business anytime. read more

New management. it's the second time I called for two pedicures with certain people and when I arrive they give me someone else because they're not available. The first time, i let it slide. The second I CLEARLY asked for Annie AND Tina when I made the appointment the day before. When I arrived there were two completely different people. So again, I asked for Annie and Tina and they said yes they're coming. Someone else was going to get started on my mom and so I said, no she wants Tina. And they said they don't have a Tina. SO why didn't they mention that when I asked for her when I called? I asked them why we weren't getting any girl we asked for and they said I never scheduled an appointment when I know for a fact we were set for 6pm on 02/08. The woman there said she was waiting for me yesterday 02/07. How is that possible? I used to be a consistent client but I most likely won't go back. I went in today because I had my nails done elsewhere and they did not have the Pearl chrome powder. This place took me in right away, but this review is for the pricing. Like I said, I just came from another nail salon and had a full set on I just wanted powder. I called and asked how much for dip manicure and the chrome powder. Lady said "chrome powder is 10 dalla extra" That's fine That's all I needed. Went in She charged me $20!!!!!!! She rubbed powder on my nails and put 2 thick top coats that actually wound up leaving bubbles all over my new dip manicure I have never been to this location to get my nails done but I will not be returning to get ripped off and have to run to my car so that I don't get run over (parking is horrid) (ie: go down a narrow ally to park in back) or bombarded by the homeless who kick it outside this business. The guy who serviced me cut me to the point I went "Ow!" and it kept bleeding. This has never happened to me at any of the salons I've been to. But I still continued the service thinking it was going to be ok after. Turns out it was NOT ok!! My toe is infected and has pus coming out of it. It's super swollen and painful to walk on. I do not recommend going to the guy for a pedicure. Super rough and bad experience. He kept clipping the sides of my toes and pulling it off. Didn't wear gloves either. I missed QQ Nails! I returned when the governor gave the OK for salons to open. They are doing an AMAZING job keeping everything clean. They have the required protocols down. Appointments only- and they only allow a certain amount of people for each appointment block. When I was there for my appointment there was only one other customer there for most of it, towards the end there were two- so maximum about three customers at a time. Everyone wears masks of course, and when you walk in they take your temperature. Then you sanitize your hands, sign in, sanitize again, then wash your hands in their sink at the back. read more

Made a last minute appointment for regular mani pedis for my daughter (4 yr old ) and myself. Staff was very easy going and we enjoyed our experience. I definitely would recommend making an appointment as opposed to walking in because while we were there we saw 2 people be turned away because they didn't have an appointment or anyone to service them. There were not many side conversations going on with all the nail techs which I found refreshing because it felt like they were all just focused on their clients. The lady who worked on my daughter was very patient and took very good care of my daughter. After she was finished, another nail tech offered to paint some flowers and designs on her and she was very shy about it in the salon but has been showing them off everyday since so out of the kindness of her heart she made my daughter so happy.
