Great place! Best veggie cream cheese ever and their poppyseed bagels are phenomenal but they never have them. They sell out way too quick. They need to make more. read more

BEC on cheddar bagel was very good. i should've added salt and pepper. taste 7/10, bagel was smaller than most other places but still good!

It was a busy Sunday am and we were in the mood for a good bagel and This hit the spot. They are so busy so def order ahead. We waited about 20-25 minutes for our order. Bagels are fresh and the veggie cream cheese was excellent. The bagel sandwich was fresh made and also really good. read more

Breakfast bagels for the win! Coffee was great as well. Seems to be a town hit as it was a packed house. However that didn't change how quickly we received our order. read more

I love love love this place. It's as close to Jersey bagels as I have found. The bagels are the stars here. Crispy outside and soft inside. They have seeds on both sides too ! They also have delicious coffee flavors. My drs are in this area and it's always a nice way to reward myself. They do online ordering also so you can order ahead. Highly recommend ! read more

The service from this one employee is redicilious she is rude and acts like you have 3 heads. I don't know her name but she always is there early with a hat she is the rudest and if she is that rude why work with people at a bagel shop? She shouldn't be working with people period such bad customer service. read more

Great bagels and very well run business. I highly recommend for breakfast sandwiches.

Ordered two breakfast bagel sandwiches on a Saturday more than an hour in advance. Even went to CVS across street to burn up some time. Wife's first visit and she went in when the status changed on her order. Someone behind the counter yelled at her to wait for her text. Bunch of high school kids with no manners. I know the place is busy, but don't treat your customers like that and then ask for a tip when you pay. So finally she gets the text to pick up. She goes in and asks for her order. They look around and the guy in the back says they lost it and it will take another 25 minutes. She cancelled as we had to be somewhere. I know the place is busy on a Saturday morning, but the order was placed well in advance, paid for and she got the text that it was ready. I have been here on a weekday morning and it's not such a Zoo. They need to rethink the system and remind their young staff a gratuity is for good service, not someone yelling at a customer to wait for the text. They are lucky they are in Franklin and not in Cambridge where there is competiton. read more

Loved this local favorite. Bagels were fresh and delicious. Cinnamon cream cheese was a crowd favorite.

Best bagels evah . The bagels are so fresh and large too! Cream cheese fresh and creamy. I would go here again any Day

This place is always awesome! They have the best bagels around and the staff is so hardworking! Aside from going here often, for the holidays we ordered a bagel and lox platter and it was so impressive! Always recommend Elizabeth's to my friends and clients! read more

I have been a fan of Lizzie's my whole life... bagels are incredible. Today I got the worst coffee I have ever had. "iced" coffee with not a single ice cube. tastes like water read more

Best bagels around by a mile! Great bacon egg and cheese sandwiches, and great cream cheese selection! The workers bust their butts especially the weekend mornings! read more

Bagels were tasty but only takeout was available. The ladies at the counter were fast and friendly. The shop was clean enough but I really miss eating inside verses having to enjoy breakfast in the truck. read more

Staff very polite, friendly. Bagel sandwich was good. Coffee was left at the side counter, without even telling me. While I was waiting , another customer who picked up their order had to come back because it was wrong. Seems like their operations is somewhat askew. Not too bad though. read more

The quality is worse everytime I go, which is why I used to be a twice a week customer and now i only go once every couple of months. Today is the last time. read more

Best bagels in the area. Order online and save yourself some time. This is a Franklin staple lived by college kids, smaller kids and Franklin residents all the same. And they support the local community as a local business. They'll get my business 10 times out of 10 read more

I love bagels so this place hits! First time going this morning with my boyfriend and we will go again! It's a cute little sandwich shot feel but they specialize in breakfast sandwiches which seems like. The service was friendly and we were greated with smiles even though they were super busy at 7:30AM on a Monday! It was clear we were at a good spot. I got a Cinnamon Raisin Bagel with Cinnamon cream cheese and the cream cheese was a little sweeter than I expected but I still loved it and it was a great bagel. My boyfriend got the Spartan with everything on it and he said it was amazing but the only downside was that due to the type of sandwich it was with the cold cuts on it, it got super messy, and it would have been better on a sub roll. Though, that is not an option here, and its definitely a preference thing because Imm not sure I would have minded it as much as him, but either way it was great food. The coffee.. Not so good but it didn't ruin the meal. read more

First time at Elizabeth's was on a Saturday morning around 9:30. COVID-19 restrictions were in place so Six customers at a time were allowed inside. Line was short when we arrived but quickly grew. Ordered two everything bagels, one with egg whites and the other with jalapeño cream cheese. The cream cheese is made in-house and was delicious. read more

Let me say how much I love this place I love bagels but I'm not a fan of cream cheese but they know the exact way to make it good for me if that makes sense read more

Good bagels, good coffee, the cream cheese is world class it's so good! It is not a fast place but that's because they get so much business so just give yourself time it's worth The owner is ratchet on the business social media it's worth following for entertainment. She writes in ALL CAPS while she wags her finger at customers who are unhappy or complain. read more

