I ordered chicken Parmesian and I was surprised there was only one serving of chicken and the rest pasta. Disappointing. Upon receiving the bill we figured the tip of 20% to be sufficient minus the tax. We were quite surprised when the waitress complained and then sent over the manager to question if we were unhappy with the service. Well they managed to get an extra 30$ out of us due to guilt. Won't be going there again.

It's has a thin crust, and not too much sauce & cheese...just the way I like it. Now this place not only makes regular pies, but he also makes personalized 10 inch sized pizza. I think that's pretty damn cool. A personalized size pizza is about 2 slices from a regular size pie. Anyways, I think the pizza is great! No complaints what so ever about it. Haven't tried anything else since I've been so content wit the pizza especially since a personalize size is only $7.00. WHAT A DEAL!!!!!!!!!!! Now parking isn't that great. Seems as if you have to back out into the road to get out of the parking lot. Kind of dangerous in my opinion, but it's ok! I'm a good driver! ha ha ha. I think the place could use a touch of color. If you are unfamiliar with the area and you drive by this place, you wouldn't even know it was a pizza place. I think the counter is too damn tall and takes up too much space. But either that, i think this place is great. Thumbs up for this pizza house :-D.

I walked in around 7:40 and there were signs all over the windows saying NO HOT SUBS. I'm assuming the grill had already been cleaned for the night, which is a little disappointing when there's still plenty of time before closing. If you're open, I kind of expect the menu to be open too. So I ordered a giant club instead -- over $20 with everything on it. The girl making it seemed like she would rather be literally anywhere else, and the attitude definitely matched the sandwich. Then came the bread situation. Apparently there wasn't enough regular bread available for a giant sub, so mine was basically pieced together like a bread jigsaw puzzle. The finishing touch was the bacon. I watched the employee move the nice pieces of bacon aside with his hand, then scoop up the crumbled bits from the bottom of the pan and dump those on my sandwich instead. Nothing says "$20+ giant sub" quite like getting the bacon equivalent of the crumbs at the bottom of a potato chip bag. I'm actually sitting in the parking lot writing this because I don't think I've ever gotten such a poorly made sandwich from this location. I've always liked coming here, which is why tonight was so disappointing. I'll definitely think twice before coming back on a Monday night. Apparently weekends are when the good bread, bacon, grill -- and enthusiasm -- are available.

The menu is pretty extensive and there's something for everyone. The bread service is delicious (focaccia & rustic breads) and we started with the fried calamari. While it was a delicious "bang-bang" style, I prefer a more traditional Italian mix of rings and whole bodies, which this didn't have. My duck entree was amazing and the fresh veggies were perfect. Some of the best real mashed potatoes I've ever had are served here. The Caesar salad was okay--perhaps fresh anchovies would be better suited vs the tinned ones. The brownie sundae was huge and decadent. I loved it. My bf would have liked the brownie to be warm (a la molten lava cake). The restaurant decor is clean and modern but it reminded me a little of an OG Chinese restaurant, complete with fish tanks. Very intimate if you're seated in a booth. Our server was attentive and friendly--nicely chatty.

I tried their Alfredo the other day and just like everything else, I was not disappointed. They're also the only place I've found around that has the flat chicken tenders I like, and their fries and onion rings are the best. I don't think this place ever misses food wise.
