Great coffee combos! Busy place and worth the wait!! Staff is friendly and welcoming.

I've been here twice now! Both times the experiences have been wonderful. The staff here is super friendly and goes above and beyond each time! I'm so impressed! The place is adorable! They go above and beyond with their decor for each season and i love that! The food is great. I've had breakfast, one of their signature muffins and a lunch wrap. Everything has been so yummy! All of the coffees I've had have been delicious too! It's a great spot! Check it out :) read more

Have driven by many times after closing (open 6am to 3 pm) with the intention of stopping in. Today was the day! Street parking was easy in Middleboro Center. The space is much larger than it appears from the street! Adorable sitting area to the left with comfy leather couches--counter and booths/tables to the right. Staff is super friendly and helpful. If you like coffee, there are a bazillion choices. My English breakfast tea latte was perfection. The 2-way egg breakfast was actually too much food! 2 sausage links would have been plenty! I loved the home fries--well seasoned, crispy yet tender. My friend snarfed her grilled cranberry muffin before I could photograph it properly. The muffins are HUGE and feature some yummy flavors (Sheila's Shameless Muffins). They do have lunch options, frappes & smoothies. I'll be back for sure! read more

I don't know what they have going on in the kitchen. Waited over an hour for 1 breakfast burrito after being told it would be 20 minutes while door dash drivers came and went and they continued to take ordered and not get them out so there wasn't even any room to stand. People walking out. Will be getting a refund. Feel like the whole day is waisted for mediocre breakfast that ended up being lunch. read more

First things first, the staff is wonderful. Always smiling and very courteous. The place is very clean and it's a comfortable setting. The coffee!!!! Wow! Got a hazelnut cappuccino that was out of this world. And the muffins and pastry are really good too! It was only our second visit, but we will be returning very soon. read more

This place is the BEST! Hometown feel, lots of smiles and good natured laughs. Oh, the food? Top shelf! The muffins are ENORMOUS and D-lish! Don't even think of ordering two unless one is to-go. Baristas make a wonderful cappuccino! Umm... yuh, I kinda like this place! read more

Amazing coffee shop to go to. Great food and drinks. Staff are amazing. I greatly recommend this coffee shop to anyone

Great ambiance, decor, seating, and even better muffins! I tried the coffee and it was too sweet for my liking, but the chocolate chip and apple cinnamon roll muffins were out of this world and well worth the drive we took to get here. The service experience while ordering wasn't the best but blaming it on an off day. read more

Hands down the very best in the area! Do not pass up and opportunity to go there. The food is fresh and delicious! The coffee is, of course - hence the name - great! The fancy coffee drinks are fabulous! And the muffins are out of this world! All topped off with a cool, relaxing vibe and super friendly staff! AND, no politics on TVs! read more

Never been but giving these guys 5 starts simply for this amazing IG post and idea to give free coffee to those who dance (assume there's a specific time they do this otherwise they'd go broke offering free coffee all day LOL) Brilliant marketing and awesome human interaction in this digital era! Can't wait to go chill and vibe out on that cool looking couch and watch people dance like nobody is watching! read more

The food was good. The variety of options is nice. I just wish they had the oreo muffin more often.

The coffee is roasted there every day. I had an ice coffee with almond milk and had no complaints. The service of the staff was also very nice. They brought our drinks over to our table which was a pleasant surprise. read more

I was so excited to try Cafe Milano. I've been meaning to go for a while. I stopped by around noon on a busy Sunday to grab a latte. I asked the employee waiting on me to add a flavored cold foam to my drink, and she paused for an awkwardly long time. Then, she said they couldn't do that because they would have to make it from scratch. I was confused by this because it is on the menu, but I said: no problem is there any cold foam I could add that would be easier? Then, she paused again. She made me feel so uncomfortable for asking for an item on the menu. She made me feel like it was a problem. So, I politely said never mind. She then said no, we can do it. The whole exchange was very unfriendly, and I left there feeling like don't want to go back. I was embarrassed for asking for a simple thing on the menu because of her reaction that it was a problem. Not a great experience unfortunately. read more

today was my first time trying this place, and also my bday. they gave me a free muffin for my birthday even though i wasn't a reward member yet. french toast was awesome, bacon was perfectly crispy too. also staff was just so friendly and welcoming. the overall atmosphere was very cute as well. 10/10 experience read more

