The steak and cheese was great, just the right amount of peppers and onions also . The bread looked great, they toasted it and it tasted more stale than toasted , it was still piping hot , and the bread kinda failed . I'd give the filling a 9.0 and the bread a 5.0 . Even pre-Covid, I always tried to find a paper towel or napkin just to keep some of the "gas smell" off my hands, but these gloves are the best!! Making a left out of the station to get back on 495 was tricky at 8am, I should have just taken a right on 44 and made a u-turn somewhere (lesson learned). I love Circle K stores, if I ever find myself on 495 again, I will head inside!

There was a huge variety of drinks, snacks, candy and even hot food. I didn't get any of the hot food but saw a lot of people who did. The cashier was what puts this over the top because she told everyone about specials they had on some of the candy so I was able to get a lot more junk food for my money. That's what I call service. It's also by a stop light so it's easy to get back onto the road for the interstate.

I legit just filled up my tank there yesterday... Today is a different story. My car died right at the lights in this intersection and kind-hearted good samaritan pushed me into their lot. I was so upset and shaken by the whole ordeal, as soon as I got safely into the lot I stopped my car. This meant that my car was at a weird angle and the tow guy had to position himself at a weird angle to get my car on this truck. As a result he blocked ONE of her TWO entrances for about 15 minutes - 1/2 way through she came over and began screaming at him and me that we were in her customer's way and she was losing business. I could NOT believe her behavior. SUCH GREED and NO CONCERN for a neighbor and now a former customer. Thank goodness the tow guy was more professional than I was at this point and told her she was wasting her time and the sooner she left the sooner we could get out of the way. We went bright and early today and were instantly smitten with the cafe- it's bright, welcoming, and filled with all sorts of beautiful art from local artists. The menu is extensive and they do have amazing gluten free options- the owner was taking fresh baked gf cinnamon rolls out of the oven right as we got there and they were DELICIOUS. I got an açaí bowl, my husband got a breakfast sandwich, and we both got coffee. We were so impressed with the flavors (so much of their menu is house made!), the customer service, and the overall beauty of the whole spot. Will absolutely be back and will be recommending this place to everyone.
