I love Starbucks and I prefer their coffee to any place in the world, I like their service

Ok so I have nothing against Starbucks or this particular location (the store is clean, the staff people are pleasant and lines, although long, typically move fairly quickly)...BUT the people who go there are horrendous. Let me tell you about some of Starbucks most horrendous customers: 1) One time I went and a girl broke out a UKULELE and started playing some God-awful song she "wrote" (term used loosely). Who breaks out a f-ing musical instrument at a Starbucks?!?! 2) Then there was a girl talking (loudly) about how her fiancé is a raging alcoholic and how she will have to postpone their wedding as a result. Based on her stories, he sounds charming. They'll have a great life together. 3) Of course you have who appeared to be an ex-con talking about how he beat someone up so badly that he sent him to the hospital. 4) And lastly, you have the people who do not have enough foresight to NOT put gages in their ears who frequent that place. Green hair, nose rings, ear gages and unfortunate haircuts. Bright futures ahead. Why are people not embarrassed anymore? read more

went to order coffee and they were only excepting mobile orders paid by credit card. I have never heard this went inside to place order and was willing to wait was going to pay cash. what has happened to customer service? don't think I'll be back to this one anytime soon. I usually try to avoid Starbucks because I am on a budget, but I cannot help but love this Starbucks. The store is very clean and the staff is friendly without overdoing it! The atmosphere compares to a local coffee shop in Boston but without the terrible crowds and noise. The music selection is typically very good as well! This Starbucks is also conveniently located in a big plaza with a Home Depot, Target, Kohl's, Papa Gino's, Petco, etc. There is a Starbucks in the Target and the staff there is fantastic and makes drinks the way they should be, but for some peace and quiet I recommend taking a trip to this particular Starbucks. I have been on many dates here with my boyfriend and plan on enjoying many more! read more

Literally the best Starbucks in a 40 mile radius. I had a couple of bad experiences here recently that had caused me to write a bad review with one particular member of the staff who I don't think works there anymore and so I did to be honest delete that review because every other direction I've had there has been amazing. They are friendly, efficient, and have never messed up a drink once for me. read more

Is this location EVER open? Their hours on one place say one time, then change a day later. They don't appear short staffed as every time I've been in there's usually a hoard of people working. read more

Good for frapps however a bit too loud with the music and staff conversations. Not a good place to study if your a college student.

I love this location. Im usually not one for chains as I try to support the local businesses. But I love this place. The staff is always friendly and they have an assortment of different refreshments and foods to suit any time of day. All the foods have signs explaining them and have the calories on the sign, which is important to me as I try to track everything I eat. They have some great low calorie options. They even have some low fat substitutions for some of your favorite coffee drinks. My personal favorite being the skinny mocha latte. Still tastes the same but with much less fat. I suggest adding a shot of espresso though for an extra kick. They do sometimes run out of some of my personal favorite breakfast items but that's rare. They also have some eclectic and fun music on display for sale at the counter...good for opening you up yo something/someone new. The bonus to all this? They have mints and gum for your after coffee breath freshening. That's important to me as I'm in customer service. read more

The worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Early a.m., I like to get my (favorite VentI Ice black) coffee and even check a few emails in the joint. However, the staff was so loud and obnoxious that I walked out of there with a pounding headache. Workers aren't really friendly. Maybe it's because it's always busy. Drinks are always made right though so I guess that's the positive.

As always, I love Starbucks as a whole. This location in Taunton isn't in the most convenient location expect for being off the Route 24. No drive through here and in a busy busy parking lot! Many customers driving in and out so be careful when pulling in and out. read more

just about every Starbucks is similar in design/look and feel. This one is no exception, except the older ones and more remote places - ie suburbs - they're generally more quaint and have older furniture that's more comfortable. the newer ones look nice and seemed cleaner but the chairs aren't comforter. I ordered the Green Tea Iced Tea - made the same everywhere. Service was ok, wasn't mediocre or bad but definitely wasn't anything outstanding either. read more

I've been frequenting this Starbucks since it opened 10 some years ago. The staff is always friendly, polite and bring the classic, Starbucks barista vibe...until this morning. Whatever side of the bed this guy rolled out of should have a returning guest. Rude, abrupt and the anti-classic Starbucks barista vibe...bag my own order, collect my own carrier and green stick lid?
