I usually have really good luck with this Jersey Mike's on the weekends, so I figured I'd give Monday night a shot. Apparently Monday night is a whole different experience. I walked in around 7:40 and there were signs all over the windows saying NO HOT SUBS. I'm assuming the grill had already been cleaned for the night, which is a little disappointing when there's still plenty of time before closing. If you're open, I kind of expect the menu to be open too. So I ordered a giant club instead -- over $20 with everything on it. The girl making it seemed like she would rather be literally anywhere else, and the attitude definitely matched the sandwich. Then came the bread situation. Apparently there wasn't enough regular bread available for a giant sub, so mine was basically pieced together like a bread jigsaw puzzle. The finishing touch was the bacon. I watched the employee move the nice pieces of bacon aside with his hand, then scoop up the crumbled bits from the bottom of the pan and dump those on my sandwich instead. Nothing says "$20+ giant sub" quite like getting the bacon equivalent of the crumbs at the bottom of a potato chip bag. I'm actually sitting in the parking lot writing this because I don't think I've ever gotten such a poorly made sandwich from this location. I've always liked coming here, which is why tonight was so disappointing. I'll definitely think twice before coming back on a Monday night. Apparently weekends are when the good bread, bacon, grill -- and enthusiasm -- are available. read more

Ordered 2 giant turkey subs today to conquer my craving and I got home surprised to find that there was hardly any turkey in the turkey subs. Not a normal experience for Jersey mikes. Was someone new making sandwiches? I kid you not it was one thin slice thick of meat! read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - Where is the turkey meat? - Sandwiches Near Me - Franklin, Massachusetts

Jersey mikes in Franklin is a good spot for a sandwich. Their service and quality of the sandwiches have gone up since they first opened this location. I gave them a bad review in the past but they've turned things around and I've changed my opinion. I usually just grab my food to go but they have plenty of seating and a few TVs. The one downside would be picking up orders to-go can be slow when they're busy and they can't stop what they're doing to ask you your name. read more

Ordered a Italian grinder tonight. Had one late last week and it was very good. Tonight's Italian only had ham and pepperoni. What's up with that. Other promised meats absent. read more

Tonight is September 19th we went inside to order subs the lead "man" lol was rude to me and his crew he needs an attitude adjustment. My sub was dripping with oil. Never going back because of the supposed lead man working tonight at 7pm. I WAS a customer every week. read more

Opened up recently in our area. Was a fan of Jersey Mike's when we lived in Northern NJ. Very fresh bread, fresh sliced meats, and big pile of lettuce and Mikes Way. Nice choice of sandwiches. A definite if you are in the area, and definitely better than Subway. read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - Half of a Giant Original sub - Sandwiches Near Me - Franklin, Massachusetts

I had my first sub there the other day and it was delicious. I had the Italian and it was perfect just like I remember from when I lived in New Jersey. All the vegetables were fresh and there was plenty of meat! The people that work there too were very friendly. read more

Great Place! I've heard about them before, just never had the pleasure of trying this place until they came to our town. Subs are huge and filled with plenty of meat and toppings. Bread is fresh, soft and tasty. So many options to suit just about everyone's taste. read more

The best cheese steak sandwich since I left NJ where I grew up! We had several near my most recent home in Kansas. When I moved to the Blackstone Valley 3 years ago, I was in despair until I found 2 in Franklin and Shrewsbury! They even have gluten free sub rolls for my husband who has Celiac disease so we both are in heaven! The only thing that they are missing is a pizza offering which the store in Kansas had. The pizza they offered was very good and since I haven't found a decent pizza or Chinese restaurant in my area, I am still disappointed in restaurants in my area. If anyone who reads this review could help me, I'd be most appreciative. read more

Great Fresh ingredients and good service . Reward points add up quick for a free sandwich

The subs are very good! Their customer service has been outstanding from the day they opened.

Sooooo good!! A little expensive for a sub but the deli meat it really good and they slice it fresh for each sub. The bread it really light and never stale. I've never had a soggy sub and appreciate how attentive and kind the staff are. They never seem miserable and are always in a good mood, I hate when I go somewhere and feel guilty for buying from them, these people working here are always pleasant and kind read more

Very solid operation. Short menu, but they do everything on it very well. Nothing off the chart spectacular, but a good solid fresh bread sub, with good quality ingredients, done right (they repeat the order back to you to make sure they got everything right). Frequent promotions keep you coming back too. And the service is better than you get in most sit down restaurants. Two thumbs up. read more

Went to Jersey Mike's Just opened in Franklin thought i give it a shot. I ordered a Large pastrami with Swiss, grilled onions and mustard. I was shocked to hear 16 dollars is your total oh i got a bag of chips with that. I looked at the sub it was a good size but not 16 dollars size lots of roll no onions to speak of mustard was just drizzled on for such a large sub. it did have pastrami in it and Swiss but at 16 no wear near enough. Katz deli sell a pastrami sandwich for 21 that feed you for days and that is in NY city. 16 is too high for Franklin for what i got I could have gone to long horn and gotten a steak for the same price. read more

I got a giant steak sandwich. The steak was was good and the vegetables were also good. I got it on the rosemary bread. I ordered online and it was ready on time. The problem is it was very expensive. For the giant (which I figured would be two meals but was a normal large around here) was 21 with a tip. I understand it's new, inflation, and we are dealing with a labor shortage so they get some leeway there. Even with the leeway it was too expensive. In the greater Boston area there are too many great selections that are at least 25% cheaper. read more

Middle of the road sandwich. I ordered with everything but hot peppers and the response was "so Mike's way plus pickles". First visit and don't really care what Mike's way is. I just want my sandwich. For about 3 bucks less they would have been 4 stars. If you are charging a premium the sandwich should reflect that. Not impressed and would not return. I wouldn't avoid them either. If it was the only thing I open I would eat here again. Just not willing to spend the extra money because they have a theme going. Staff was as expected not real personable sort of annoying. When I haven't even stopped walking and I'm looking up at the menu how about 7 seconds before you're in my face. read more

Who spends $15 on a single sub? Y'all are crazy.... That's $60 for a family of 4! Stay home and make it yourself.

