We recently discovered Boro Bagels, and it's quickly become our go-to spot for a delicious breakfast in Attleboro. The moment you step inside, you're greeted with a spacious and clean environment that sets the tone for a satisfying meal. The bagels at Boro Bagels are very tasty. Fresh, chewy, and full of flavor. The variety of cream cheeses and schmears are a bonus. The bacon scallion, jalapeno, and veggie options are our personal favorites. You should check out their coffee too-- very good. What truly sets Boro Bagels apart, though, is the exceptional staff. From the moment you walk in, their friendliness and enthusiasm make you feel right at home. It's evident that they take pride in serving high-quality food with a smile. We can't forget to mention the hashbrowns - crispy on the outside, perfectly seasoned, delish! They complement the bagels well. One thing the business can work on more is the wait time-- sometimes you can be waiting 45 minutes for breakfast sandwiches. Also, viewing the menu on the website via phone is difficult as the menu doesn't load properly. If you're in Attleboro and craving tasty bagels, friendly service, and a clean, inviting atmosphere, look no further than Boro Bagels!

The bagel sandwiches were delicious! They have different types of bagels to choose from. Ordered an everything bagel with ham and egg. Next time I will definitely try the Cali bagel. The seating area is nice. Reminded me of a NY bagel shop.

Solid 3, moving towards 4 Stars, but baked bagels are only so good, these are decent bagels, service prompt, options for cream cheese good, Lox Sandwich was good, Egg and Cheese was good, just can't reach higher levels that can be attained by a boiled bagel method. Iced Cafe Americano was Ok, Flavor ok but not exceptional, still was decent. Nice environment, good energy. Easy street parking. I did like the Garlic Bagel topping, but still comes up short to a boiled bagel in consistency.

Bagels are just ok, they don't seem to be boiled so not truly a NY style bagel. Not going to find any crusty exterior here and spongy inside. Think more like a sandwich roll you'd get from the grocery store. A good bagel does not require toasting, these do. Cream cheese was very liquidity but tasted good still. Had to dump the water out before using it. There are much better places locally but if you're in Attleboro, give it a try, just don't have high expectations.

I have tried this place twice, ordered Asiago bagels, both times the bagels were undercooked and doughy, disappointed at best.

When I went through the drive-thru initially the service was very nice and polite. About 10 minutes of waiting, I figured wow kinda a long wait, but because it's a gourmet specialty breakfast sandwich and a cold brew with a shot of espresso I thought maybe this is normal. So I waited and waited... The girl comes back to the window and asks me what I ordered so I confirm. I wait another 8 minutes or so at this point I'm sitting in a Drive-Thru for almost 20 minutes with no coffee and no sandwich. A man comes to the window and gives me a sandwich... I asked for my coffee and they said "oh you had a coffee too?"... Then I see that she's just starting to make the espresso... Then a guy comes back to the window and asks me to give the sandwich back because it's for the person behind me. I put the sandwich back in a bag and give it back to him. About 5 minutes later I see them making my sandwich... At this point I've been there for a very long time. I am also late to pick up my brother from the train station. I asked to just refund me the money because I had to go. The guy said he can't refund me for the sandwich because it's almost done. He just hands me a $5 bill for the coffee and says "my bad". A large cold brew with a shot of espresso is more than $5 but okay I just want to get out of there. Then somebody comes behind him and hands him my sandwich. I grab it and just leave without my coffee. The sandwich was good but it's unlikely thet I'd go back there again.

The line goes really fast. Doesn't matter how many people I got mine. This one was five people had me. I don't even think I was seven minutes in line waiting to get all the orders and they get my stuff and they could sit and relax while I wait to go to another appointment in a few minutes. The cream cheese is freshly made in house for all the time. I got a really good cinnamon crunch bagel with a bacon, horseradish cream cheese, which is like my favorite combo. It was delicious lots of bacon in the cream cheese and just a touch of spice from the horseradish was really good. Brought the hubby home a garlic bagel, which is his favorite. He'll have that for breakfast tomorrow. I like it. It's always quiet even when there's a lot of customers here. I'm in this morning. It was only like eight of us in the dining room and the only person making noise was a little child at this table over playing with a toy other than that was quiet and the walls are nice and clean the pictures. Look really refreshing and delicious. Just an amazing experience love coming here. Little tiny shop on route one in a strip mall with only a hairdresser next-door, but lots of parking.

Loved the atmosphere and the place was spotless. One of the waitresses seated us asked us if we'd like a drink and pickles with coleslaw. We said yes pickles were great. Coleslaw was very vinegary. Was not a fan of that. We both ordered half a pound of pastrami sandwiches with Swiss cheese and mustard. The pastrami was very lean and sliced very thin and that was good. But I found the pastrami lacking in flavor. I think I was expecting pastrami like they sell at Katz's deli or the old now closed Carnegie's in New York. Would come back to try other things.

I really wanted to like Maven's. With all the hype surrounding this place, I expected something…read morespecial. After several visits, though, I'd describe it with one word: meh. To be clear, the food isn't bad. It's perfectly edible. The problem is that it's also remarkably average, especially considering the prices they're charging. Nothing I've ordered has made me think, "I can't wait to come back for that." It's just...fine. We actually visited during opening weekend, and it was a bit of a mess. They ran out of pastrami, which is a pretty big problem for a deli that was generating so much excitement. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because opening weekends can be chaotic. Since then, we've been back several times hoping things would improve, but the experience has been largely the same. The biggest issue, aside from the food being average, is the service. It's consistently slow. I can understand waiting when a restaurant is packed, but we've experienced long waits even when there were very few customers inside. It feels like everything moves at half speed, and that's been true on multiple visits. I also think they're trying a little too hard to be Katz's Delicatessen. That's an incredibly high bar, and instead of trying to recreate that experience, I'd rather see them focus on becoming the best version of themselves. Right now, it feels like the ambition exceeds the execution. The one thing I will gladly compliment is the bagels. They've been excellent every time we've ordered them, and honestly, they're probably the strongest item on the menu. I do think there's plenty of room for improvement, which is why I'm giving two stars instead of one. There's clearly potential here, and I genuinely hope they find their footing because I'd love to have another great deli in the area. We'll probably give them another chance down the road, and I hope I can come back and update this review with a much more positive experience.
