First time here and unfortunately I won't be coming back. I visited on 8/31 around 1 PM, and the overall experience was disappointing. Since it was my first time, I was taking a little extra time to look over the options and decide what I wanted. Instead of feeling welcomed I felt like the employees were getting annoyed that I wasn't making my choices quickly enough while getting served. One of the taller employees in particular gave me a look and attitude that made me feel like they no longer wanted to deal with me. The cleanliness was also a major issue. Every table I saw was dirty, including the one I eventually sat at and I had to clean it myself before eating. Between the poor customer service and the condition of the dining area, the experience felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Customers shouldn't feel like a burden for taking a few extra minutes to decide what they want, especially on their first visit. Unfortunately this was not a good first impression and I don't plan on returning. read more

A lot of ppl were ordering steak as their protein and it wasn't ready nor did anyone appear to be cooking it. The establishment was clean. Qdoba where do I even begin... I love that guac is not an added cost!! The food tastes amazing. I used to go to go Chipotle religiously, but Qdoba has knocked them out. The ingredients just tastes more fresh. I am a salad girl! My favorite is when the citrus shrimp was available. It's gone now . The service is amazing. The employees are always very kind and not acting like they're being held hostage. Ambiance is clean. You'll always find someone cleaning here. read more

I saw they had Mexican street corn, which i love, so I made up my mind to go to this location for food. BIG mistake. While the person fixing the food was fine, their food wasn't. It's like they put the entire box of salt in the Mexican street corn and the steak bowl i had. I thought i could add a little ssugar to balance the flavor of the corn, but it was way too much salt and I had to throw it away. read more

Like a lot of other chain places like this, it's fine. You get what you're expecting and no more. I only get the bowls, but they're good enough and I've never had an issue with undercooked meat or anything. I will say that service can be very slow there. It seems like they have a lot of turnover in staff so there are always newer people who haven't been fully trained, and then one manager who is there sometimes and frantically does everything. I haven't had any issues with them being rude for the most part, but it can be a bit frustrating waiting to check out for multiple minutes standing at the register. read more

So rude waited about 25 minutes when the place was empty for one bowl. The girl working in front was very frustrated and rude I can understand with the online orders how she can be frustrated. She then called up someone else to help. Slow as molasses. Making other people's orders once mine was done instead of ringing me out so I can get out of there. The employees seemed timid around here. Giving very small portions because of her presence. I asked for extra rice and chicken i insured the employee i dont mind paying extra. Whr there on a Friday night and waited 15 minutes in line for them to announce that they were going to make online orders and it would take at least a half hour before they would resume the line. I had already wasted 15 minutes in line and I wasn't going to wait another 45 minutes for this garbage food. I was only getting take out there because my daughter wanted it. Qdoba serves up decent Americanized Mexican food. Whenever I get hungry after power shopping a top "Mt. Blackstone" Qdoba is my place for the overstuffed burritos and salads, which really fills me up. Qdoba has a similar concept as other fast Mexican chains such as Moe's, Salsarita's, Costa Vida, and Chipotle, where your food is made to order down the line in right front of you. Vegetarian options are also available. Chips and salsa cost extra. Kids eat free on Tuesdays! I usually order the very large Chicken Burrito which is stuffed with lots of rice & beans, marinated chicken, lettuce, salsa, cheese & sour cream, rolled in a large flour tortilla, a good balance of meat, carbs, and veggies. I need a fork to eat this "monster burrito." Other times, I've had the Taco Salads with steak or chicken served in a large fried tortilla bowl, which tasted pretty good. I mobile ordered my dinner (and usually go once a week or so after I run errands) and today they were especially slammed. Not only did they have a line of customers in store, there were several orders for Grub Hub, mobile orders, etc. and I mean LARGE orders. You could tell the employees were stressed but they remained composed, courteous and even thanked me for waiting patiently. They're understaffed - the whole world is. I've certainly had my fair share of messily wrapped burritos over the years but they're working their butts off to keep up with the demand and they're doing a solid job. Avoid this location at Blackstone Valley ( 70 Worcester Providence Tpke Millbury, MA 01527) We are customer of this location for over a decade, but today is the last day we will order something there.... the service and quality has dropping considerably, but the last few months it hit rock bottom. I just ordered a couple bowls for my kids and since we know the qty of food that they put on the bowl has been dropping lately, we ordered extra rice and extra beans (paid extra). Picked up the bag and It felt like a salad, when I opened the bowl I couldn't believe how much food was in there... after I asked the attendant, she looked at me with disregard, and said that was it. I said, are you sure? Then she grabbed one of the bowls and put a little bit more beans, and gave me the bowl back. I couldn't believe how I was treated. I do not know if this business practice is specifically for this QDOBA or all QDOBA establishment in general. My spouse and I came in to this fast-food establishment at 9:20 PM. We ordered our food and went to sit down on the left side of the restaurant as the right side of the restaurant looked full at that particular moment. (We were not the only customers who felt this way as other patrons did the same thing.) When we sat down we were told by one of the workers "that side is closed". I looked at the worker and asked if she was talking to me and she replied "that side is closed". I was taken back a little because this place closes at 10:00 PM. When we sat down the time was 9:30 PM. Your sign says close at 10:00 PM which means at 9:30 PM your place should be fully opened to your customers (especially when establishment is small) to sit and enjoy their meal. Close at 10:00 PM does not mean you close half your place at 9:30 PM and the other half at 10:00 PM, nor does it mean you start closing at 9:30 PM so that you can leave the establishment at 10:00 PM. You close at 10:00 PM and do your cleaning after that time. This is the perfect example of when workers and management are lazy. I had my shares of working in the food industry from low to high end. Even at high-end restaurants, we do not close a section while we are still open. We prep to close but we do not close off sections. The only time we would close a section is if we close it for the whole day. Being told you can't sit somewhere when the place seemed tight is not comfortable. Also, if you were to close a side why would you close the side that has more seating and where the restrooms are located? Needless to say we will no longer be spenidnf our money at this particular QDOBA anymore since it made us feel rush and uncomfortable, not to mention the service here was not great compared to other QDOBAs. I have been to this location twice. Both times have been absolutely wretched experiences. The second was so bad that I actually did something I hardly ever do and wrote the company to tell them just how bad. First of all, the employees have all the enthusiasm of the slaves in the galley of a Roman war ship. Not only do they look sour, they just don't care ... based on their interaction with customers, you'd think you just said to them, 'I'd like to punch your dog in the face' instead of 'Can I have a burrito, please?' They also all look 12 years old. Secondly, the store is always filthy. I'm not talking about 'wow, this place is busy dirty' ... I'm talking college fraternity house after spring weekend, dirty. The meat always seems to look like its been simmering in a broth of orange grease ... and even the fresh chicken on the grill just doesn't look appealing. Third ... the portions are always way off and they cannot roll a burrito if you told them you'd give them a million dollars if they could make a proper burrito without it falling apart. Most times they put a miniscule amount of meat, a tiny dot of guacamole and then a TON of rice. Often, the burrito is so small, the ends are floppy and it has a weird half moon shape. The burritos here always fall apart. (I say always because I've been here twice and both times out burritos fell apart the minute we touched the bag.) The hot sauces are icky ... and usually caked in spilled sauce. There is usually salt and sauce and who knows what else strewn all over the counter where the silver wear is. Honestly, its just one of the worst 'restaurants' I've ever been to. Will not go back. They need to hire better workers ... or, put in place some of the initiatives to seek better employees. Chipotle has better advancement, college tuition and always have a manager on duty for quality control. At this Qdoba, it seems like they left some tween - agers alone in a restaurant and took away their Justin Beiber albums making them sad. read more