Currently eating here at lunch time on a Friday. Foods awesome but the best thing is the employees are very gracious and polite. Hopefully they get hooked up in the near future. It's pretty rare now a days to have great staff like them. read more

Jersey Mike's was my favorite growing up in the Midwest so I was super excited when I saw one open up not too far away. I had lunch with my children at this location and it was just as good as I remember! All meat and cheese is sliced fresh to order, the bread was soft and fresh, all the topping also were fresh and delicious. The staff was a well oiled machine, everyone doing their job, working together, keeping busy after the lunch rush. Everyone was super friendly and the place was immaculate!! I usually get food to go in fast food places because the dine in area can be kind of gross but we ended up staying to eat there because it was so clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back to this location! read more

Ordered an italian with plain lays. Got a bunch of ham with some salami with soggy bread and miss vickie sea salt and vinegar kettle chips

Gluten free sub rolls?!?! I was blown away by how careful the staff was to avoid cross contamination when they made my sandwich. Having celiac disease, there are very few options for quick meals, so this is super exciting. Meats are sliced right there in the shop and everything tasted nice and fresh. Can't wait to go back! read more

What a nice addition to all this sub shops in Franklin. Service was very fast. Be sure you understand the menu before you get in line. This was first time for visiting a Jersey Mike's and I was not disappointed. The bread, meats and toppings were fresh and tasty. Most of very filling. I will go back again. read more

This location just opened and I think they're doing great!!! I've been 3 times already! They released thousands of coupons all over town, for this GREAT deal, so it's no wonder they're slammin during rush hours. Today though, I ordered a number 26 regular (chicken bacon ranch). When I went to go eat it, I noticed it was missing the veggies I was hoping for. Now, I know it still had the good stuff (bacon, chicken, cheese) but for me it wasn't complete without the lettuce and tomatoes; I also couldn't taste the ranch :( I briefly thought about going back in and saying something, but they were SO CRAZY I didn't want to be THAT customer. My other 2 sandwiches I've gotten this week were DELICIOUS! I'm just bummed that they were so crazy tonight that they forgot some ingredients on my sub. I'm hoping it was just an honest mistake though, and not a mixup with someone else's order. Since I noticed the #26 seemed to be a hot ticket item while I was there in just a 30 min time frame. I'm not sure if they just got slightly backed up with what seemed like some newer employees, or online/phone orders, or what happened? Regardless, I'll most definitely be back, but probably now after the hype dies down. -Holly, #26, regular, to go read more

2/10/2020 THE BEST OF WHAT'S BAD FOR YOU I'd only go when they mail me a coupon. I have bought additional things at times after coupon brings me in. 3-star means dont know enough items to give complete review. Only tried meatball & Italian. Meatball ok not memorable. This is a favorable review of one classic style of sandwich, the "Italian sub". Original Italian excellent. Some Italian subs really stink with onions fermenting in salad dressing. So I ask to have no onion. And their recipe already leaves out once-customary mortadella, which I find too fatty, & uses various other types of meats, good variety; capacola, ham, pepperoni, prosciutto, salami. Provolone cheese, too. All cold cuts are bad for you. It is a guilty pleasure. If you want to treat yourself to cold cuts sometimes, you want the BEST of what's bad for you. Their meats are very good quality. The little salad on top is key. Has to have oregano; enough to taste it. They succeeded in that. Whatever they know or not, they know the oregano is vital. I shall go back & pay a premium as the coupon was designed to make me do.- yes as other reviewers say, price higher than avg neighborhood price - I am interested in trying many more sandwiches; turkey, tuna, cheese steak next. I think they should be good because most of the other sub shops are busy making pizza, too. So this should be Dedicated to sandwiches. Ive had "Italian sub" all over the northeast - theyre much better when you Hold the onions - . Mikes = good example of an "Original Italian" sub. read more

I have been to this jersey mikes 3 times since they opened this location a few months ago. The first two trips I ordered the #42 with everything and received my sandwich with nothing but chicken, cheese and chipotle mayo. Today, I decided to change things up a bit and order the #43. All of my orders have been online and they're usually on time but today I arrived right at my scheduled pick up time and had to wait for my order. When I walked to the register I could see that they were busy so I waited for the cashier to finish with their customer and then ask about my order. When the cashier finished with the customer she just kept serving customers in line instead of the line of order ahead people who already ordered and paid and are just waiting for their food. The whole system is counterintuitive. Just put out orders like every other restaurant on planet earth so people can get in and out of your store. After all the waiting I was finally greeted and asked what the name on the order was. When I told her my name, she responded that my order wasn't ready yet. At this point it is already 5 minutes past the pick up time and I had to wait almost another 10 minutes for my sandwich. Even though this store is right around the corner from where I live I am done wasting my money on food that isn't worth it. Chipotle, firehouse, subway, Panera bread and five guys are all in this same area and function properly as "fast food" options. read more
