On my most recent visit, the woman at the counter took my order and, when it was time to pay, asked for my phone number. I thought she was asking me about my rewards stamp card, so I responded, but she never acknowledged that my phone number had gone through. It turned out she was actually talking to another customer, leaving me standing there talking to myself. It felt inconsiderate and made for an awkward experience. The drinks are decent, but they're Herbalife-based products, so there's nothing particularly unique about them. Customer service and making guests feel welcome are what really set a place apart, and unfortunately that's been consistently lacking during my visits.

You can add low fat/sugar caramel, chocolate and graham crackers for free as well. My shake is less than 300 Calories because of the caramel and Graham's but that's way less than I would have consumed if I went out for pizza like I was originally going to do!
