What can I say but WICKED GOOD! I am from Phoenix, Arizona and this pizza is to die for. In Arizona it is rare to find even mediocre pizza let alone this deliciously intoxicating pie that melts in your mouth and tastes like a little bit of heaven. It is not oily or to salty. The crust is the perfect thickness and both crisp and chewy. I come out to visit my BFF several times a year and I never miss an opportunity (actually at least 3 opportunities) to have pizza at Marinho's. In fact I always take 1 home on the plane for my kids who request it when they know I will be in the area. If I could give a higher rating I would! Stop by you will not be disappointed. read more

This is my favorite pizza shop in town. It trumps pretty much all pizza places in the area. There is nothing that isn't good, that is made here. I often find myself debating on what I would like to try next. I myself do not even really eat white sauce based pasta, pizzas etc. and I am tempted every time because it looks so good. I myself have a staple meal from this pizza joint, the chicken broccoli scampi, is something I enjoy, &!have turned many people onto. The food is great, it is fast, quality, and excellent service, it is run by a great owner & crew. I would most definitely suggest stopping by and checking it out. I love this place. Try their meatball calzone or the chicken broccoli Alfredo. Both super delicious. Their salads are always fresh and the pita bread is made fresh and soft. The chicken broccoli Alfredo is cooked to perfection and comes with homemade garlic bread. The portion size is pretty generous as well. I can't believe their reviews are only 3.5 stars on here. They deserve so much more and I'm a Foodie snob that would drive two hours just for good food. read more

A taste you won't find at any other pizza takeout joint within 10 miles. A great spin off of classic Italian-style pizza (thinner crust and sauce). Generous amounts of cheese, tasty sauce. 8/15/15 9:30pm. I just moved to Millis and tried for the first time the "Special" pizza. It was the best and I was very impressed! Everything was super fresh and the sauce and crust was superb. WARNING: FOOD POISONING. My husband and I ordered a calzone and a chicken parm dinner from Marinho's and ate it for dinner and then finished the leftovers the following day. The food tasted delicious, but gave us food poisoning. 30 minutes after eating the leftovers, we both became violently ill at the exact same moment. We were vomiting and had diarrhea for hours. We also experienced stomach pain and uncontrollable chills and shakes. At 3 am, we finally called my mother-in-law, who lives 45 minutes away, and asked her to come to our house ASAP to watch our 3-month old daughter so we could go to the hospital for help. We spent the day in the hospital and were treated for food poisoning, dehydration, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. Doctors confirmed that it was in fact food poisoning. We were each given several bags of liquid via IV, anti-nausea medicine and Percocet pain medicine for the severe stomach pain and headaches. I called the restaurant owner and told him what happened. He said he is truly sorry and asked if we would give Marinho's a second chance with another meal to make up for our bad experience. I assured him that there is no way we will ever eat at his establishment again. I've never written a Yelp review before, but I figure this deserves one. This was truly a horrible experience. It landed me and my husband in the hospital, which will no doubt result in hundreds of dollars of hospital bills, and it put us both out of work for 2 days each. I share all of this information because I don't want others to experience anything similar. read more

Stoped back in recently, my prior review stands especially on the Buffalo Chicken Calzones: Amazing calzones, especially the buffalo chicken. The calzones aren't like most places - a pizza folded in half. They're like giant Strombolis. Used to go to this place every week for a buffalo salad or calzone, or one of their hot subs like meatball or chicken parm.