Service was great! I ordered the Cinnamon Toast Crunch latte off of their secret menu. It was delicious. I'm a sucker for most things cinnamon. Also had a grilled bagel. I requested it to be grilled well and they did as I requested. It was really good! read more

Coffee Milano honestly a pretty cozy spot right in middleboro center, the atmosphere is great with very friendly service, staff was great. You come right in grab a menu and order at the counter for either take in or takeout. Food was great, I personally order a sausage egg and cheese on an everything bagel with hasbrowns, which comes with 2 hash brown patties btw. The egg for me personally was a little overwhelming with the flavor so I took it out and enjoyed it with 1 of my hasbrowns the other I put on my sandwhich. The coffee that I got was amazing, it was made right the way I like it, and I highly recommend their cold brew, all around great experience on a nice Wednesday morning. read more

I witnessed a young couple order a vanilla milkshake and get a coffee milkshake in error. They asked politely for the remake and got a b***h attitude from 'Sheila'. FFS just don't be a total hag. Never have seen such condescending and outright hostility to a customer. When so many places are struggling to make a go of it, this woman overtly acted like an abhorrent child having tantrum. Perhaps she made a vanilla milkshake... but perhaps they need to clean their blenders once in a while as well. read more

The food is good, fairly priced, and tastes homemade. The coffee could be better, it's definitely not as refined as some other coffee shops. They recently did a revamp of the interior and the ambience is improving, starting to feel more cozy, just a bit tacky and outdated in my opinion. I would give 4 stars if it wasn't for how slow the service is. It is painfully slow. I've stopped in 3-5 times and every time it takes 30-45 for a breakfast sandwich and a bagel. I live nearby and I would be here constantly if the service was quicker, but who has time to wait that long in the morning? I think it would really help if they could somehow make a counter express area and let people know what options they can make quickly. Maybe separate into two kitchen areas. I would love to frequent more often and support local but it's hard when the other places are much faster. read more

service was great. the matcha latte special was delicious. ordered a mexican egg white burrito and it was absolutely swimming in liquid and very soggy. i couldn't tell if it was extra salsa liquid or uncooked egg whites as it was light in color. someone i was with got an egg sandwich and said it was great, so thinking this experience was specific to what i ordered, so stick with the breakfast sandwiches if you come here. read more

Burrito for breakfast was so greasy, so much butter and fat - I don't recommend for anyone looking for a good, fresh breakfast burrito

Stopped here with my son after he picked up some sneakers down the street. If you pine for the days of homemade sandwiches, this is your place!!! I had a BLT they should've called it an EBTL - cuz it was ENORMOUS! My son had a club sandwich and the thing was seriously bursting with flavor. Will def come back. The coffee and pastries are fantastic. This place is really great! read more

Ordered eggs Benedict with a caramel macchiato. Eggs Benedict's is usually a poached egg served on 2 slices of English muffin covered with a hollandaise sauce not eggs over easy covered with the sauce. A macchiato is usually expresso with steamed milk not regular coffee with regular milk. If your are advertising a menu item serve said menu item please. I will leave off my comments on service as it was just as good as the food I got. read more

Love the atmosphere, coffee and pastries. Western omelette is incredibly good. They don't mess around here!

Don't order online! Great food and coffee but I ordered pick up, waited my half an hour, and the lady at the counter didn't even know there'd been a takeout order. My coffee hadn't been made and I'm not sure if the kitchen was ever notified about my sandwich. I understand they're short staffed, but if you're going to service online customers their tickets should be worked on simultaneously with other orders. Maybe turn off online ordering until you're able to accommodate it. Waited all that time just to have to call Grub Hub for a refund. read more
