Best bagels around! My husband and I go almost every Sunday morning, it has become something we look forward to every week! Very cute atmosphere! And we have always been greeted with smiles from from the girls behind the counter!!! We just LOVE it there!! read more

Super rude to me each time I would go. Finally stopped going when I found my entire Lotus drink full or tiny black ants.

best bagels! so many options and staff are so nice! ambiance is nice as well to go there before class for a bite to eat with friends!! 1000000/10 read more

Great bagels and coffee flavors! The addition of the donuts on the weekend is awesome!

So much potential for the right restaurateur. First and last visit. I had high hopes. Bagels were good but they get them delivered every morning. Owner was working alone. Atmosphere is bad, looks more like a stockroom than a cafe. Depressing atmosphere with too much stuff in dining room with no cohesive feeling. Back the blue flag hanging is a huge turnoff. Could be fantastic in the right hands. There are 2 other terrific options nearby in this category of cafe who are doing it right. Unfortunately BB will probably not survive much longer with the other new place that just opened. read more

Bagels are okay. Coffee is gross. Go elsewhere. Food tasted old and stale bur cream cheese was decent. Iced coffee was lukewarm and watery, ended up dumping it. read more

If I could do one star I would, the atmosphere is extremely uncomfortable and the owner seemed irritated when myself and my sister were ordering. Should've walked out when we saw the back the blue flag. Will never return read more

Bridgewater Bagel - she was giving large racist vibes - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Bridgewater, Massachusetts

With a name like Bridgewater BAGEL, I was looking forward to a fresh baked bagel. Nope. Although the bagels are displayed behind a glass case at the counter, they are simply taking plastic bags of 1/2 dozen bagels and dumping them in the display case. Yes, the staff is capable of toasting a bagel and spreading cream cheese on it, and the atmosphere is a cute neighborhood vibe, but you might as well go to a supermarket and buy bagels if you're competent using a toaster at home. read more

Sorry but this place is/was horrible. Maybe they just had a bad day. My cinnamon raisin bagel was burned black, hard and tasteless. The honey walnut cream cheese was a clump of clay and just didn't taste good. The coffee was fine and the service was okay but I felt I was just tossing my money away... I guess I did because 2 bites in and I tossed it in a trash can. read more

Always friendly and have a great selection. The wait is never long. Great spot for a quick breakfast before work/class.

I've gone in a handful of times, the owner seems to be the one working which she gets backed up totally get it but there's always a attitude. I go for the lotus drinks which I love!! Last time I went in the drink was flat and again didn't have the best customer service. read more

Apon walking in the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Not the biggest selection of bagels but bagel was fluffy and crunchy at the same time. Affordable price, fluffy delicious cream chesse, overall would recommend. read more

Why go get a bagel at Dunkins when you can get one at a local place? Bwater Bagels are always good. Great prices and always friendly service. read more

I'm all for supporting local businesses, and go here quite often... but the younger staff is always miserable. Don't say thank you, have a good day, or anything besides "coffee?". It's really starting to turn me off from going there... and I really enjoy the products! I just recently posed a status on FB about my experiences, 37 people "liked it" and 14 people commented agreeing with me ... read more

Plenty of tables to sit and there is a sign that says no outside beverages. I wonder if it was put up after the person brought in marylous coffee or before lol. 5 or 6 dollars for a breakfast sandwich is a bit high but it was very good. I wish they had deals or combos with bagel or sandwiches with coffee. Recently had the turkey sandwich bagel. Very good. read more

I come here almost every weekend and it very rarely disappoints. Would recommend getting a breakfast sandwich, they're delicious!

Decent food, horrible employees. The young girls at the spring street location did not know the words hello, thank you or your welcome. I felt very unwanted during my visit. Will not be coming back since there are plenty of other similar places in the area. read more

My boyfriend and I came here for the first time and we loved it! He had the french toast bagel and in his words it was the best bagel he's ever had! Sausage egg and cheese bagel was phenomenal 10/10 would recommend this place! Such a comfy and homey atmosphere will definitely be coming back soon! read more

Food was good. Bagels were crunchy on the outside with a soft middle. But man oh man was the customer service awful. Both the girls seemed absolutely miserable to be working there on an early morning. It's people like them that leave a sour taste in your mouth but at least the food doesn't read more

I used to come here all the time while I attended BSU and I still return once or twice a week because I visit my friends and we grab bagels because it's the only thing closest to campus. However the staff and the owner are awful. So rude that they wouldn't know customer service if it was right in front of their face, honestly smile more and say thank you. I'm a big fan of supporting local stores, but I'm starting to not love Bridgewater bagel because of my experiences. My bagels have increasingly tasted awful and the cream cheese is awful. Not to mention how nasty the watered down coffee is. They even tell you no competitor drinks in the store. Maybe I wouldn't have to if your beverage selection was better. Honestly, If Yelp would let me I wouldn't even put a stupid star. read more

Had a delicious bagel and banana hazelnut iced coffee. Yum. Atmosphere was great and service was quick. Lots of fun flavors. My only suggestion would be adding lox as a topping and adding Vietnamese ice coffee and London fog to the menu. They also have nitro and cold brew. read more

ok first off, everyone who wrote a bad review about this place is stoopid. this place has really good bagels and really great customer service. 10/10 would recommend the works bagel with egg and cheese. bridgewater bagel deserves 5 stars so yeah that's all i gotta say. go get sum bagels if u don't believe me ask my friend Rey, he says "that shit was so good" read more

