You can select from set options or make your own. Nothing wrong with the premade options but comparatively, build your own is a much better deal here. Most the toppings are similar to ones I've seen at other places (nori, avocado, garlic crisps, wonton puffs etc.) but they're the first I've seen offer korean pickled daikon - and I love pickled daikon. Also, apparently they offer dole whip, which I'd like to try next time. +1 star as a counterpoint to the ~only got a free sample of dole whip after not being a customer~ review.

I appreciate a quick option for a more healthy and balanced meal (protein and veggies bowl…read morebasically) but the chicken was so weird. It was like a marshmallow, it kind of just disappeared in my mouth. It was spongy maybe? I really liked the corn it was actually flavorful and sweet and the teriyaki sauce was good. But def don't get it with a chicken, maybe try shrimp or something. Price wise it was ok, but it's one price no matter what protein you get which did make my chicken and veggies with low rice seem a lot for $15. Honestly, I probably would only come back if I was in that plaza and staving. I will comment that their process of mixing is wasteful and I did not like that. They use disposable trays to mix your food and sauce and then put it in a plastic bowl, regardless if you eat at the store or not. That's using 2 disposable single use products one each and every meal.

i had a wonderful experience at bjs on father's day with a party of seven. i made a reservation…read morebeforehand for 11:30. the table was not ready when we arrived. i was offered bar seating or a high-top table right away however our party included small children, so that wasn't really an option for us. the food was delicious, and everyone in my party enjoyed their meal. i personally shared the santa fe salad with blackened chicken on the side and a burrata pizza, and both were excellent. the prices are a bit high for individual items, but the portions are very large. the santa fe salad was fantastic. the lettuce was crisp, and i appreciated having the option to get the dressing on the side. we were also able to keep the chicken on the side. the chicken had a great smoky flavor and was perfectly seasoned. the salad also included cheese, tortilla strips, and avocado. i also tried the burrata pizza; its a deep-dish style pizza with a thick, bread-like crust topped with fresh basil and burrata. it was absolutely delicious. although the slices look small its the thickness of the pizza that makes it incredibly filling. i was full after just one slice and was happy to take the rest home. dessert was another highlight. i really enjoyed the classic chocolate chunk pizookie. the warm cookie paired with vanilla ice cream is such a great combination. they also offer a lot of interesting flavors. i went with the classic this time and was very happy with it. service was a little on the slower side. it was father's day and they were extremely busy. everyone was friendly and the overall experience was very positive. there is plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors. they also had a cute father's day keepsake pint glass with a special father's day design.

For the starter, I ordered nachos with guacamole and added tri-tip. I shared that amongst 3 people…read moreand we all loved it. For the main course, I ordered the newest thing on the menu which was Wagyu beef burger. It came with fries you can replace with something else, I got mash potatoes instead. But wow, the burger was juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The waiter was so friendly and kept checking on us. It was a nice quiet day for a Saturday before Father's Day but it worked out great for us.

Man. I don't know what is happening but this place is going down and quickly. I've been going here…read morefor years so I waited before I said anything, hoping it's just a phase. I waited months for it to get better but it just keeps on getting worse. Both, the food and the service is getting worse. The food quality is noticeably declining. The prices are getting laughable too. A pasta dish with protein went from about $22 to $37. If I'm paying almost 40 dollars for a pasta dish, I'll go to federal hill and won't have to deal with a screaming baby two tables over...and the food quality is going to better too. The service went from exceptional to freaking terrible. The staff turnover is so high. It's so high it's very noticeable. They can not keep staff to save their life. Every Saturday it's a sea of new faces, confused and terrified. If they even remember you sat down...and many times you just wait and wait ...I assure you, they will mess up your order. It's not even their fault, they are all new all the time. I feel bad but it sucks when your whole dinner gets fudged up over and over again. Newbies that don't know what basic drinks are. I had to walk the server through putting my drink in the POS system at least four times in a row...this has been happening for 4-5 months now. I've been going there for at least five years, several times a month. I'm a solid regular but i spend 150-170 each time and it's becoming a total bummer. I have to explain rhe menu or what a simple drink I'm ordering is. They forget about our table all the time lately. I've had them ring in completely wrong food or tell me what I'm ordering doesn't exist...it does. Most of the time the food comes out wrong, or cold. I just eat it at this point because it's become a norm. The bill is almost always wrong. I give up. In search for a new go to. This used to be a gem. Treat tour staff better and hold on to good people because the place is starting to crumple.
