It's a bit of a wait but so well worth it! Food was fantastic and staff were so friendly. Very cute and cozy, definitely a hidden gem. My son had the Nutella stuffed French toast and he absolutely loved it. Said it was possibly his new favorite breakfast item. He decided after his French toast that he had to try the chicken cheese quesadilla, he finished that in 1 minute flat. His friend had the chocolate chip pancakes, the pancakes were so huge that he was only able to finish a quarter of it. Husband had the breakfast burrito....gigantic and stuffed to the brim with goodies! I had the egg-white and veggie omelet, absolutely loved it. Simple and big portions. Cute family run breakfast spot. The staff is always friendly and happy. You can tell they enjoy the food they serve. The food is always fresh and the ingredients are seasonal. I was about to order the Vermont French toast (stuffed with apricot mascarpone & drizzled with caramel) when the waitress described and raved about the chedder biscuit w/ birria meat. I switched at the last minute and I'm so glad I did. It was delicious! The meat was tender & flavorful, the biscuit was buttery, the kale and red onion added a nice freshness and the sauce!! Not a drop left on my plate. Same with my husband's pineapple upside down pancakes. Fluffy pancakes w/ pineapple and strawberries, an orange cream drizzle and a heap of cinnamon butter. Gave this an ok based on what I had. Classic French toast. It was basically two pieces of thin bread cut in half, grilled with powdered sugar. That was cold. I had to ask for syrup and butter. The butter was not butter but some kind of substitute. Coffee was not good and the half and half, not sure what it was but it wasn't half and half. Other meals served at my table looked great. Omelets and home fries, Nutella crepe looked amazing. I would give this place another try but definitely get something that is more authentic to it's Latin character. read more

Second time here. Love the consistency of the food and service. It's a smaller place, but there is fairly enough room between the tables, and they have bench seat at the windows and one of the walls. They had several cocktails on their menu and we wanted to try them all. They also have refreshers. The menu boasts locally sourced ingredients, and you can taste the freshness in every bite. I indulged in the Hangover Skillet, filled with juicy chorizo and fresh avocado - a mouthwatering combination that hit all the right spots. Also had a Bloody Mary which was flavorful with just the right amount of tang and spice. The Carnitas Skillet is a must-try recommendation - each bite bursting with flavorful and juicy goodness. Another standout was the Crab Cake Benedict. To satisfy our sweet tooth, we ordered chocolate chip pancakes to share - a perfect ending to our breakfast. While the seating may be a tad bit cramped, the warm welcome and responsive service more than make up for the wait. I hope they explore taking reservations in the near future so that it's easier to coordinate going. The parking lot is very small and is shared between Café Locale and Blue Moon. Hands down the best breakfast I have ever had in my entire life. I just can't even believe we found this gem while visiting! Just DELICIOUS.

The food is still excellent the service is great and the place is neat and clean. However the prices are outrageous. Glass of milk $5.00 2 slices of French toast $10.00 Coffee $4.00 Eggs benidict $15.00 I gave them 2 stars for the quality of the food. We won't be going there again. read more

Disappointed! Went on a Sunday. Pancakes had to be sent back due to not being cooked in the middle. Syrup bottle was ice cold and syrup came out like molasses. Carnitas skillet was bland. We dropped in here on a weekday morning. First of all when we looked at it from the outside ..strip mall, you have seen a ton of these places, we almost passed by. Glad we didn't. Came in and was greeted with a smile to a cutely decorated place in black and with art on the wall. Table clothes on the tables and an optional outside dinning. She choose the butternut squash skillet and I choose the eggs Benedict Florentine. Both were a 10 out of 10, love the seasoning! The home fries were to die for, perfectly cooked and seasoned. This place has the BEST fish tacos. Our waitress was wonderful and let us know upfront that the tacos were phenomenal. She was a lot of fun- great energy. Encouraged my friend to try mine! She was helpful in checking about my dairy allergy . I also had a latte with almond milk-was super glad they had a nut milk available at a restaurant...pretty rare in my experience. Delighted by the art on the walls and white linen tablecloths. Highly recommend! There were families on either side of us on Sunday afternoon for lunch but this would be great for a date at night too. Restaurant is clean with plenty of seating and parking. The food was really good. Not pictured is the Nutella latte which was the right amount of sweetness. The food here is always absolutely amazing and usually comes out quite quickly unless you're there during the rush. Ambiance is wonderful and my partner and i absolutely adore this place!! The coffee could be improved but it's not too bad, used to be better but I think when they opened the new location they moved the person that made the good coffee there. This like walking through the wardrobe door into the magical world of Narnia, except instead of going through a wardrobe, you go from a trashy strip mall into a chic and delicious breakfast cafe! We stopped here on a road trip north and were incredibly pleased with our choice. It really doesn't look like much from the outside, but inside, the atmosphere is clean and bright, modern and cozy with art from local artists hanging on the wall. I had the crepes with fruit and caramel sauce, and they were amazing! My husband had the crab cake benny and was equally impressed. They also boast artisanal coffee drinks and brunch cocktails. Was told 20-25 min wait for 2 when we got there around 11:20am. Took about 40 mins. The parking area was completely full so we knew there was probably a wait. When we were finally sat down, a young man came and took our drink order...he came back and gave us only the water we ordered without the hot coffees...about 10 minutes passed and I noticed no one else had hot coffee at their table. Our food order was taken and we reminded them about our coffee...another 10 mins passed and we finally got them. I ordered the Colorado burrito w/ carnitas and avocado. He ordered the chilaquiles with carnitas and avocado...and the table next to us ended up with our food. *sigh* they ordered similar foods but different meats. The hostess came to us and apologized saying it was her fault because she decided to try to help the kitchen but ended up screwing things up. About 10 minutes later, we finally (again) got our food...and this is why they're getting 3 stars instead of 1. Food was BOMB dot COM! Very tasty. We discussed and decided we'll give this place another shot sometime in hopes this was a service fluke.
