We are biased because we live in Rehoboth, but our family enjoys the food choices at KP and everything is delicious. The service is generally quick and friendly and we enjoy the small local independent ambiance. In the summer we like to eat outside our back where there is BBQ! read more

Just had breakfast here. The omelet (spinach, tomato and cheese) was really good, with home fries and an English muffin. Plus, 2 cups of decaf... all for $11.05! Very reasonable price. Service was good. What a great little find! I'll definitely be back. read more

We had an early morning drop-off down the road for our car so we thought we'd grab breakfast since we were out. My husband and I both are continuing with our breakfast burrito obsession and when we saw a few on the KP Grill menu, thought we'd give it a go. The inside looks like you would expect any small diner type place in New England to look. There is a large area for outdoor seating, but it was raining the day we were there. We both ordered the chourico, pepper and onion wrap with a side of home fries and coffee. The coffee was OK, nothing special but it did the trick. We both enjoyed the wraps and home fries. Shout out for the service though. the gentleman that was working was quite attentive and our coffee cups were always full. I'd stop by again. read more

Just had to try the burgers.. Ordered one med well and med both came out perfect.. Home cut fries were delicious also tried the pulled pork chili..damn it's good and savory just right. Cook on both burgers was perfect.. Bun choice was good too. Lettuce and onions fresh! Good stuff here. I'll be coming back on Saturday for smoked pulled pork. read more

Breakfast at 7:30 - 2 eggs medium cooked properly. Bacon - burnt to a crisp. Potato's- see bacon. Toast- so cold butter would not melt. Coffee- good. They don't open til 7:00 so the burnt food was burned yesterday. Just a horrible meal. Service was very good. read more

I should have taken a picture of my food but it was so beautiful, I get the need to dig into it immediately. I got a Florentine eggs Benedict (spinach and tomato, poached egg, hollandaise) with has browns. The spinach was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The egg was runny, the has browns were deliciously crispy. My husband got the Irish Benedict (corned beef hash, poached egg, hollandaise) with home fries. He said his was delicious as well. I always order decaf coffee, and I got a fresh pot of it. The waitress was very solicitous and kept tabs of our table the whole time. My wife and I found this place on a Sunday morning. It doesn't look like much, but you won't be saying that when you leave. First off the staff is wonderful, awesome customer service. Our waitress was pleasant and made sure we had everything we needed. Onto the good stuff my wife had the French toast and bacon. French toast was done perfectly, bacon was awesome I ate half of her order. She liked the French toast so much she ordered a second helping. Now what I had and totally recommend was the Eggs Benedict with crab cakes and baked beans on the side. Hands down and I'm not exaggerating best crab cakes in the area. These match the quality of the ones I've had in Maryland and Washington state. I'm always seeking a good crab cake and I finally found a place that has one. I believe the are made to order. I could of eaten a dozen of these. They were so good....the hollandaise sauce was perfect as well not to thick not to thin. I added a little hot sauce to cap it off. The baked beans complemented everything perfectly. This is my new favorite breakfast place. I wish I lived closer cause we'd be there every weekend. We met the owner also supper nice guy. An extremely rare bad review . In short the table I was at inside was infested with mosquitos . I asked to move to the bar area and was snarled at like I was some type of of Karen ! I picked up my own Crab Cake Benedict and coffee and brought it over to the less fly zone . There were quite a few egg shells in each bite and that sucked . Well at least I tried KP. read more

