Amazing prices, service was quick and it's a nice little boba store that's has like a classic early 2000s kind of feeling when you walk in. The oreo cookie blast was nicely flavored. Not overly sweet. I will definitely come back to try a milk tea next time.
Easy on street parking and easy to spot- just stop at the big bubble cup on the corner! On one wall the menu is displayed on a wall of flat screen tv's. The rest of the shop is flanked with hand painted pictures and writing along with fake flowers and vases that line the front windows. It could use a little updating but none the less, it's about the product. I had an iced matcha. Delicious- just wish it had more ice and felt colder.
Decent neighborhood boba joint. My go to is taro or Thai tea, but I've dabbled in chai & honeydew & those as nice as well. The drinks are usually a little too sweet for me, but if you're in the mood for a sugar rush, this is the place for you. They have a loyalty punch card (collect 5 stamps & get a free large bubble tea) which I love - I'm a sucker for punch cards. I think it's a sweet way to give back to your customers & incentivize them to come back. Staff is always friendly & knowledgeable. Solid 3/5 stars.
Ordered the sour apple juice tea without any toppings. Toppings would have been 0.80 each. It was good but too sweet. There are no adjustments for sweetness. The prices were $6.50 for small and $6.75 for large.. With a 0.25 difference I think it'll be worth it better a larger instead.
This is definitely my favorite spot for bubble tea in Providence! The best taro coconut combo!
Decent prices (large is $4.75 and a small is $4.50)!! We ordered the brown sugar milk tea and the thai milk tea with chewy balls. The brown sugar was lacking flavor and a component, which I can't identify. We've had plenty of brown sugar bubble teas before and this tasted different/oddly flavorless. The thai milk tea was a smidge too sweet, but fine for the most part. No complaints about the chewy balls/boba, though! The quality was a little suspect, but the prices are too good!
I ran here so fast, I blew out the KNEEHOUSE It hurt so bad, like the EMERGENCYHOUSE But I said no, don't call the EMTHOUSE Cause first I want some Boba from BUBBLE TEA HOUSE If I'm JWoww, then you're the SNOOKIHOUSE If you have 2 lovers, wanna make it the THREEHOUSE? If the bathroom's empty, I need to use the PEEHOUSE And if you need a Mocha drink, go straight to the TEAHOUSE Are you from Nashville cuz you're the only TEN I SEEHOUSE If I'm Dallas, you can do me like the DEBBIEHOUSE If you're Macauley in My Girl, I'm the BEEHOUSE So float like a butterfly down to BUBBLE TEA HOUSE You know, there's a reason they call me AC/DC-HOUSE Just spend the night at the Fox E and BARBIEHOUSE I'm proud to say ours is an LGBT-HOUSE But there is nothing average with the fruity drinks at BUBBLE TEA HOUSE! WHAT! House everything going with you? At the Bubble Tea House, everything is going well, with lovely decor and good products. If I brought my cats here, it'd be The Fleahouse. If the toilet overflows? The Peehouse. And when you bring your wife here, it's The Guess-what-she's-having-an-affair-with-Mehouse. This is a super cute and friendly bubble tea shop which I stopped at in Providence because it's been around for a while and is popular, and as you may know I try all the boba in all the places. I don't love the drinks here, but the decor is really nice, and the service is nice as well. For these reasons I liked it and would recommend it and would totally come back here. I like the Boba better in some of the chains around here, especially Kung Fu Tea, but I do think this is well worth your time, and you might really love it because a lot of other people do. If it was in your backyard, or the backyard of a member of 21 Pilots, it'd be The Treehouse. If it were the kind of "sums" I like, it'd be The Threehouse. And if this review gets censored, blame The FCC-house. But anyway, Halsey just came on the radio so I have to go and slit my wrists now bye.
Will tell you that I've been searching for a decent Boba place that has ease of access without fighting for parking. In top of that, in the prices are better than competing area locations, as they are far cheaper. The tea here is outstanding and the staff knows there craft!! Dont waste time on the east side by for Boba, come here!!
First off, $4 for a bubble tea is a great price and the drinks we tried were very tasty! I wish we could have dialed down the sweetness a bit. Kung Fu Tea allows you the option to do 50% or 30% sweetness We tried the Thai iced tea, hot jasmine milk tea and the hot coconut milk tea. We will definitely be back to try other flavors. Ordering was swift and our drinks came out promptly. One thing I noticed is that they use syrup (?) to flavor the drinks. Not sure if they also use powder.
I went here yesterday and got the Thai tea with boba and it was yummy. The boba was chewy and sweet which makes coming back worth it. The Thai tea was sweet and not too strong. You even get a free boba air freshener which is super cute.
I loveee this place so much. Its so cute and little and the prices r great! They have quite a variety and its always very busy when i go in! Been steadily going here for some years now. Deff stop in!
I gotta give it to the guy who was working in there by himself, the service was quick and he was able to deliver all the orders fast. As for the quality, even the flavors that are common in other bubble tea restaurants, tasted weirdly different here.
Our go to for bubble teas - located across the street from the high schools on the same side as Classic Cafe. This wasn't around when I went to Classical, which now that I think about it is prob dating me (I'm old!) but whatever! Have been there several times now and can't complain. My favorite so far is the Fireworks Smoothie (Acai, Lychee and Mango). Just enough mix of tart and sweet for my taste. The bobas have a good texture, I have found others to be undercooked - but these had a good chew to them. There are only a few options that are made with real fruit (jackfruit and durian, although I was told the jackfruit is canned) and everything else is powder. That's the only ding I could give - I would prefer fresh fruit but I'm sure it's a lot pricier to maintain. We happened to be in the area around 9:50PM on a Saturday night and were surprised to see they were still open - looks like they're open 'til 10PM Fridays and Saturdays now! There is only street parking but we haven't had an issue finding parking yet. The staff is young but very friendly and your drinks are made fairly quickly. They do have a loyalty card as well - after 5 drinks, your 6th is free!