Hey, any restaurant that has selections for "extra" meat and charges for it doesn't serve enough of it to begin with it. When you go into Outback and order a steak, there's no option for extra steak because they give you enough steak, period. read more

Surprised at the negative reviews. I like Qudoba. I have been eating at various Qudoba locations for years. I have always had great experiences and consistently good food. I arrived at this particular location at 8 pm for a late dinner with my daughter. There were a few patrons and lots of staff. The dining room was clean and organized. The staff was professional and friendly. The food was served exactly as ordered, hot and tasted very good. I will say the food offered was not leftovers from the lunch rush. All food looked and tasted as if it had just been prepared too order. Very fresh. I had a pork taco bowl. It was a huge salad served with fresh ingredients. It was a very good salad for the price. The Pork had a really good spice. The order of chips and guacamole was good. The only issue I had was that the chips were unsalted and on the bland side. I usually prefer unsalted tortilla chips but even these needed salt. The Gauc tasted fresh and was tasty. My daughter ordered a taco bowl with half grilled chicken half beef, judging by how fast she finished it off I would say it was good. We ordered two fountain drinks too bring the total bill to $25.00. We left really full and satisfied. I would defiantly return. Probably next week. read more

Long lines form because employees are either yelling at each other, messing up an order, or stocking food that should have been stocked by one of the many other employees that are standing around doing nothing. Management is always yelling and arguing with the staff, directly in front of customers. It's been years since I've been there without someone swearing at someone else while they're making my food. We tried this place before and were unimpressed, and we're sure we won't be back after this time. It doesn't matter how good your ingredients are if the the 16 year old girl making your burrito doesn't care. There's not much to screw up in making a burrito. It's being made in front of you, so really all that can go wrong is the proportions and the wrap. If it's wrapped wrong, the ingredients are inconsistent from end to end. It's not rocket surgery, but it's beyond these young ladies' grasp. By contrast, the guy who rolls my burrito at the Westboro Chipotle does it with such gusto and precision, you'd think it was his calling. I like Chipotle's spice mix better, and the chips are fresh SOMEtimes, at least. I don't actually recommend rolling burritos for a career, but whatever you do every day, you'll be happier if you make it more than it is. And so will I. read more

Not too sure what peoples problem is here but I had a good experience. I had a chicken quesadilla and my friend had a pork quesadilla. They were both tasty and served up with gauc and sour cream. Not only was the food good but the person serving it was personable. She had a smile and even offered advice for what we should do with the rest of the day. I was surprised that the person actually engaged in a conversation. The location is great and is around a lot of other stores. It seems a little expensive for fast food, (which is what i consider it to be) but at the same time is much cheaper than if you got the same meal at a Uno's or Applebees type restaurant. read more

Ordered online and said it would be ready at 540, I proceeded to wait until 630 for my order because they said they "couldn't find it", then they said that "someone else took it" and they proceeded to help everyone else before me even though my order was missing this is really unacceptable, I waited extremely long when I had somewhere to be and the food ended up being flavorless and bland. Waste of time and money. The lady who was talking to me was condescending and they needed me to take a picture of my order for them to fulfill it because they thought I was lying, this was by far the worst fast food experience i've had, waited almost an hour for my food. After I waited they proceeded to make my order COMPLETELY wrong not once but TWICE, they even wrote it down and then I ended up waiting until 645 and had to go back in twice.
