It's not even their fault, they are all new all the time. I feel bad but it sucks when your whole dinner gets fudged up over and over again. Newbies that don't know what basic drinks are. I had to walk the server through putting my drink in the POS system at least four times in a row...this has been happening for 4-5 months now.
