Service is efficient and fast, and my overall customer service experience at this locale has been positive. Two minuses from my point of view. Parking can be tight, as the restaurant is next to a popular movie theater. Also, the tables and floor are usually not clean. I attribute this to most employees being busy servicing customers, and the hight volume of patrons coming through. It's been a few months since I've been here and have always loved it, I'm not sure what the hell happened since but it went WAY downhill. The place was filthy, food was flavorless, and the staff looked hardly awake. I would for sure eat at another Qdoba but I recommend driving by this one. As for Mexican food, this place holds a solid score for me. Doesn't disappoint because you can only expect so much from a place like this with everything premade ready to be plopped together. The meats are fairly seasoned. Good amount of veggies to choose from. Remember, the most important thing is the queso! More than a handful of queso from mild to spicy (from a regular spice eater, good kick but not dying heat). Guacamole is decent at best with nothing to rave about. Sometimes you get old sometimes it's fresh. The establishment has a good amount of seating area so you won't be stuck standing. The only negative things I can say is that they need another soda machine because one just enough. I have been going to Qdoba weekly for a number of years now. One of my favorite things to order are the chips and queso. The size of chips however keeps getting smaller and smaller. I just left and there is possibly just a handful of chips in each bag. When I commented on it the server stated that "they are on us about giving too much." Today will be my last visit to the Millbury Qudoba. Hopefully, I can find another Qudoba that will give the appropriate serving size. read more

Just ordered a veggie burrito(priced same as meat options). After making it I noticed one important ingredient was missing, veggies. She told me they were out of veggies. Confused why I hadn't been told that when I ordered a veggie burrito, she told me a veggie burrito only means rice and beans, not veggies..... She still charged me $9. The woman working were very rude. One messed up my burrito and dropped the fillings below and didn't remake it. Instead, she wrapped a cold tortilla over it to cover up the huge HOLES in the original WARM tortilla. Kids DO NOT eat free..not Tuesday or any other day of the week..Unless the person behind the register just didn't want to give me one free kids meal..I had 2 adult meals and 3 kids meals..They really skimp on the meat. The first time I went to Qdoba in Millbury, I thought the food was fair, but the portions were very small. Thinking it might be the server, I went back again only to thave the same experience. I ordered the burrito "bowl" and it was about enough food to feed a 7 year old. This is obviously a management problem. If you like this type of food, Chipolte has much larger portions and the food is fresher and consistently better. I won't go to this Qdoba again. While the women was making my burrito another employee put her whole body/ hands in front of the women working on my food and grabbed a bin with food in it, while she's doing this, she's also holding a rag! The rag dangled in my food and both workers continued on and didn't say, sorry or I'll make you a new one. Gross!! Who knows where that rag has been! I'm really surprised to see not so good reviews here. I love Qdoba. The food is awesome, I'm a regular nacho eater. My husband is a regular burrito eater. There are certain people who work there who are wonderful burrito wrappers and nacho makers. There are also people who work there who are not so good but usually my food is good either way. This fast food chain seems not as good as Cancun in grafton or casa Vallarta northborough or Azteca in Worcester. But it is better than chipotle and moes. Mainly because their dish has cilantro lime rice and they don't charge extra for guacamole. Chipotle is suppose to have cilantro lime rice but they run out of it most of the time when I eat there. Came here on Columbus Day last week. After spending the day catching a movie and perusing the stores, we stopped in for lunch. First time I have ever been to a Qdoba. The food was good, and service was good as well. The food is served pretty fast, which is good at a joint like this. We both got a chicken burrito and the thing was massive. I think people forget you should rate businesses in comparison to other businesses of a similar price. Given the fact that you don't need to tip, 2 people can eat well at Qdoba for $20-$25. Food is your average qdoba quality. Good when fresh. The staff here is so slow and very unorganized. No team players. Not one person working together to give you great service. Portions are small. Place is always dirty. They seemed understaffed for a Friday night. About 3 people up front and maybe 2 or 3 in the back that I could tell. Have gone here a few times the food is okay, decided to try the online ordering for pick up one night. I ordered a veggie burrito bowl in the special requests asked for extra guacamole and also ordered a side of chips and guacamole. Not sure if the workers ran out of guacamole or was trying to be spiteful put clumps of definitely past ripe almost rotten brown avocado on top of my bowl and shoved clumps into a plastic container for the chips. It was not even guac mix it was just gross brown chunks cut off a avocado and put on top of my food. I tried to eat it since I paid for it but it was so gross it had to be thrown away.