I actually really like this place and I do understand the negative reviews, there are some young staff members that are extremely unfriendly. However, I really enjoy their bagels, cream cheese, and iced coffee. I actually haven't tried anything that I haven't liked yet. If you are willing to admit that it's a take out, quick service type place and you only have to interact with the staff for a quick moment it's a great breakfast stop read more

More of a personnel star rating than food, sad really, to be honest the bagels are pretty good and there's an excellent selection of flavored cream cheese, they also offer breakfast sandwiches and of course many different types of coffee. The let down is the staff. I'd noted on other reviews the lack of enthusiasm and general rudeness but i always like to see for myself and give them the benefit of the doubt, you never know, they could have been having a bad day that day, unfortunately other reviewers were correct. A simple "hello" or "good morning" would have been nice, forget about please and thank you, i'd have been happy just to be greeted! Maybe they own this place or their parents or other family member does, whatever the case maybe, they have to make at least an effort to be cordial and welcoming, i know its early morning, but come on! Personally the food (at least the bagels) were good enough for me to make this my "go to" bagel place, however based on the attitude i'll keep looking, shame really. read more

I have been going to Bridgewater bagel for 5 years, when it was open on broad street and now spring street. Nothing has changed or gotten better with the staff, customer service, and speed of service in the 5 years I've been going here. The only reason I come back is because the bagels are good for the Bridgewater area and coffee is $1.60. My advice for the owner, put a smile on. Also, put more staff on during busy times especially weekends. Having 2 people attending to customers causes it to take an unnecessary amount of time. I wanted to get a coffee today and had to wait in line for 15 minutes. One person should stay on the register, one person makes the coffees and one or two people make and fill bagel orders. It will help with efficiency and not annoy people to the point of no return. read more

This place is great. Friendly and fast service. The food is delicious. I highly recommend them.

While I love the bagels, the service is truly awful. The owner is very rude and many of her workers are as well. On my last visit the first thing that was said to me was "what do you want" the last thing that was said was "yup" when I said thank you. This rudeness is a common occurrence that I feel the owner needs to address and fix! read more

After the atrocity of what is going on over at the Better Bean nowadays, is much rather come to Bridgewater Bagel. They keep things as efficient as possible, while also maintaining clean facilities. Great bagel, but absolutely rude. Vastly needs to improve the quality of customer service skills

I love this place. I notice a lot of reviews of the "rude customer service" which I completely don't understand. I'm a quiet person who doesn't like a lot of conversation. So naturally I love being rang out, and sent on my way without 50 conversations along the way. I would never say the staff is rude though. At least to my knowledge. I am a manager at a major coffee chain, and I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone. The cafe itself is cozy, very appealing to the eye, and seems to run very successfully. The bagels are fantastic. The sandwiches are wonderful. So what do I say to the staff and management of Bridgewater Bagel? Keep doing what you are doing, and I will keep coming back! read more

I went here to get a bagel this morning as I have done in the past. They have pretty average/good bagels and I live nearby so I decided to stop in like I usually do. I have noticed that the workers and managers have always been slightly rude in general but today there was an instance that made me decide to do a review. I walked in with a coffee from Marylous and ordered my bagel with the intention of sitting there and eating it with my friend who I hadn't seen in a while. I got my bagel and went to sit down and who I believe is the manager came over to tell me that I can't sit down there with a coffee from somewhere else. The way she went about it was incredibly rude and unnecessary. I would like to note that I never get my coffees from there and wouldn't have today regardless of if I had that coffee or not. Is the owner that insecure that she believes that a coffee from another place will drive customers out of her place? Will not be going to Bridgewater Bagel again. read more

Every time I have visited (maybe a total of 5 to 6 times in the last 10 years between old location and new) I am disappointed with how rude the owner and the staff is. I feel like maybe it's me??? Am I asking too much in the way I order my coffee??? But after reading the other reviews I'm happy to see it's not actually me that they hate lol, its every customer. So odd, but unfortunetly, there are not many other places in the area so most likely they will stay in business and the owner will get rewarded for her crappy personality. Seriously, don't even try to smile, we can tell its fake. Very sad. read more

I dont understand the hype about this place. The girls arent friendly, they are short and definitely dont provide five star service. Every time i ask for cream cheese ON THE SIDE they continue to just slop it on the bagel. They slop a huge blob of it in the middle and then squish the bagel down. Its impossible to get off and last time i had more chives than i did cream cheese. It was honestly gross. I also found not one, but two little blonde hairs in the cream cheese. I dont think ill be back here. read more

After my first trip I've decided that will be my only trip. My bagel was delicious but unfortunately my experience was not. There was only one other customer there who was sitting down eating and I felt like they were annoyed that I have the nerve to come in for a bagel. They ( 2 ppl working) couldn't be bothered to stop talking to each other to actually care about their customers. So much for supporting a local business. Sad face. read more

I went a couple weeks ago and that will be my first and only visit. Decent bagels, good price, but an awfully shitty staff. The owner who works behind the counter is miserable! Not happy people there read more

The Bagels and cream cheese are the best around. The lady behind the register though.... LOL her attitude is the worst! I have caught her overcharging my card on two occasions and she just apologizes for her 'mistake' with her fake smile. Definitely must be a cheerleading mom. Doesn't she know that most/all of her customers come back religiously? Must be too hung over in the morning to pay attention. Or she could simply be a miserable soul? Either way its a shame when you have such a good product but no one who works there is excited about giving the gift of these bagels to the world! read more
