We did enjoy egg sandwiches and breakfast burritos. The hotel didn't initially record us as having a breakfast card, so we made up a couple of days by having one breakfast in the restaurant and one "to go" which we had as lunch at the fair. The ladies working there were sweet and friendly. Seemed like a high-end burger joint inside of the hotel. We'll definitely be back whether we are staying there or not. It's worth visiting as a standalone business. There are TVs for watching sports and plenty of nice seating. We need to go back, of only to try their burgers.

The homemade lemonade was a treat. And I had the garlic fries--delicious! As mentioned, I'm still thinking about how good that sandwich was. The place isn't huge but they seat a lot of people. By the time I got home and realized their mistake, I called immediately. I even offered to drive all the way back to pick up the correct order myself. Their response was basically, "Too bad, the kitchen is closed." So let me get this straight: they make the mistake, charge me for food I never ordered, send me home with something I didn't want, and then refuse to fix it because they closed the kitchen. That's not customer service--that's taking someone's money and leaving them stuck with the consequences of your own mistake. A business should stand behind its orders and correct its mistakes. Instead, they chose the easiest option for themselves and left me paying for food I couldn't even enjoy. Completely unacceptable. I will not be returning, and I would strongly recommend others think twice before spending their money here.
