NEVER GO HERE! The kitchen staff is very rude and aggressive. They mistakenly made a small pizza even though a large pizza was paid for and ordered for pick up. When told this and asked if a corrected large could be delivered, one of the cooks threw his hands up in annoyance and asked "What's your address?!" and rolled his eyes. A refund was then requested as this is obviously not the way a customer should be treated when the staff made the mistake. Ordered a buffalo chicken wrap with blue cheese dressing, lettuce, tomato,and black olives. When they brought it out, to go, they said Greek chicken wrap. I asked him to repeat that and they checked the order screen where they read off what I had ordered as I had told the server. Upon opening it I saw chicken, some buffalo sauce, lettuce, a couple of tomatoes on one half. The other half was Greek dressing, feta cheese, Greek olives, chicken, lettuce, and a tomato. Hot food often very greasy or deep fried to the point of overkill and overpriced and they tend to skimp on ingredients for things like subs and salads. Consistently screw up orders...even though when you order over the phone they repeat the correct order you show up and get something completely different. I've gotten a burger that was essentially raw, cold soggy fries and more incorrect orders than I can count......trying to get money back is essentially useless. Pizza and calzones are good...that and their proximity to my house are the only reasons I go back. Although after this most recent screw up of a completely wrong wrap even though staff confirmed the order not once, but twice...I think I'm just gonna take my business elsewhere. read more

Went here with my parents for lunch one day -- dad was interested in checking it out since it just opened recently near their house. I ordered a veggie flatbread. It was reasonably priced (less than $6) and came with tons of veggies - broccoli, mushrooms, peppers, and onions, which were all grilled and topped with cheese. The bread was delicious and definitely the best part of the sandwich. The veggies needed a bit more flavoring / salt, but after I added some, it was much better. My mom got a variation on my sandwich - something like a veggie pita pocked ("pretty good") and my dad got a roast beef sub ("alright"). We also ordered an Italian sub to go that looked pretty good (though I didn't get a review on it from the consumer..). I could see coming back here if we're in the area for a quick lunch, but I wouldn't go out of my way to come again. read more

We had a pick up order for 4 meals last night at 630 pm . Went to a movie and planned to eat our meals right after . Our 2 "chicken Caesar salad wraps" contained breaded chicken ,bacon , lettuce and tomato and some sort of sauce . As it was too late to call when we ate , I called this morning and asked for the manager . He pretty much blamed US for their mistake citing I should have checked my order before I left ( did that and saw 2 wraps ,a salad and a meal ). Was I supposed to unwrap the wraps ? He noted " I (he) always check my food when I get takeout ". He then stated it " busy " and mistakes happen ... and added "I don't know what you want me to do ". I told him I appreciate "busy" as I work with the public as well but I expected to get what I ordered . He then stated we're not robots and we make mistakes ". I replied that I did not appreciate his comment and hung up . Poor management .! Guess 630 pm is too busy a time for them to make 2 wraps correctly . Will never go there or recommend them . If I didn't have to give 1 star to post this I wouldn't give any . We order from here almost daily from work. they have a very diverse menu with lots of funky new menu items. it is delivered quickly and correctly. 45 minutes after I placed an online order I received a call saying they were out of one of the items I ordered. Not a huge deal but I'm not sure why it took them 45 minutes to realize this. Our pizza arrived hot almost 1 hour after I placed our order. It didn't look like the pizza had even been cut into slices, and we couldn't pick a piece up without all of the toppings and cheese sliding off into a heap. It was our first time ordering and given the wait time, price, and quality of what we received I doubt we will go back. Like the food compared to other establishments in the area, I've spent 100's of dollars there but...Virtually every time we order food, there is something wrong with the order. Just now, after dropping over $70, I got home to fine my daughters roast beef sandwich wasn't in the bag. Had to drive all the way back and now I'm eating a cold pizza. I've overlooked previous issues, since we got everything, just wasn't what was ordered, or missing sauces, etc., but getting tired of the constant screw ups. Won't be going back for a while.
