They screw up my order whenever they get the chance. If I had to guess, they do it on purpose or they have very poor training. If I ask for no cheese, I get 2 or 3 slices (depending on their mood I guess). They cancel orders saying they are closed even though they are clearly open at 4 pm. Rude, cold, and dirty. Drive through attendant is both rude and apparently has trouble speaking or understanding English. Didn't give me a total but just said "drive up to the window" as though she was doing me a favor. Typical Wendy's food. Not bad, not great. Stopped in after my sons baseball game to get him something quick. It was not quick, I literally waved my arms as I stood in front of the register with the worker right in front of me before he acknowledged that we were there. I have been coming here for years and this is honorably the worst Wendy's I have had the displeasure of entering or waiting an eternity for the most visibly and audibly miserable person to hand me my old stale fries with soda that is consistently off flavored or no ice. I do not know who owns this place but they should be ashamed of how equally I am impressed with the off putting atmosphere they have established. With out fail I am once again disappointed, with sad fries burnt bacon and a lettuce I am almost convinced is a leaf from a local tree. I had ordered a five dollar biggie bag with the double stacker , large fry instead of the normal size, nuggets, and the normal size drink that goes with the order. The woman ringing up the order, bring it up wrong twice after explaining it to her multiple times. When I actually got the food, they gave me a regular cheeseburger, a small or medium size fry, and a large size cup and refused to give me the receipt they tried to say that I ordered something I didn't and was quite rude. The manager threw the sandwich and the fry in my bag and walked off, refuse to give me her name, nor the employees name that ring the order. This place is slowly going to shit and not surprised if it shuts down within a few months. For poor management and staffing as well as for customer servicing. Not to mention the soda machines do not have any diet drinks not that I drink them anyways. One of the soda machines is completely out of service with water flowing out of it. And Neither of the ice machines work. read more

The younger teens working in this establishment need to be replaced. Not only did I get attitude at the speaker but I got ignored and told to repeat myself because she was talking to a coworker. I got to the window I didn't get greeted in anyway because she was to busy talking to the other worker. And because she was to busy talking to everyone my order was completely wrong. I walked back in to get my sandwich fixed. Upmost attitude. AND THEN when I got back to my car. There was a hair in my new burger. Never before in my life have I placed a mobile order and they told me at the window "yeah we don't have any of that stuff" lmaooooo

Had to wait 20 minutes inside the lobby just to give my order. Had to wait 15 minutes more just to get it done.

Sat in the drive through for over 15 minutes, not including the 5 minute wait at the order box. I get being busy, but they didn't even say that they'd be right with me. Just silence until you hear what can I get you. There was at least 20 other cars too and they basically wouldn't take an order until there wasn't someone at the window. I understand being busy but this was just bad customer service. read more

I always get worried when I see the drive thru wrap around the building. I mean, are we that hopeful that it will be used? Lucky for me, there was no one else using it though I did have to contend with other cars using the parking lot to get to the stores in the shopping center behind the restaurant. Needless to say, we had no issues placing our order, our order taker was easy to understand. Right up to the window to pay and off we went with a hot and fresh kids meal. Ordered via the mobile app to pick up the order. Complete the order and it asks to give my name at the drive-through. Perfect. Went to the drive through and they said "you ordered on the inside. You didn't order the drive through." So I showed them the app. She didn't want to look at it (she looked over the car and not at me or the app) and instead said, "you didn't order the drive through. You ordered inside. So we don't have your order. You're gonna hafta pull up because you ordered inside." I asked what she meant and what I can do to fix it next time and she said "you ordered inside." (Palm to forehead) Eventually, I got some spicy nuggets while they last. (Checking bag) Nope. This is a complaint about the Drive Thru service about not taking credit/debit cards at night-time. This location does this multiple time by not accepting credit/debit cards, and I have a feeling that these loser night workers are pocketing the cash. I went to another Wendy's location, and they accepted credit/debit cards without any problems or giving an excuse! Wendy's location #2224 should be investigated! read more

If I could give this crappy place a Zero with your crappy employees I would! Person taking the order you couldn't even here on the speaker and copper and attitude when I said excuse me so she repeat herself. We waited in like for 20 minutes. I ordered two meals plus an extra sandwich and they couldn't even get that right. I ALWAYS look in the bag before we leave. I noticed both fries weren't even full, we were missing a sandwich and our 10pc nugget was only a 6pc. When I waited for them to come back to the window, TWO of the employees mimicked me about it being a 6pc. I'm not the only person they had an issue with the messed out someone else's order as well. Unbelievable on hoe you let your employees talk to customers and screw them out of food that they pay for. I hope your employee enjoyed the nuggets I whipped at him for mimicking me. read more

As usual I take a chance on a Wendy's and I'm disappointed. I don't like mayo, so I order my sandwiches without. I ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches without Mayo, ensured both the verifying screen on the drive through (late order only drive through available) and the recipe said no mayo and drove away after a 6min wait for the sandwiches. Got home and both had mayo. This was so absurd since everything said no mayo and there was a specific wait for the sandwiches. I know food service is a tough gig but if you can't get this right how are you suppose to do something beyond a simple order correct. Really unhappy with my Wendy's experience. read more

Stopped in here for lunch today. Upon entering the first thing I notice is messy eating areas and napkins thrown around. As I'm ordering I noticed flies flying around everywhere in the back I don't say anything and I eat my food because at this time im starved.. At noontime on a Friday they have no napkins and no ketchup available for guests. As I'm leaving I overhear a customer saying" cancel my order this place is disgusting with flies flying around. So listen- I love Wendy's- imo they have the best tasting freshest tasting food of their drive through competitors. I also love the baked potato and their salads- great choices for on the go hunger! That being said- this location has never once gotten my order correct. I live up the street so it's super convenient for me to pop into on the way home after a long day when I don't want to cook. The first few times I called, I either drove to get the right order or they gave me a credit towards my next. After a several times I just started checking the bag- any time I forget and drive off its wrong. I don't even call anymore. Second- I'm not saying this is related but I'm not saying it's not. My mother ate there about four hours later suspiciously had food poisoning like symptoms for two days. A few months later same thing happened to me- I figured must be coincidental right? Yesterday my husband ate there and guess what- food poisoning like symptoms today. I am not saying it's this locations fault I can't conclusively say that- but odd coincidence right? This one is at the Fair Shopping Plaza on Route 20. Stopped in for a bite at lunch.........Store looked fairly clean and recently renovated. Counter person was helpful and friendly. Food was good, hot and fresh. One question though, luckily it didn't take that much time..........Why does it take 2 people to explain something to 1 customer while my burger is getting cold on the counter?