Nb Nb mH mH Nb mm in in I love a real local place. The owner is at the door and welcomes customers and we talked and she is lovely. The social distancing is on point and walking up waiting & ordering & leaving was effortless. I love when everyone has a mask on becuz no one is eating in the place. Two bacon egg & cheese sandwiches one on bagel one on English muffin. And of course a hot fresh pumpernickel bagel I will eat later with some cashew butter Great please and real flavor and taste. I was in Franklin for business and looking for breakfast. I saw a DD on my way in, but I like to patronize LOCAL businesses . I'm not a chain restaurant guy. I found Elizabeth's Bagels and I was stoked. As soon as I walked in I was greeted at the counter with a hello and a smile. The bagels looked amazing and the aroma was making my mouth water. The place was busy and everyone was hustling. I placed my order and stepped to the side wall. I watched as the staff cranked out the orders. I was impressed with the organized system. One young lady called out my coffee, and then a gentleman called out my bagel. I was out the door with a fresh hot combo. I would of taken pictures to include with this , but I dove in. Absolutely delicious !! read more

Nice to see this shop is still well frequented by locals and regulars, considering the situation that's going on! They have implemented some safe procedures and everyone is doing a good job not getting to close! I ordered a toasted onion Miami bagel, with all the fixings! Nice sandwich! I'll be back! read more

In my opinion the greatest food in the world belongs here. Bagels are mouth watering goodness and the cinnamon bagels are great too. Nice people just like is usually out the door. read more

The Bagels are good but Rhode Island has much better bagels. I am sure closer to Boston as well. One of the most disappointing things about this place is your servant, gourmet bagels, and don't surf gourmet tea, or Coffee. So in my book this is a do not visit place. The owner has been told before by customer to start serving gourmet teas and will not do it. Now if you wanna compare the bagels to Duncan's, this place bagels bagels are incredible. read more

Ordered ahead of time and still ended up waiting around a very long time. Order wasn't prepared correctly. Bacon was barely cooked on sandwich. read more

wow, unbelievable is all i could say leaving this bagel shop. And not in a positive way. i had heard from many people that the service was not great and the owner defensive and angry, but this time i got to see it firsthand. My takeout order was missing three items so i called right away, telling them id like credit which they would not do. i told them i couldnt come back for the items that day, so i was told to come in a day or two, which i did. I told the owner/manager? what happened and she scolded me for not coming back the same day and that going forward, she would not reimburse. She gave me a couple of stale bagels, to make it right. Which obviously it did not do! I had to throw them away. Customers should visit the bagel shop in canton, only 20 minutes away, where the bagels are delicious and the workers are attentive and caring. read more

Once again they got my order wrong. This happens almost every other time I place an online order from them.

Great delicious bagels and cream cheese. Staff was very friendly and very quick to get us our order. They were very busy on Sunday morning but had lots of staff to get things done. So good we went two days in a row. read more

This place needs help. Food has gotten progressively worse throughout the years, bacon is definitely just cheap microwaveable bacon. Bagels should be homemade but they taste like store bought for some reason. I got more half n half in my coffee than I did coffee. Very sad to see, I hope they can figure it out. read more

Been coming here since their first day in business. Now on the second owners for over a decade and they have stayed true to quality. Come in on a Saturday morning and you will likely see a line out the door and down the sidewalk. Sometimes you get that on any weekday too. That is simply a statement of the great quality bagels that owners Jen and Al and their well experienced and great staff make every day. read more

So I come here often. I order online and then pick up on my way to work and it is so good. My kids have been saying how great the breakfast sandwiches are for years but I always get a bagel with cream cheese and it last the entire morning. Cinnamon bagel with cinnamon cream cheese and walnut cream cheese omg so good. It's my weekend go to when I work. Love this read more

Elizabeth's has been our go to place for bagels since the 90's. They never disappoint, fresh, soft, chewy, perfect in every flavor. Their different flavors of cream cheese are fabulous, sandwiches amazing, and my dogs love their treats. I did curbside pickup today and it was so easy. I placed my order for bagels last night and scheduled my pick up for this morning. They sent a text when my order was ready, I called when I arrived, had my order in a few minutes. Even though they were very busy, everyone was friendly and attentive. read more

This place is awesome. I would gladly choose this place for bagels over dunkin donuts or honey dew any day! These bagels are always fresh and delicious - they taste wonderful. There are different kinds of cream cheese available too. Drinks here are ok, nothing special. 5 stars purely for the bagels! My only complaint is that they close early in the afternoon, but it is a family business so I understand! :)' definitely try any kind of bagel here. P.S. the peach muffins are to die for. They are a little crisp on the outside but the inside is moist and tasty. read more

Fantastic bagels!! Cream cheese options are amazing. Fast service and always kind. Consistency with sugar free latte could be better because sometimes it's too milky. But all in all great place in Franklin. read more
