In fact, the prices here have consistently been higher than other stops in the area for some time now. In a pinch, I'll grab a couple of gallons to get where I'm going but save full fill-ups for other locations now. Aside from the gas prices, I am quite thrilled with the convenience store on site. It is usually late-night when I'm passing through so it is fun to pick out a snack for the ride home. The store itself is always clean, brightly lit, and well-stocked. Though I am often in the market for snacks, they have a great deal of pre-packaged foods ready to eat as well as hot foods like hot dogs rolling on the grill. They have a wide variety of options to choose from for food, drinks, etc. The staff are friendly and efficient. A quick in-and-out stop for your road-weary needs.

Usually they go out of their way to assist you. I was surprised here, he acted inconvenienced by the simplest question, started with a blank stare, finished with 'I don't know'. I guess that's the level of service now. Finally, I had to request the receipt after cashing out. I'm surprised I wasn't expected to ring up the sale myself too! It was odd. I was JUST at my doctors for a physical, they showed me the (5) refills that were sent to this CVS and when I got there today I was rudely told "they do not have it" and " I would need call my DR. office" I explained I was just there and was told "well, I guess you will need to call them again". I said you only contacted them once? "she said, we contacted them and didn't hear back". But only tried once??? "Well, they did not get back to us so you will need to contact them".... So I said, thanks for nothing and was told thank you.... Terrible customer service! They made only one, only one attempt to reach my DR office. It always, and I can say always, after 20 years a wait and the turn over is a clear indication of poor management. GO to Walgreens across the street! You will thank me.

While standing near the counter, for the heck of it, I called CVS and entered prompts for "pharmacy."Guess what! -- The phone didn't even ring at all in the pharmacy! I was standing right there, listening to the prompts ... But it was obvious that they actually had the ringer off in the pharmacy. Absolutely pathetic service. The young guy at the counter seemed more intent on moving the line along than actually meeting customer need-- hearing concerns and addressing them. Unlike other pharmacies (example, Walgreens right across the street) staff won't reach out to physicians on customers' behalf if there is a problem with prescription; they just tell customer to come back after customer has resolved. Yuck. I've also had the experience of pharmacy telling me that drug wasn't covered by insurance when , in fact, another pharmacy told me it was (after I left CVS with same prescription.) Go the extra mile? They don't even go the extra inch! I had tried CVS in the past, and had decided to try it again. My recent experience confirmed that it hasn't changed. When it comes to pharmacies, I will vote with my wallet and not return. There is one saving grace their photo department is good, and the front part of the stores managed well.
