The photos on Yelp show a beautiful café overlooking the water. (Updated, this is a different location). We ordered through Square and picked up at the drive-thru. Overall, I wasn't impressed. The prices were high, and what we received just wasn't worth it. We spent about $40 on breakfast sandwiches and coffees. Bonus points for the French toast bagel--that was delicious. The egg tasted and looked fake, and the bacon was almost certainly fake. The prices just don't match the quality of the food. Avocado is a $2 up-charge to your sandwich and it came brown, it was overripe. The coffees were good, but overpriced. It was $7 for a coffee with Samoa flavoring. We've had many a delicious baked good here, both sweet and savory, and we get a different one every time. I love the whimsical decor and the fact that that they have a full bookshelf for kiddos to enjoy. I also appreciate that they support other small local businesses. They always have a table with locally made cards, jewelry and soaps, and dog treats from Mookie's. Sometimes they will have someone with a booth set up selling their crafts. We ordered three lattes, the crème brûlée, lucky charms, and the banana one. All of them were fantastic and so pretty to look at. We also ordered a coffee roll and a donut which my friends couldn't stop boasting about. They said and I quote "this is the best donut I've ever had" and "this is the best coffee roll I've ever had!!" Both were amazed by how soft and fluffy the items were. I will say, I tried the coffee roll and wow they weren't joking. It was extremely good!! We all said everything was a 10/10 & cannot wait to go back!
