I tried their Alfredo the other day and just like everything else, I was not disappointed. It's has a thin crust, and not too much sauce & cheese...just the way I like it. Now this place not only makes regular pies, but he also makes personalized 10 inch sized pizza. I think that's pretty damn cool. A personalized size pizza is about 2 slices from a regular size pie. Anyways, I think the pizza is great! No complaints what so ever about it. Haven't tried anything else since I've been so content wit the pizza especially since a personalize size is only $7.00. WHAT A DEAL!!!!!!!!!!! Now parking isn't that great. Seems as if you have to back out into the road to get out of the parking lot. Kind of dangerous in my opinion, but it's ok! I'm a good driver! ha ha ha. I think the place could use a touch of color. We tried a slice of pizza in the Sicilian version which had amazing taste with just the right amount of sauce. I ordered the number 80 and added pickles. Parking was easy right in front of the restaurant. There was a variety of pre-cooked meals, as well as desserts, chips and a wide variety of drinks available. The menu is quite extensive with 80 sandwiches alone. Never mind the pizzas, pasta dishes and appetizers available. I highly suggest looking over the menu prior to your arrival at the restaurant or it could probably be overwhelming. I will definitely go back to try other menu items.

They offer a wide variety of drinks, prepared meals, and desserts, and the menu itself is extensive with plenty of options. I ordered three different sandwiches to try. The chicken parm was solid, though it could have used a bit more sauce. The triple decker was definitely a standout--really flavorful and well put together. Unfortunately, the Italian sandwich didn't meet expectations. Despite being the most expensive option, it had very little meat, lacked flavor, and the bread was dry. It just felt like it was missing something and wasn't worth the price. On a positive note, the Sicilian pizza was absolutely amazing--perfectly doughy and packed with flavor. I'd definitely come back, but would skip the Italian next time.

We ordered the chicken Mediterranean wrap and an order of French fries. Everything was ready when we arrived, and it only took about 10 minutes from the time I called, which was great! Let me just say, the fries were AMAZING! They're fresh-cut and cooked well-done, just the way I like them. Honestly, I could go back just for the fries alone! The wraps were served cold, which caught me off guard a little. My coworker mentioned that Mediterranean sandwiches are usually served cold, so that may just be a personal preference thing. I'm someone who prefers warm chicken, so I wish I had known beforehand and asked if it could be warmed up. The restaurant itself has that little hole-in-the-wall vibe, which I usually associate with some really good food, and this place definitely delivered on that! Customer service was great, the food was good, and I like that even though it's a barbecue restaurant, they offer other options too. My only wish is that they offered brisket because that's my absolute favorite barbecue food! Overall, we had a good experience, and I'd definitely come back again. I walked in around 7:40 and there were signs all over the windows saying NO HOT SUBS. I'm assuming the grill had already been cleaned for the night, which is a little disappointing when there's still plenty of time before closing. If you're open, I kind of expect the menu to be open too. So I ordered a giant club instead -- over $20 with everything on it. The girl making it seemed like she would rather be literally anywhere else, and the attitude definitely matched the sandwich. Then came the bread situation. Apparently there wasn't enough regular bread available for a giant sub, so mine was basically pieced together like a bread jigsaw puzzle. The finishing touch was the bacon. I watched the employee move the nice pieces of bacon aside with his hand, then scoop up the crumbled bits from the bottom of the pan and dump those on my sandwich instead. Nothing says "$20+ giant sub" quite like getting the bacon equivalent of the crumbs at the bottom of a potato chip bag. I'm actually sitting in the parking lot writing this because I don't think I've ever gotten such a poorly made sandwich from this location. I've always liked coming here, which is why tonight was so disappointing. I'll definitely think twice before coming back on a Monday night. Apparently weekends are when the good bread, bacon, grill -- and enthusiasm -- are available.

I've seen many owners come and go over the years, but I think I could still be called a regular. A few days ago, I ordered two salads and a pizza. As I've done for years, I asked over the phone if they could replace the flatbread that comes with the salads with a large sub roll. This is a request I've made many times over the years without any issue. When I arrived to pick up my order, I noticed while paying that the bread wasn't included. I mentioned my request again, and the person behind the counter walked away, so I assumed he was going to get it. After I finished signing my receipt, I noticed he had only brought out one piece of bread. Thinking it was simply a misunderstanding, I pointed out that I had ordered two salads and repeated my request for the bread. His response was a very abrupt, "No!" He then immediately turned his attention to something else. I was honestly floored. It wasn't the refusal itself that bothered me nearly as much as the way it was handled. If there was an additional charge for the sub rolls, I would have gladly paid it. I had already left a $7 tip. After being a customer for 50 years, it was disappointing to be treated so dismissively over what seemed like such a simple request. I keep thinking: was it really worth being rude to a longtime customer over a couple of dollars' worth of bread? A simple explanation or, "I'm sorry, we can't do that anymore," would have been perfectly understandable. After all these years, this experience has made me reconsider where I spend my money. And unfortunately, there's certainly no shortage of pizza places in this area.
