    Peanuts and soda!
    Gez L.

Greeted by a friendly server whom was ready to take our order. Five guys definitely isn't a cheap place for a burger, but you know you're going to get a tasty burger and delicious fries! The drink selection is amazing with their coke a cola machine, you can literally concoct any drink blend of your desire! Had a couple of trays of delicious peanuts while we waited for our order. Today they had a steady flow of customers, which is always good to see. One of the things I don't care for in any of these restaurants, the high ceiling and tiled floors and walls does make the noise levels a lot louder than most. Overall a good experience, all the staff were friendly and efficient, passing us our food with a smile. Burger was tasty and the fries were particularly delicious today! Keep up the good work!

2 Coke Machines- 1 out of order 1 out of Coke

Stopped in Five Guys for a quick lunch because it's a "known" place when traveling. The food is mediocre for the price and the staff wasn't helpful AT ALL. They have 2 Coca Cola machines- 1 was completely out of order and the other was out of original coke. When I told the employees they could care less and didn't offer to fix it or even acknowledge me. They did not have trays... everything comes in a paper bag and our large fry was dumped/spilled into the bag. We had to wipe down our own table; however, the bathrooms were clean. I would NOT eat here again. I'd rather eat disgusting McDonalds.

The milkshake was very good, but it took 35 minutes to make, the day wasn't even very busy, very poor service but otherwise fine.

I had the grilled octopus which was delicious and tender with a Mediterranean flair. I took a side of garlic broccoli which could have been cooked just a little bit more but was delicious. My wife had the fish and chips which I stole. A little bit of the chips were the best I've had. The fish was delicious. Of course we had to have a traditional old fashioned smoked which was quite a treat. We sat at the bar and the bartender was very attentive. Funny and welcoming.. but what really killed it was the ambiance and Old Stone building with beautifully appointed decorations. It was a place that I would love to spend more time in. If you're ever in the area, we highly recommend it.

With that we ventured to Glen Pharmer. The day was freezing and I could only get reservation outside in the covered bridge which would have been adorable with the water bubbling down stream underfoot had the weather been better. We decided to saddle up at the bar rather than brave the elements. The decor is cool - industrial meets hipster meets country. Lots of wood and copper. There was a lone tv in the corner of the bar playing the NCAA women's lacrosse national championship which was a welcome change of pace from the showings at most sports bars. The bartender was very friendly and very quick to mix drinks. The downside is that they DO NOT serve any alcohol they don't make so the mimosas were out but we did find a cocktail we enjoyed with gin, lavender, honey and lemon. The Bloody Mary had great accompaniments but the tomato mix was a little lackluster. The food was well prepared. The huevos rancheros had a good variety of ingredients and the flavors were perfect together. The tortilla underneath was a bit difficult to cut through but once it got a little soggy from the egg yolk and beans it was easier to break up. The sunrise bowl was the perfect amount of veggies. Purple potatoes were a nice surprise along with a vast array of things like broccoli and zucchini. The Benedict with crab cakes was moist and had plenty of crab! It's a bit heavy so go for it if you're really hungry otherwise you probably can take it home. Food prices were reasonable for the portions given and the quality. Drinks are creative and well made but remember you're not getting mimosas at this joint!

Inside, the restaurant exudes cleanliness and hospitality. Two large televisions are strategically placed at each end of the bar, while the decor throughout the establishment is visually captivating. The barista, Kayla, consistently provides refreshingly updated special cocktails. My personal favorite is the "Whisky Business," which features Bourbon, Campari, and Sweet Vermouth, served over a substantial ice cube and is an exceptional libation for whisky enthusiasts. The menu includes delectable small plates such as "bang bang cauliflower" with buffalo sauce, the "wisecracker quesadilla," and the "southwest bowl." Each dish is a culinary delight, and I anticipate future reorders. During our four visits, the bar staff consistently made us feel welcome through their warm smiles and engaging conversations. We eagerly anticipate our next visit to the Rail. It is noteworthy that the RAILLERY participates in the "Toast" loyalty program.

An Unforgettable Dining Experience…read more From the very first moment we stepped into 3, we knew the night was going to be special. We were immediately welcomed by the manager, Elyse, whose professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality set the tone for the entire evening. The atmosphere was inviting, comfortable, and perfectly balanced between upscale and relaxed--and the staff mirrored that energy from start to finish. Our service was truly outstanding: friendly, knowledgeable, attentive, and always pleasant. Every question we had was answered with confidence, and the recommendations were spot-on. You could tell the staff genuinely cared about creating an exceptional experience. The evening began with perfectly crafted and beautifully presented martinis, followed by warm, flavorful focaccia bread that immediately set the stage for what was to come. The calamari appetizer was incredibly fresh, tender, and packed with flavor, and the charcuterie board was both visually stunning and deliciously curated. The entrees were nothing short of amazing. The ribeye was cooked to absolute perfection--melt-in-your-mouth tender and bursting with flavor. The pesto tortellini was rich, creamy, and indulgent, with every bite leaving us wanting more. What started as a simple date night turned into an experience we couldn't stop talking about--and one we can't wait to repeat. If you're looking for incredible food, exceptional service, and a truly memorable night out, look no further. We'll absolutely be back again very soon. Highly recommend.

The food and service were not up to snuff, as our waitress was rather slow and inattentive. The salad I ordered was STILL not correct in that it featured items which I specifically asked to be removed. I did note that my salad was brought out in a bowl and not a sheet pan, which was an improvement over last time. The thing was that there were less than 10 people in the restaurant at the time as we arrived around noontime and I would have thought that the waitstaff would have had the time to attend to us in a proper fashion, but they were content to mill about close to the bar area. The drinks were OK and though not spectacular, were still good and met with my expectations. Apparently, management has yet to take appropriate steps to ensure that the waitstaff is attentive and the food is brought out properly. My wife ordered things that were more in line with this restaurant's strengths and she thought everything was fine, but as with the last time I was here, it seemed that little attention was paid to dishes that are not fried or battered in some way. While I realize that it is impossible to be all things to all people, when I order something at a restaurant, I expect it to be perfect considering the prices. All in all, I will not be returning to this place unless some serious improvements are made not only in the quality of the dishes, but in the attentiveness of the staff.
