The restaurant doesn't have any seating but that's okay because it gave me an excuse to have my sandwich in the beautiful town common across the street. There is a free play arcade machine though which was a great touch! I was immediately thrilled with the service. I didn't catch her name but the woman behind the counter was extremely personable and told me a little bit of the history behind the restaurant. One of the chefs even popped out and offered me a piece of their chicken cutlet. Nice touch, and very delicious. I'm not normally a cheesesteak person but after seeing the reviews I decided to try it. This may have been one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. The sesame bread was like a pillow, the meat was so tender, and the peppers and onions were expertly caramelized. To top it off the cheese was melted inside of the ingredients and almost felt like a super gooey sauce. Everything tasted fresh and high quality. I also had their sea salt chips. Incredibly crispy and not too salty. And a chocolate chip cookie because I may as well try everything. It was probably one of the best cookies I've ever had. Crispy on the outside while being soft and gooey in the middle. Everything was a perfect 10/10. A little too heavy for a regular lunch but as a once in a while treat Duo can't be beaten. Best cheesesteak I've had in this area hands down. The cooper cheese worked beautifully with the sandwich. The salad was a good portion and the mozzarella and fresh mixed greens with the vinaigrette made for a fresh rustic feeling side. Finally, the homemade chips are outstanding. I may have to get some in the future just to pair with onion dip. The only downside for me is their limited hours which makes it challenging for me to visit, but I'll definitely find a way on occasion in the future! I highly recommend Duo - give it a try!
