I went the day it was raining all day but cleared up my late afternoon so I was nervous they would be closed. However, it was far from closed and in fact, the ice cream counter to order is inside, protected from the weather. They have the classics and basics, along with more unique flavors and a rotating flavor of the month. I went with peanut butter oreo and caramel caribou (flavor of the month). They offer different sizes and each one brings a generous amount according to the price. We enjoyed the ice cream outside at one of their picnic tables. They have some plastic traditional picnic tables, but also some stone circular tables which get a little uncomfortable over time. The ice cream was great! The only disappointing part was that the peanut butter oreo had a very light peanut butter base, but it was packed with oreo chunks so it made up for it. The caramel caribou was very smooth and packed with caramel swirls and caramel stuffed chocolate bites. They weren't overwhelming sweet which was good. They also offer half gallons of ice cream to go in select flavors including the flavor of the month as well as merchandise including tshirts, hoodies, hats, and stuffed cows. We were very satisfied with our visit.

This place was conveniently located not too far from shopping plazas, so it made for a very good errand plus treat day. When we arrived, there was a line of about four parties and only one employee but despite that, the line moved very quick and she greeted everyone with a smile and treated everyone with kindness. There were many flavors that looked and sounded good including the chocolate chip cookie dough which was packed with more cookie and chocolate chips than I have ever seen, as well as the Nutella and strawberry cheesecake. Last minute, I went with the salted caramel with pecans because of all the caramel it was packed with, and my brother had the cookie butter. Both were very good and portions sizes were decent. The cookie butter was a vanilla base loaded with Biscoff cookie; I enjoyed the smooth, but crunchy/grainy texture. The pecans in the salted caramel did help to offset the sweetness, but also added a crunchy texture. There is ample room to sit and eat inside, and also a couple tables and chairs in the shade outside.

The coffee shop was closing up around the time we got there so plan accordingly and do some research on their hours. as they are not the same as the bookstore. The books are clearly labeled by genre. After taking a stroll, we decided to check out the second floor which was supposed to have a little market, a stage where they host events, and some very comfortable couches along with tables and chairs. I mostly came to see if a book spoke to me, but also to get some reading in from the book I brought along with me. The lighting is good, although I sometimes prefer to have a dimmer setting for a cozier feel. We spent about 1.25 hours here, but we could have easily spent a longer time if it weren't so close to closing.