The KP Grille is a small diner located on Rt. 44 in the woods of Rehoboth, MA. Newly renovated, this restaurant lacks the small town appeal it once had. Before its makeover, "The KP" was a cozy 4 booth and counter restaurant. Everyone knew each other, the grille cook was located just behind the counter chatting with the customers, and the worn bar stools a constant playground for the little ones racing to see who could spin them the fastest. Eating lunch here is now, just like eating lunch out anywhere. The waitress comes and goes, there's no grill cook for entertainment, and the booth backs are now so high you can't take a look around and see the other patrons. Little community atmosphere here, now much more independent and cold. Food is satisfactory. Your basic cheeseburger with the usual adornments. Happy to see that the french fries have not changed, just as tasty as ever. If you need a place to stop in for lunch, I recommend it, reasonable prices, reasonable food. Beyond that, I'm sad to say this place has lost its appeal for me. Wow!! That clam cake & chowdah was amazing! Made me feel like I was right by the ocean but the taste was even better. So buttery. The chowder was thick and delicious!!! The onion rings were some of the best I've ever had as well! CRISPY onion. Not soggy whatsoever - amazing taste of crispy batter! Nothing to me beats a well run, small, welcoming restaurant! I've now been here twice and had a great experience both times! Once for breakfast with a beautifully cooked, and full omelet as well as the most perfect potatoes/home-fries. The second time I've been was for a last minute decision Saturday night dinner... when they have their BBQ... ummm the brisket was amazing, and the corn bread can't be beat. They even grill it so it's perfectly warm when served to you! Great place! The fish is fresh and by far best in the area. Breakfast? Go for the Crab Cake Benedict! Diner baked fish or chowder and clam cakes which have a clam in ever bite! That was then and this is now! Have been coming here for 2 years. Last Tuesday we received burnt bacon. Today 4/2/2013 I was served a bad over cooked omelet with cold beans and coffee that looked like mud. Too bad but I will not be coming back. Watch out for Tuesdays. Love this place. Take my grandkids here on a regular basis. Extremely friendly staff, they will make eggs any way you want them. The place is small so sometimes you have a bit of a wait but it's worth it. A throw back to another time where they make you comfortable and serve a great breakfast at a fair price. My family and I used to go there on a regular basis for Sunday breakfast. But the last 3 times we were skipped and left waiting while they seated others that clearly came in after us. When we pointed it out the waitress rudely snapped we were wrong! The last time, the sign said "please seat yourself" so we did. The waitress actually came over and made us get up for someone that came in after us. And I know for a fact they came in after us as they stopped they're vehicle to let us cross to enter the restaurant! But my family (with an infant may I add) were asked to get up. I'm done. Unbelievably rude. Didn't just happen once either. This was on 3 separate occasions. I believe the waitresses play favoritism and seat people they know rather than following the order. We will not be returning do to the terribly rude and poor service. If anyone is looking for delicious Sunday breakfast, check out Vinos right up the street. I had a takeout dinner here tonight, they are open for curbside pickup during the pandemic. Had clam cakes, chowder and onion rings. The food was really good. The chowder was nice and creamy, clam cakes were crisp and not too greasy, onion rings tasted fresh and crunchy. I would definitely eat here again. It's the go to place in REHOBOTH for an awesome breakfast. Service is a 10, very friendly, clean and fantastic food. They go out of there way to make sure your happy. Everything is fresh. I always get an egg dish with ham. They use butterball ham and it's the best you can get. Eggs Benedict is my favorite and the corned beef has is the best. Leave a review after you've eaten there. I have been to the KP Grille 3 times since it reopened, twice for lunch and once for breakfast. The restaurant looks great, they must have spent quite a bit of money refurbishing the place, and now it is time for them to focus on their service. The length of time from sit to serve was rather long each time I have dined at KP. My wife and daughter accompanied me to breakfast, and we found a fly in my daughter's pancake. The lunches were ok, but unremarkable, and all I can remember about breakfast was the look on my daughter's face when she found herself face to face with the bug. Oh well, on to another place that has good eats with low prices or so we thought. This place looked newly renovated and featured a diner menu and prices to match. We made ourselves comfy and ordered up. I with the turkey burger and sweet potato fries and the boyfriend with a chicken buffalo sandwich and onion rings. We ordered the fries/rings because the way the waitress asked was like they were included. When we got the bill, boy were we surprised. They charged 3.99 for the onion rings and 2.99 for the fries. Also, they charged me because I asked for lettuce, tomato and mayo on my burger. An extra .50 cents each without telling me those we chargeable when I asked for it on my sandwich. For $20 we basically ate crap. The food was OK for what it was. Fresh but their wait staff should let you know up front. We could of got a meal for the price we payed.
