I've always loved Bliss Dairy I was the highlight of our annual family trip to LaSalette Festival of Lights we'd view the lights, and displays then stop for ice cream sundaes or soup and grilled cheeses. Always delicious! I'm hooked on their tomatoes and grilled cheeses. Chicken soup is bland but good. Ice cream is always delish, we brought home some coffee ice cream.

I like coming here for the vibe- big local ice cream restaurant with lots of booths that feel private and friendly waitstaff. There are also sometimes events in the parking lot like djs and games and stuff. It's a very local joint which is great. The ice cream is good, and they have a ton of fun sundae options. Usually they serve it in those nice glass ice cream sundae bowls which tend to spill everywhere, but on my last visit my ice cream was serviced in a plastic cup which was honestly preferable. I don't mind sacrificing aesthetics for convenience. The food itself has never wowed me. I had a Cobb salad last time, which I could barely eat. There was no lettuce on it. The mozzarella sticks weee good though. I'll keep coming here though because there's ice cream year round!

My wife grew up going to Bliss Bros., so when she suggested it for breakfast, I was a little hesitant as I'm very picky about breakfast. But I'm really glad I gave it a shot. The moment we walked in, I loved the vibe. The place has this nostalgic charm that makes you feel like it's still 1980, in the best way. It reminded me of sitting in a Newport Creamery booth with my grandmother. The restaurant is spotless, the staff is always friendly, and we were seated quickly in a cozy booth. I ordered the Greek omelette, and it blew me away. The spinach was gently steamed, not oily, and the eggs were cooked perfectly, light, not greasy at all. I asked for a fruit cup instead of home fries, and it was a fresh, delicious swap. My wife and I also split the s'mores pancake special just because it sounded too good to pass up and it was. I walked in unsure, but I left completely impressed. Bliss Bros. has officially become one of my top breakfast spots when I'm in the area. Great food, great atmosphere, and a comforting dose of nostalgia.

Quick lunch on a Sunday, we started with onion rings and soup so good. And We both decided on grill cheese mine original w/ a cup of broccoli cheddar cheese soup. Enjoyed both the soup was my favorite. my friend got grill cheese with tomato and cup of chicken noodle, she enjoyed. The service great very pleasant. The place is very comfortable just like their comfort food options.

I don't like giving one star, but this was a bad experience. We went for ice cream and we were there for over an hour. The service was shotty at best. The young lady was quite overwhelmed and didn't inform us they were out of certain ice cream until she tried to serve us something we did not order. The dining room was run down with several broken booths that were closed off. The bathroom was a mess. The ice cream made me and my son sick. Unfortunately there was not a single bright spot in our visit. I hope they turn it around, I want to see a local business do well.

Good ice cream, but the actual food is bad. Only go for the ice cream. The staff were great though.

One order was perfectly cooked--light and fluffy--but the other was unfortunately underdone and a bit stodgy. To their credit, they removed it from the bill without any fuss, which we appreciated. The coffee had a good flavor, although it could have been served a little hotter. The scone was tasty, my eggs were cooked just as ordered, and my partner's bacon was perfectly crisp. Overall, despite a small hiccup with one of the pancakes, the service was fair in making it right, and the rest of the meal was enjoyable. We'd happily stop by again if we were in the area.

We split the crispy calamari as our appetizer--a deluxe take on a classic. I had the chicken tenders as my entree, and liked the consistency. Not too greasy and not too tough...common pitfalls elsewhere. The honey mustard was a winner, though I loved the BBQ sauce too. My date said she enjoyed her spare ribs as well. Street parking was available right out front. Our waitress was patient about checking dish options for my dairy allergy. Noise level inside was great for a date-not too loud, not too quiet. Good vibes amongst other patrons and staff. Service was friendly and attentive, and she seemed fine with us lingering over our coffees in lieu of dessert. (No dairy-free option.) I'd come back to Attleboro just for this spot.

Mansfield train station (I'm grouping the two) pales in comparison; bathrooms are nicer and cleaner for one. The ladies that work there are welcoming and friendly for another. The main reason I've given Dian's Depot three stars is the little take a book, leave a book library, which is nice but I plan on adding some, and plead for others to do the same, as it hasn't changed in a while. That being said, Dian needs to reevaluate his prices. I got a large tea which is apparently the same price as every other size they offer, with no additional bag. Which means...that's right, we are all being charged for water. It was still fairly cheap but why not make all tea the price of a small, or a large for that matter? I don't care if you charge me more, just don't BS me. Makes no sense. Also I ordered a black tea with milk and sugar and what did I get? No milk. No sugar. The girl tried to argue with me that black tea means nothing added. If I was ordering coffee-sure; alas, I was not. For those of you who care (no one), black tea is a variety, not a description as with coffee. Dian also advertises Twinging's Tea and provides *&^%$ (ROUGHLY TRANSLATED: "SHITTY") Lipton Tea. The ol' bait and switch if you ask me.

Before I hop on the train, I grab a cup of coffee at Dian's Depot, a lil 'mom & pop' hometown coffee shop in the station hut. The customer service from Dian's is superb! I tend to run against the clock and as soon as the young lady spots me she's already making my coffee (flavor of the day, 1 sugar & cream). With hundreds of customers a day, she makes me feel super special by greeting me with a smile and remembering my coffee. My day starts pretty early so she sets my day off right with her sweet attitude and thoughtfulness. Definitely worth the few cents extra for coffee over the big chains. There were a couple empty seats at the bar, some of which seemed suspiciously untouched and we soon realized why; the AC was blasting overheard and although it felt nice in the beginning since it was HOT outside, after 10 minutes it felt frigid. We stayed there anyways since there was a huge TV right in front of us. I wasn't sure what to order, but the chicken and burrata sandwich sounded really good, mostly because of the sweet, salty, and creamy contrast. I ended up ordering it and upgraded my fries to parmesan fries. My friend ordered a burger with sweet potato fries. After about 15 minutes, the food came out. I knew the chicken would be grilled since I asked before ordering so my expectations were low, but it was surprisingly still moist, did taste grilled, but lacked some seasoning. I did not open the sandwich to check how much burrata there was, but adding some more would not have hurt. The fig jam was definitely the star of the show. It overpowered some of the other flavors, but I didn't mind. The caramelized onions might've also contributed to the sweetness; they were soft and good. I was glad they did not add too much arugula since it can get bitter. The ciabatta was a good choice of bread for this sandwich, and it came lightly toasted. I did not taste much of the garlic. The fries were good. They were like regular fries, but with some parmesan cheese sprinkled on top and a parmesan dipping sauce. I also ordered some secret sauce for my fries because I went down a Reddit rabbit hole and was compelled to try it. I was not impressed and it indeed tasted a lot like ketchup and mayo, with maybe a couple other things. We stayed for the full match including overtime. Thankfully it wasn't busy enough where I felt they would kick us out for taking up chairs for too long. Our waitress was great.
