    Peanuts and soda!
    Gez L.

Greeted by a friendly server whom was ready to take our order. Five guys definitely isn't a cheap place for a burger, but you know you're going to get a tasty burger and delicious fries! The drink selection is amazing with their coke a cola machine, you can literally concoct any drink blend of your desire! Had a couple of trays of delicious peanuts while we waited for our order. Today they had a steady flow of customers, which is always good to see. One of the things I don't care for in any of these restaurants, the high ceiling and tiled floors and walls does make the noise levels a lot louder than most. Overall a good experience, all the staff were friendly and efficient, passing us our food with a smile. Burger was tasty and the fries were particularly delicious today! Keep up the good work!

2 Coke Machines- 1 out of order 1 out of Coke

Stopped in Five Guys for a quick lunch because it's a "known" place when traveling. The food is mediocre for the price and the staff wasn't helpful AT ALL. They have 2 Coca Cola machines- 1 was completely out of order and the other was out of original coke. When I told the employees they could care less and didn't offer to fix it or even acknowledge me. They did not have trays... everything comes in a paper bag and our large fry was dumped/spilled into the bag. We had to wipe down our own table; however, the bathrooms were clean. I would NOT eat here again. I'd rather eat disgusting McDonalds.

Not the best chicken…read more Been to my fair share of chicken tender places. This is a chain that I have yet to try, so on the way back from Boston I made a detour to give this place a try. The inside has a lot of character. When I came in there was no one making the front. We ordered online and the order was ready when I pulled into this location. It took someone about 5 minutes to even show, and they immediately started ringing up people in the order line rather than address those waiting to pick up. Another 2 minutes later. Someone else shows up, fetches the bag behind the counter with minimal interaction. The chicken was still warm, but was overcooked. The reaper ranch was light on the ranch and was hot but lacking any real flavor other than the burn. The daves sauce was overly sweet, and the French fries topped with Mac and cheese were good but really lacking in toppings. It was like a tablespoon of Mac n cheese to a handful of fries and two chicken nuggets on top. At the price we paid, the quality does not justify the price point. It's expensive small chicken tenders with lacking sauce and indifferent staff. When your menu is limited, you need to execute properly and this location is not executing. Not sure if it's true across the brand, but there's many chicken tender spots to try and this one missed the mark

Panera is always a decent option for breakfast or lunch when you want something quick and easy. I…read moretypically order through the app and the food is available within 10-15 minutes on the pick up shelf (no curbside pick up option at this location). For breakfast, I like the chipotle chicken, egg & avo sandwich sub black pepper focaccia and any of the frittatas or soufflés. At lunch, I do a pick two usually with a cup of the broccoli cheddar soup or the fuji apple alongside half of the chipotle chicken avo melt, toasted italiano, or grilled chicken avocado sandwiches. And if you're getting dessert, you really can't go wrong with the everything but the kitchen sink or the dubai chocolate cookies. My biggest gripe is the inconsistency. Depending on who's making your meal, your sandwich can be generously filled or noticeably skimpy. We also miss when Panera offered more lower-calorie options. Over the years, the menu seems to have shifted toward richer, higher-calorie offerings, making it a little harder to find lighter choices.

I don't want to spend endless hours trying to get a refund, but it's a principle! I want my money back, and how do I reach them? It seems they don't even want to hear from anyone. If I don't hear from anyone, I will NEVER go here again...lots of new Tropical Smoothie cafe's out there to replace you with !

The sweet, smoky flavor, mustardy goodness isn't something I've found done as well anywhere else. And the fish itself was cooked perfectly. They paired the fish with the heartiness of the harvest grain side dish you see pictured. It was a huge serving, and I ate the whole thing because it was amaaaazing. My waitress was lovely and efficient, and I also didn't feel rushed. What made it a four star experience rather than 5 stars for me was the ambiance. The music was horrible--like 1980's big hair band type music. It was such a bizarre contrast to the rest of the upscale ambiance, which looked & felt more like a steakhouse. To my chagrin, it wasn't just one "off" song either...the awful selections kept coming throughout the meal. The music gave it more of a dive bar vibe, and it was so completely offputting that I left sooner than I otherwise would have. It honestly gives me pause when I think about coming again. And that's a real shame because I'd like to bring others here to share the amazing eats. I may try it again on another day. But if the music is the same, I'll be walking right back out the door.

Inside, the restaurant exudes cleanliness and hospitality. Two large televisions are strategically placed at each end of the bar, while the decor throughout the establishment is visually captivating. The barista, Kayla, consistently provides refreshingly updated special cocktails. My personal favorite is the "Whisky Business," which features Bourbon, Campari, and Sweet Vermouth, served over a substantial ice cube and is an exceptional libation for whisky enthusiasts. The menu includes delectable small plates such as "bang bang cauliflower" with buffalo sauce, the "wisecracker quesadilla," and the "southwest bowl." Each dish is a culinary delight, and I anticipate future reorders. During our four visits, the bar staff consistently made us feel welcome through their warm smiles and engaging conversations. We eagerly anticipate our next visit to the Rail. It is noteworthy that the RAILLERY participates in the "Toast" loyalty program.
