Wow - this may have just become my favorite coffee! I ordered the Beach Bum - a summer seasonal latte with coconut, hazelnut and vanilla as an iced coffee and it was absolutely delicious. It earned a permanent spot in my cup holder for the drive home and I was already thinking about my next visit before I got there. The shop itself is cute and welcoming. I even had the chance to watch Scott Groome painting a new mural outside and it's going to look fantastic. The staff were friendly, patient and happy to answer my questions, which made the visit even better. My only complaint is that the menu changes a little too quickly. There were drinks I wanted to come back and try that were already gone! That's probably just another reason I'll have to keep stopping by. I'll definitely be back soon to finally get my own latte bucket!

The restaurant itself is cute! There some outdoor(ish) seating and a beautiful mural. Where you order is a spacious room with benches for waiting. They have menus on a counter if you're like me and can't see very well without glasses. The girls who served me were very kind and attentive. I ordered the frozen lemonade and the lion bagel sandwich. The lemonade was good- tasted like a powdered mix but wasn't unpleasant. The sandwich I thought was a little messy with the avocado and chipotle. A little on the gooey side. But I did love the crispy bacon and well cooked egg. The bagel was denser than I would have liked but did work well with the other ingredients. I'd definitely stop by the Coffee Cubby again in the future. This time I think I would just try a different order!

They have coffee and many flavor combos, and also offer a wide variety of non-caffinated beverages too. Then there is the pastries! The display case of Full of all the most delicious treats it makes it hard to choose, and it changes regularly! I went with a butterfinger cheesecake and I did not regret it. Beyond the fact that the coffee and treats were delicious and fresh, the owner is one of the nicest guys and you can tell that he truly loves what he does. Luckily, they do have a large space with lots of tables and some couches so finding a seat wasn't a problem. Their menu includes drinks and food (breakfast and lunch). My friend and I shared the BOM sandwich which comes on a Portuguese BOLO with gruyere cheese, roasted red peppers, onion, spinach, BOM sauce, chorizo, and fried egg. For our drinks I had a cinnamon crunch iced coffee with whole milk and coconut cold foam and my friend had one of the coff-tails. I took in all the artwork around the walls while I waited for our order to come out. They brought the sandwich out to us, but I went up to the counter to get the drinks. The sandwich was incredibly good, especially the BOM sauce that was a little spicy. The sausage was thick and well cooked, and the veggies tasted fresh. The bread was very good too but I wish it was slightly toasted (next time). My drink was good. It was not sweet at all, which the cashier did prepare me for, but it still tasted good to me. The milk and coconut cold foam made it very creamy and the coconut flavor was very present throughout. We paid around $20 for the sandwich and two drinks which is fair. They have a drive thru window on the left side of the building, with the line wrapping around the back of the building, with plenty of parking in the front and back for dining in.