The go-to Boba place in Providence! Bubble Tea House delivers delicious, well-balanced flavors that aren't overly sweet or sugary. A must-visit whether you're a boba regular or trying it for the first time. I highly recommend the Toasted Almond Mocha Latte (iced). Friendly service led by a family with strong ties to our city. read more
8.75 for a Vietnamese coffee. $2 worth of coffee all ice. Extremely disappointing. Service was fine. But honestly it's a complete ripoff for a cup for of ice with 6 sips of coffee. read more

Hi Kelly, thank you for your feedback.…
This place is a whole in the wall but hidden gem! They only offer street parking but I usually find a spot. It's been around for years and a very popular boba spot in RI. The service is always quick and friendly. They also have new ordering kiosks where you can cut the line (if any) and self order. There are cool artistic drawings on the wall that makes for a great social media wall. They have a diverse menu of milk tea, fruit tea, smoothies, and slushies. My go to is the Iced Thai Milk Tea with boba and lychee jelly. read more

After all of my bubble tea sampling, I've decided this place is my favorite spot in PVD for bubble tea. Hands down. 1. It's SUPER easy to navigate the menu. The bubble tea chains on Thayer are overwhelming, especially if you're new to bubble tea (not to mention the staff are not helpful if you ask for recommendations) 2. If you forget to specify sugar content here, it's okay because they don't ask for specifications! Their normal amount is NOT the kind that will give you diabetes at first sip (lookin at you Kung Fu and Vivi) 3. I got the taro milk tea with bubbles, an easy standard drink (their pina colada smoothie was suuuper tempting, though. Next time!), and it was by far the best I've had here in terms of taste, adequate amount of bubbles, proper amount of (minimal) ice, and a sealed top. Plastic lids are frowned upon in proper bubble tea. 4. Friendly and quick service. This is the spot I will recommend from now on, and I plan to return again! read more

I ordered jasmine milk tea. It was not good. If you have been to the Bay Area, where you can drink a lot of authentic milk tea, you would never suffer to drink this milk tea. The tea and the milk flavor are almost none. The parking space near the store is free. That's a pro for the store. If you like to take photos, you may like to take a photo with the pineapple in the store. Also, it is cheaper than Vivi and Kung Fu milk tea stores. But who want to waste money to drink a bad beverage? Will not come again . read more

I loveeeeee this place! They have so many flavorful options to choose from. Never disappointed! They also have stamp cards which are super convenient because you get a free large drink after a certain amount of visits! My favorite drink is the Thai tea smoothie with Boba read more
I was craving a sweet treat after a tasty lunch at Asian Bakery & Fast Food. We decided on Bubble Tea House since there aren't a lot of other boba places around Providence, and this was just a few blocks away. There are a few street parking stalls on the Classic Cafe side of the building. They have a lot of options here -- there is an extensive menu of juice teas, smoothies, and milk teas. I usually stick with a simple milk tea or a pure-fruit smoothie. However, all of the smoothies here have milk in them which is definitely something I should have considered before ordering. I thought that the Fireworks signature smoothie would have an interesting tropical flavor since it contained acai, lychee, and mango. Unfortunately, it was way too sour and the milk mixed in with those fruity flavors gave it a strange, medicinal taste. I also got strawberry jelly inside of the drink. Normally, jelly doesn't have a strong flavor, it's just meant for color and texture. This strawberry jelly was overpoweringly sweet. I could barely take more than a few sips of my drink before throwing it out. While Bubble Tea House does have relatively affordable prices compared to other boba stalls, in my opinion, their drinks are mediocre and simply not worth the trip out past Downtown Prov. read more

First time customer. We had a great experience and I really loved my tea. Then I took a final sip and found this guy... still alive, in my mouth! Never going back. read more

Maybe it was just the day that I went, but the boba balls weren't as chewy as I expected. They were almost to the point where it was hard, making the tea less enjoyable. The brown sugar milk tea was amazing! I got the Thai tea and it was okay. Definitely have to go back and try it again. read more

I always came here after club activities at least once every two weeks in high school. It's a little shop, but it is nice place to sit down and hang out. I recommend the Thai tea, mango, or pomegranate slushes with tapioca balls or lychee poopers. I also love the huge Durian seat they have near the counter! The prices are inexpensive ($3-$5) and there are tons of flavors and poppers to choose from. Definitely recommend! read more
What a cute little bubble tea shop. When we went in it was super crowded but the line went by pretty fast. I ordered the matcha green tea smoothie with chewy balls. It was good but just a tad bit a little too sweet for my taste. Hubby ordered the mocha smoothie with chewy balls. It was delicious! I will return when i'm in town again :) read more

I was in the mood for bubble tea and didn't have high hopes that RI would have a bubble tea spot but I pulled yelp up and looked...and to my surprise I found this place. So I hopped in the car and came here. Tea wasn't bad but it wasn't THE BEST. It is probably the BEST that the area has. read more
Great spot when you need your bubble Tea Fix! So many flavors and so many options. Tea? Slushy? Blended? You can get a split cup?!???!! Great place for a refreshing drink on a hot summer day. Even on a cold day, this place offers hot drinks also. I love all the different variations of flavors and various texture bubbles you can give in your drink. So much fun. read more
