I love these donuts!!! Everything is delicious - homemade - and so fresh. One of my favorites is the marble twist dipped in the honey glaze?! Yes please!!! Also their blueberry scones are the best I have ever had. The breakfast sandwiches are great - but I usually ask for little or no butter on them. I find they add a bit too much for my liking. I could go on and on about the food and drink here, but in my experience so far...the exceptional staff is what sets this place apart. Let me tell you about Chloe, the wonderful woman standing behind the counter. Chloe greeted me warmly and genuinely asked how I was doing. I came in on a Sunday morning for a coffee and to get some work done. I ordered a hot decaf hazelnut coffee. Which Chloe politely informed wouldn't be possible because the brewed decaf hazelnut was ICED, not hot. And the hot decaf coffee had no flavor - no hazelnut. and As soon as Chloe saw me trying which option to choose, she came up with a solution. She gave me half iced hazelnut, and half hot regular decaf. THE PERFECT SOLUTION! She went above and beyond, and did it without thinking twice. I meet here regularly with a friend for coffee and sometimes breakfast. They are really friendly in this coffee shop. You order and pay at the counter. It appears it is structured for more take-out than eat-in. Although there is absolutely plenty of space in this large room, there is very limited seating, with a couple of tables along one wall and a couple of cozy stuffed chairs near a fireplace facade. It is very clean. The food fare. is mostly egg sandwiches of limited variety and bagels and donuts. There is no coffee bar to prepare your coffee yourself, but they will add what you want and give you sugar packets. It appears they do a good business for take-out. Really fun selection of coffee flavors. Blackberry bourbon stood out as pretty unusual and I'm happy to say it was fantastic. Who could ask for anything more? Our first time visiting was Sunday the 6th. Our go-to breakfast place was packed. From the outside, the place looked nondescript. Step over the threshold? WOW! Plenty of seating with an atmosphere of "Come, sit down and relax". Their offerings? To die for! Their breakfast sandwiches look phenomenal (I had the "109-er" on multigrain toast). Then there were the myriad of stomach-pleasing and mouth-watering items such as fluffy, fresh muffins - which to buy and how many?! A difficult question for me! Clean, bright, welcoming space to have a quick breakfast. Egg sandwiches are large and flavorful. Lots of options for flavored coffee (though I can't vouch for the taste - not a coffee drinker). Ice tea is refreshing though, and I'm excited to try the raspberry lime rickey soon. The service was very fast I only got donuts and coffee so I dont know how long it takes to have a breakfast sandwich made but I will update my review once I order one. I just can't anymore with the service. Yes they are nice but every time I go in it takes at least 10 minutes from the time I order. Today, 3 people behind the counter... good. But then 2 others leaves including the one who took my order, and 1 lone taking a customer's order after me which is fine as mine was already taken was left. But the person who took my order disappeared in the back. What?!? Luckily the lone person came over and asked me if I was waiting for anything... YEA my order! So she made it and apologized which I thanked her. The person taking my order? Who knows... The actual sandwich and doughnuts are good. But they can be SO much more efficient. I was really hoping this would be a fantastic place that we'd make into a regular weekend routine, but not going to happen. While the staff is very friendly, service at the counter is slow and nothing short of chaotic. Ambiance is nice though. We tried a second time by getting breakfast bagels to go on a Sunday morning (7:30am) and all four flavors were stale beyond belief. We have been going to the location in Walpole for years... EVERYTHING IS GREAT!!!!! Fresh and delicious! Great assortment.... We just moved to Norfolk and discovered Country Kitchen on main st. It is equally as good as the location in Walpole , BUT, the location in Walpole is opened until 5pm, the location in Millis closes at 3pm.. wish they stayed open til 5pm also.... So if we want something after 3pm, we drive to the Muffin House down the road... oh well... read more

Grievously understaffed. If you walk in for a quick cup of coffee, and the person in front of you orders a breakfast sandwich, just leave. You'll stand there unacknowledged for 10 minutes, and that is being kind. It's ridiculous, as it could be rectified by having 2 dedicated sandwich makers during busy hours, but, whatever. It ain't working. I've seen people STEAMING in that line. But I give 3 stars because the coffee is good, the baked goods very good, and the help very nice and cheerful. But if you want a quick coffee and donut, go somewhere else. This is not that place. read more

I love their breakfast sandwiches. There's a ton of egg and it's filling. One thing I have seen a change in from previous comments is I feel they have become faster which is much appreciated! The last couple times they are taking my full order vs. one item at a time. And there has been a dedicated person at the sandwich station. That combo works so much better for them. read more

There are plenty of Dunks' down 109, and drive thoughts at that. This will be a faster in and out than waiting at the drive through, the prices will be comparable and the quality will be many times over what DDs provides. Really spacious and clean inside for dine-in. All donuts and coffee and great. It's OK. If you are a Dunkin regular this would be a huge upgrade, but it's fairly standard grade for a made in-house donut shop. My jelly cruller was way overcooked, dry and greasy, but plain donut was fine. Coffee is passable. Nice room to sit and get some work done or meet people. read more
